A good bed, a great shower and tasty breakfast. All that you can wish for when staying at a hotel. The hotel itselfs is located about a ten minute walk from the old city center and castle.

My stay at novotel gaziantep was not bad, but I think the price was not matching service. Breakfast was OK, but coffee was not as expected. Finding the parking and parking lots are not easy.

I am traveling frequently to Gaziantep for work and I prefer to stay in this hotel mostly. The service, location and rooms are great. Personally want to thank Ms. Elif for the best house keeping, Mr. Mustafa for his efforts to keep our vehicle safe and to all management and staff for their warm welcome.

Excellent experience, lovely comfortable modern hotel, great friendly staff and fantastic location.

Very bad experience. The toilets flushed only one time per hour. The workers at the Reception couldn’t speak good english. We had to use google translator du communicate in a 4 Star hotel.
And on top of that following case: we booked another night at the end for one room and when we got home we saw that they charged us 3 times the price of the room on different times of the day. Horrible! It feels like a big scam!

First of all while I am writing this review internet is so bad, weak etc. I could not start to write unless for 5 minute to open this writing screen. they gave me smoking room and I am non smoker. They insist the room was non smoker room. First they said it was non-smoke than when I return back and complained about the smoke inside the room, they say we cant change it unless tomorrow as I am staying for one night. I came here because of my company arrange it and I strongly against the recommendation of this hotel. Cleaning worst they even didn't let the air condition vacuum the smoke. Cleaning seal was broken. It was a nightmare..

Check in time take about 10 min ??although I make prepaid reservations.
2.Card for room and elevator always not work.
3 I tell them for chek out until 12:30 they say OK.. but at 11:45 they turnoff the AC?🥲
4 THE cleaner is good..but for 4 star hotel .have to be better and change and replace every thing daily..

The hotel is located at a very good location in Gaziantep.
Rooms are nice, clean and modern furnished.
The restaurant has very good meals and service.
Facilities like pool .. etc are clean and perfect.
Price was very fair.
Staff very friendly and good.
I reached the hotel very delayed cause of my flight but the staff at reception (Mr. Sergen) was very fast, helpful and provisional to provide me the room very quick at that time.
I decided immediately to extend my stay from one night to three nights.
No need to look for an another hotel in Gaziantep.
