We loved this hotel and the service here was incredible from the minute we arrived. The staff is always available and went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. This hotel is just as stunning as the pictures. The rooms are in excellent condition and super clean. The beds were made each day and fresh bottle water left in the room daily. Service was also excellent and the breakfast had a huge variety of delicious food. It was just a few minutes walk to the town, but centrally located to all neighbouring towns. 10/10 would visit again.

Beautiful view over Avanos and the valley. I had booked us into a standard room not realising that there are only a fan and no air conditioning. As it was very hot we struggled to sleep there the first night. The next day we were able to pay for an upgrade to a jacuzzi room for the second night. It was TR1500 extra but definitely worth it. Excellent service! Staff is really nice, rooms are very clean with everything you need. Hottub available in the room. Loved our stay here so much! Just checked out today and the entire suite was gorgeous. The hosts/staff there are very kind,accommodating and responsive. The price is reasonable, you get a great view. The good point is the jacuzzi in the bathroom for relaxing, the breakfast was good as well. TV doesn't work during our stay and WiFi only works in the restaurant area.

The hotel is placed out of the center. The road reaches to hotel is terrible. The price is reasonable. This facility is proper to utilize as " any place to sleep and take a shower", but nothing more.

We stayed 4 nights in the family room, which is actually a two-room apartment ... The hotel staff was grade 10, always attentive and eager to feel good. The conditions of the hotel, as well as its position are definitely worth staying here. Breakfast was plentiful, and in the evening you could go to the terrace where you could serve tea and coffee ... A successful stay and a sense of peace.
