Amazing customer service and a very homely environment ! Very attentive staff and great breakfast . We travelled with a baby and it is very family orientated The music at the bar/pool area 5 outta 5!! Also right opposite the beach and 5 min taxi from the marina ! Osman is an amazing staff member who catered to our needs ( at reception) will definitely be back Thank you so much for a great experience in Bodrum! Ms Mansoor

The property and rooms are in decent shape, the bed is comfortable. They upgraded us to a larger room at no charge which was very nice. Price is great. Scuba dive ship picks up at the hotel for a quick drive to the boat. I tried to book directly but the RF number they gave didn't work. After much back and forth with no success, I booked through hotels,com and got a better rate than their "discounted rate for scuba divers". We had to cut the 4th nite off our stay, we asked before we got there if it could be refunded. They said "no, because you didn't book it directly with us". Well I TRIED! The pool is nice but the area is quite slippery. I slid on the wet tiled ramp next to the pool and badly bruised my elbow. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke and there were people smoking in the outside areas of the restaurant including one guy with a cigar -very unpleasant- but maybe that's allowed by law?

Great stay, small enough to be intimate but large enough to have 24hr reception. Pool and grounds are lovely. Receptionist Osman was very helpful and friendly, he made our stay special with his assistance. Short shuttle to town is cheap and every 15 mins.

We had a wonderful experience at the lovely Flora Hotel. The facilities, cleanliness and the impeccable service from all the staff ( especially Osman at reception), was second to none. Located in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and several convenience/mini marts and a short bus ride into Bodrum city. I highly recommend this Hotel.

We spent 4 nights in the Hotel while we were working in Bodrum marina. The rooms are nice and really clean. The stuff really helpfully. We only had a small problem on our breakfast the first morning we arrived because it was not ready on time but we had apologizes and from the morning after it was per good. In case of more work in the area we will be happy to use again the Hotwl

Fantastic hotel really friendly staff was there for 10 days 30th August to 9th September, the pool was empty most days plenty of sun loungers really near the beach and bars only down side there was no kitchen but did not bother us as we ate out everyday ,but would definitely return to this hotel ,plus WiFi and air conditioning was free .

In general, our stay at Flora Hotel was good. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. However, there were a couple of issues that need addressing.
Firstly, we requested an early wake-up call two days in a row, but unfortunately, we never received the call on either day. This was quite disappointing and caused us some inconvenience.
Secondly, upon checking out, we were informed that we had consumed an energy drink from the minibar. However, from the beginning of our stay, there was no energy drink available in the minibar, and we certainly did not consume one. This misunderstanding should be clarified to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.
Despite these problems, the overall experience was positive. I hope these comments will help improve the services provided by Flora Hotel.

This hotel has a beautiful clean pool, nice restaurant, from the outside looks very nice, nice lobby but smells like cigarette smoke, garden well kept, the rooms are as basic as they can get, beds are ok, had bad odor at night from pipes. Don't know if happens often. Area is ok, has a beach near it but I recommend NEVER swimming in it, sewage goes right to it. Small Bus to center city stops at hotel and its a few minutes ride for 30TL from 7am to 2am. Staff were very nice, Bodrum has expensive hotels so if you are on a budget this is a good choice outside of center town. They should put as much effort in the rooms as they do to the outside of hotel.
