I travel to Gaziantep regularly for work and after a few unsatisfactory stays I was lucky to land at the Tuçgan. The hotel is lovely, quiet and very centrally located. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, and the higher floors have a beautiful view, as does the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast is lavish and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Very charming, the food is delicious, we had a lovely workshop.
Although the sound system needs to be maintained, and some minor renovation in stairs will make it even better.
The place is very neat, clean, and well furnished,the service is excellent, the view is very beautiful over the city. Location is near by all facilities, especially the old traditional shops. Breakfast is nice and the staff are very cooperative and helpful.
I like it so much, the place of the hotel is near to everything needed, the rooms were clean and the staff were very polite.
The prices are really high I always prefer it but this time I was surprised with the price it was 100 usd but it doesn't deserve it

I aatemdee a workshop there, and the services were good and WC was clear.
The swimming pool was closed during our visit. Also the rooms were not cleaned daily by default.
Rooms above the 6th floor are fairly quiet (below not so because of the highway close by).
In addition to being a hotel, it is one of the best places to have meetings
It was a pleasure to stay at the Grand Hotel Gaziantep.
The rooms were extraordinary clean and the staff was charming. Also the city and its food is very recommended! Always again.

Very beautiful, clean and spotless place but two things were a bit of a faux-pas for me.
1) Expedia told me they would not pick up the phone so I could not change my stay, and that it was really at the discretion of the hotel to make modifications. However, when I got there, the hotel staff (all the way up to the manager) was telling me they cannot help me and I should call Expedia instead.

We stayed in the suite room they upgraded it without extra charge because we came from a long road and we were abit stressed.
The food is great the hospitality very good.
If your a gym person then it definitely has a exceptional gym to workout.

The breakfast offered at Divan Hotel was very enjoyable. We especially enjoyed being served by Ramazan, an extremely attentive server, with a big smile on his face.
The attention to detail and the quality of service are exceptional at the Divan hotels - and here in Gaziantep we have one of the best! Every single member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful and very accommodating. Additionally, the food and service (from the breakfast to room service) was five star no matter what the time or day.

The hotel was pretty good when it comes to the buffet and hygiene. What made me more comfortable in my stay was the professional receptionist Bursa. Honestly she is so sweet and helpful. She did recommend us the most delicious restaurants in gazi antep and the touristic sites there .

Positives: great rooms and internet.
Negatives: location (unless you use your car all the time), room service is non-existent. Spa is a joke, located in a garage in the basement. Booked a massage only for it to be cancelled 20min before the appointment. Gym facilities also in a garage with no natural light and worst of all dreadful air conditioning so forget about proper exercising.

Nice and clean hotel, helpful and smiling staff. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. The internet was ok. The hotel's location is very good in the city, in walking distance to almost everything and there is a tram stop just outside the hotel.

Yilmaz and Daoud are very good and supportive I am very happy from their kindness
Rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old , windows are not clean. The beds are two connected by small beds , I could not sleep all night due to that even I chosed king bed, until morning I had to change the room. There is no swimming pool in also.
For the high price I paied I thought much better service I will get but unfortunately cheaper hotels are much better.

The front staff didn't speak much English, which was unfortunate. Room wasn't as clean as I hoped. They didn't vacuum well as there was some hair on the ground. But the breakfast was delicious.

Rooms are so clean and from brand new material. Food and drink menu is adequate. Sıla who served us our drinks is so smiley and good-humoured. She gave us good suggestions for Gaziantep restaurants and must see places.
Great hospitalty and service. The reception team and GM are very gebtle. Rooms are clean and big enough. You can find sweat or salty foods at the breakfasr. Espresso qualtiy can improve.

Discovered this great hotel on the off chance. Warm welcome by all staff, comfortable clean room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent, best we have had in any hotel for a very long time. Evening dinner from the kitchen was also superb. Very good covid protocols also in place. Thanks to all who made our stay a very good one.

vi bokade två rum för vi var en större familj och det jag såg när jag kom fram var att rummen var bredvid varandra och det gick en dörr mellan rummen, ena rummet hade dessutom ett vardagsrum så det blev rymligt och stort till ett bra pris!

The rooms are clean and spacious, albeit a little dark at times due to the light bulbs, the AC is working properly and the bathroom is mostly good with little spots where the bathroom is showing it's age. There is a liquid soap dispenser which is a nice plus and a nice shower. Unfortunately the TV was not working but if you don't mind that it is overall a good experience

Overall experience was good but in The twin room, the shower didn't have long enough panels so water would spray towards the toilet.
Unfortunately AC wasn't useable (end of October).
The room felt quite hot but only realised on the last day that heating was on.
