The hotel is located very close to the city centre and to major roads, it was very easy to reach Suite rooms are decent in size and the amenities are good, with very decent price I am sleeping here tonight and for my next visit in Gaziantep I would use it again

Wonderful customer service by the front desk staff member Mr. Mohammad Sharif, he is very professional, helpful and courteous.

Nice and clean hotel, helpful and smiling staff. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. The internet was ok. The hotel's location is very good in the city, in walking distance to almost everything and there is a tram stop just outside the hotel.

Rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old , windows are not clean. The beds are two connected by small beds , I could not sleep all night due to that even I chosed king bed, until morning I had to change the room. There is no swimming pool in also. For the high price I paied I thought much better service I will get but unfortunately cheaper hotels are much better.

I spent a whole week there on vacation. The people there are very kind and friendly❤️ . to be honest i advise anyone to go there. Everyone is smiling. No one bothered me at all. but on the website it says that there is a swimming pool. We were surprised that there was not.!!

The front staff didn't speak much English, which was unfortunate. Room wasn't as clean as I hoped. They didn't vacuum well as there was some hair on the ground. But the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in the suite room they upgraded it without extra charge because we came from a long road and we were abit stressed. The food is great the hospitality very good. If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout. Valet parking free We done a late checkout and they were very helpful with that also. So for me hands down 5 star treatment 🙏🏾

The breakfast offered at Divan Hotel was very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed being served by Ramazan, an extremely attentive server, with a big smile on his face.

The attention to detail and the quality of service are exceptional at the Divan hotels - and here in Gaziantep we have one of the best! Every single member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel is surrounded by too many other hotels, since there is hospitals their, pharmacies, small restaurants and markets as well. Rooms are so clean and from brand new material. Food and drink menu is adequate. Sıla who served us our drinks is so smiley and good-humoured. She gave us good suggestions for Gaziantep restaurants and must see places.

Great hospitalty and service. The reception team and GM are very gebtle. Rooms are clean and big enough. You can find sweat or salty foods at the breakfasr. Espresso qualtiy can improve.

Discovered this great hotel on the off chance. Warm welcome by all staff, comfortable clean room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent, best we have had in any hotel for a very long time. Evening dinner from the kitchen was also superb. Very good covid protocols also in place. Thanks to all who made our stay a very good one.

The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dark at times due to the light bulbs, the AC is working properly and the bathroom is mostly good with little spots where the bathroom is showing it's age.
