A very good experience overall, the staf very professional and friendly. The room could have been a bit better in appearance , but whats important the room was clean, the housekeeping came everyday and changed the towels. Beautiful view of Bodrum from this hotel and reasonably priced for the quality of service and ammenidites. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish. Pool was amazing and restaurant was perfect for sunset. The front desk staff was always extrmely helpful when it came to recommendations and helping to book dinner reservations in town. Absolutely amazing place to stay. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and large. There is a beautiful pool with stunning views of the city and castle. The restaurant was 10/10. The food, drinks and service were incredible. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Bodrum. It was so relaxing.

Service quality and cleaning on a high level. Room quite new. Michelin star restaurant Malva top. But the dog friendly approach of the hotel is too much: dogs are allowed in the restaurants and even in the beach club!

The staff from the valet to reception to restaurant and all around were well trained and extremely helpful and friendly. The garden room with partial sea view was amazing and spacious with a beautiful garden and a queen size quilted sun bed.

The catering staff were great they had gluten-free bread but their knowledge on other gluten-free food was very limited.
