I stayed here for one night and i found it really clean and calm ..staff are smiling all rime and realky helpfull from the gentelman in reception to the bellboy to the cleaners and the kitchen.

The service was great, but the bed sheets and duvet covers in the bedroom were just too dirty. For us travelers, we just want a clean and comfortable bed and hope their hygiene improves in the future.

I spent five nights at this hotel, from 4-9 February 2023, including the SCARIEST COUPLE OF DAYS in my whole life. On 6 February, TWO MASSIVE QUAKES hit southern Turkiye and NW Syria at 4:17 AM and then 1:24 PM, in addition to several tremors and hundreds of aftershocks. I have miraculously survived, thanks to God's mercy. I feel I also owe my life to those who had put their heart and soul into building the hotel, because although it shook forevvvvvvvvvver during the quakes it still withstood the high magnitudes of 7.8 and 7.6 and did not collapse. I was in room 207, where I stood by the window during theh quakes, face to face with death, twice, thinking those minutes were my last... I must as sthat the staff were very helpful and did what they could given these exceptional circumstances. Thank you. I am now back with my parents, near Istanbul, safe and sound. However, my heart goes out every minute to all those affected both in Turkiye and Syria, especially dear Aleppo, my hometown...

It's shame how the receptionist speaks with customers, me, and my friend have stayed in the Nil hotel, the day after I checked out. I forgot something in my friend’s room. One hour later when I got back to the hotel, I went up the stairs immediately without asking the receptionist (I know it is my fault) but he shocked me when he starts yelling at me!

Im having rashes all over my body right after i laid down on the mattress. The blanket very dusty. Even they provided very bad condition for the mattress.

The staff are super nice and helpful. The location is fantastic and close to the amazing Gaziantep pazarı. However, the shape/layout of the room was the tightest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. The bathroom was so tight and narrow that you must keep the door open to use the sink; closed to use the toilet. The shower doesn't have any curtain, so the water splashes everywhere. The breakfast is very good.

I like this hotel so much because the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend oeople to stay at this hotel it is wonderful

This place seriously require a renovation . The furniture and almost everything is old. The room needed to be aired and we did not have water to drink. It was brought after I asked for it thrice. There is only one elevator and it is slower than average. The elevator's door also responds slow. Makes you trip while trying to exit.
