It was a unique experience to actually stay in a fairy chimney. Kral ( their golden retriever) was always there to greet you at the reception. Excellent service by Raslan, Arisa, Alvin and all the other staff in the hotel. Breakfast does get a bit monotonous if you stay for many days. All the same there are a lot of varieties to choose from. The room is well decorated, giving a rustic feel and look, spacious, well stocked with amenities and very clean. There are good restaurants nearby if you choose to dine out. There is good local transport connection to Göreme.

A very unique hotel experience with great service. The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed trying something different staying in a cave and be surrounded by Kapadokya's beautiful landscape.
Breakfast was very generous with lots of delicious food perfect to start our day, and great service from one of the ladies serving breakfast. Even on a hot summer's day, the rooms were a comfortable temperature thanks to the naturally cool rocks and a fan.
We booked early and were able to get a great deal on the room too which made our stay even sweeter. Also enjoyed petting Kral, the friendly dog at reception, every day.
Only downsides and hence 4 stars were our room (one of the family caves, which we were told has the worst wifi of all the rooms) had poor wifi and data connection, and the shower was leaky and would make the floor wet. Plus sides of the bad wifi was it enabled us to switch off and be more present!

Quaint and Unique 💚💚💚 The history of " cave living " in Cappadocia is well worth reading up on prior to your visit, then seeing the history with your own eyes becomes all the more surreal.
This pretty hotel with it's various levels of cave rooms and breathtaking views through the day is a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul and Ankara.
You're thinking cave but the rooms are so comfy. Our has a jacuzzi tub ( no not a bathtub) and actually two person jacuzzi with pressure jets. An old phone that actually works and you use that to call reception. Cosy beds, heating for the winter, fans for the summer ( being rock based the rooms are naturally cooled ).
Showers and toilets ( bring your own Shatafa). Room service - try the veggie burger .... Don't ask just try!!! Each room walks out to what feels like a private terrace over looking the magnificent views across the hotel.
The roof top terrace is the perfect full 360 view for your sunrise and sunset views.
Your 10 to 15 mins away from your hot air balloon take off point.
Theres also a celebrity to meet ... His name is Kral, a handsome guy who seems to head up reception and guest relations. He's white and fury and the most hospitable host in all of Turkey. Do say Hi and a paw shake.
Lots of antique pics, an old library, shisha lounge and definitely a hotel punctuated with character and charm at every turn.
It beautifully chilled, so much so you'd want to spend and afternoon or day just taking in the hotel, the views and the charm.
The breakfast is divine and quiet a feast. A traditional breakfast that everyone enjoyed. If you're a single breakfast eater your sorted and if you're one for the authentic local experience then too are you sorted.
As a tourist wanting to be engulfed in all that is Cappadocia this is a 5 star experience.

Very good hotel. Every room is different.
Gorgeous views to see the landscape and the balloons.

Real cave hotel, easy access and very cosy. We have stayed the hotel for 4 nights, the room is spacey and nice with little balcony, nice view from our room with hot balloon in the morning.

I have stayed in this beautiful property few days back, the staff is very friendly, helpful and nice... regarding the property, it needs improvement, washrooms don't have ventilation in, so it becomes suffocating, shower heads are broken and sears makes a loud noise when flushed... rooms also needs fan and we should be able to turn down heat but that's not possible here, rugs are torn and furniture is smelly

Location is good if you drive. Not sure if it’s convenient to get to on public transport/taxi.
Each room is different and a couple are located in the “basement” or bottom of the “cave”, so you would need to walk down steps to reach the room. These rooms obviously would have no windows as well. The room we had had a little balcony so you could see the hot-air balloons in the morning. However, there’s a bit of a stench in the bathroom, probably from clogged drains or wet carpets. Most of the rooms contain baths or you could shower in the bath using a hand-held shower head. As the bath is not huge, showering means water drips out onto the floor with carpets on them. The rooms are all dusty, probably because they are in caves. If you prefer clean rooms, do not stay here.
There are many steps in the hotel, steps to get from the reception to the rooms; steps to get from rooms to the restaurant, etc, as you would expect of a cave hotel.
Staff are friendly. Faizulla is very helpful.
Personally, I would not stay here again or would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

From being greeted by friendly and helpful reception staff, a great location, the beautifully decorated and designed rooms (each with its own distinct personality - our room had a loft and entrance to the terrace), to delicious breakfast spread, everything was almost perfect! Derya and Mehmud at the Cafe were so pleasant and excellent! Faizulla was very helpful! They all made traveling with a group of 11 people seem like a breeze by being extremely accommodating!

Our room (102) had a tiny shower, in which the shower head kept springing loose spraying ceiling and everything else. Not a very pleasant experience. If they fix this issue, it definitely deserves 5 stars.
Another point, there was construction going on during our visit (Nov 2023)- paving the roads - which made it difficult to drive in and out.
The staff made this experience so wonderful! Overall, definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved our room, spacious with seating for our fellow travel mates to come sit drink and chat!
Breakfast was nice and aplenty. Staff friendly! Special mention - Roslan, Faizulan, Nurlan (my spelling may be wrong), and also the night shift recep guy (not sure his name) who was so quick to respond and bring what we needed to our room. Importantly all the recep guys’ English is good so that makes it easy for us to ask and get info.
We should mention what didnt go very well for us was the room, tho it was comfortable and unique, but there was no mirror at the sink area (suggestion to hotel that it’s useful and practical to have one there), and the fridge and kettle area where they placed the mirror, there was little lighting so it was very dim. Anyway all rooms are different so our comment here is only abt our room 112.

İt was a great experience to stay in this cave hotel with my family. I highly recommend this hotel if you want quite, great view from the high point to see ballons in the morning and romantic. They have perfect breakfast. The staff is really friendly.The dog name is KING, he is so friendly just say hi yo the KING of this hotel hi from me 😄
