Reviews
Activities & facilities = excellent, lawn boules, pool aerobics, night entertainment, efforts made for activities for young children and teenagers is great. There is a pool with lots of music and a 24hr bar or a “relax” pool which is quieter
Food & drink = is delicious and there are a lot of choices for all tastes, the restaurant is on the rooftop with beautiful views.
Rooms = we had a relax room which was lovely, the cleaners were thorough and made towel art regularly which was a nice touch.
I did read some bad reviews before coming however if you are expecting a 5 star super hotel you won’t get that here as it could probably do with a lick of paint - that’s my only negative. The hotel is more boutique and quiet, the gardens are beautiful, the views are amazing and the staff make this place what it is. Personally I would return. Thank you for a lovely holiday ♥️
We walked out .
Food is nice but very repetitive and cold.sandwich maker would be good addition throughout day.
Entertainment was fine.
Relax pool area was loud with music playing.some of the lyrics were rude.
Front of hotel lobbu is lovely and also bar staff were friendly.
The hotel activities were very adequate, especially many thanks to the animation team, Ms. Kübra.😍💋
The food was a big hit or miss, they served the same food everyday, on top of that the cutlery was dirty.
The hotel in general wasn’t somewhere to make you go wow. The room was mid and the pool was small.
I think the worst part of the hotel was the wifi, I wasn’t able to work while staying in the hotel. The reception was also terrible meaning my own data was slow and limited.
However there was one reason me and my cousins had a blast. And it was the staff, especially Yigit! Yigit went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun. He ran volleyball events and other games including darts. If there was any reason that we enjoyed the stay it was Yigit.
Pool areas and the private beaches were clean and peaceful.
Thank you very much Royal Asarlık for making my holiday pleasant and hope to see you all again soon.
They gave the British visitors the most awful rooms despite us having paid for the luxurious main building balcony view rooms.
After we asked reception to correct this and they had found us another room halfway towards the standard we expected, we spoke to others from our flight and discovered they had been given the exact same room we had and then only upgraded when they complained.
Breakfast was in non air conditioned restaurant in direct sun with a flight of stairs or a lift between the buffet and the seating.
So this place has a lot to make up for during the week, if they manage to make good on our expectations I will revise this review to reflect that.
Over all good holiday.
I did send my daughter to the bar to see if she would get served with beer i stood back and watched and they did it was mainly alcohol baring mind she had a child's wrist band on, while eating one of them picked flowers of a beach and threw them in her hair it went all in her drink and food, even the security guards were watching her asoon as we got of the coach to arrive she even said herself as a 13 year old child on the 1st day mum i can't wait to go home i don't feel safe here, at a few bars they were friendly the snack bar he ignored us waited over a hour for food and he said he doesn't care what we want, went to the bar near the 2nd pool with the jacuzzi we waited 15 minutes for a drink to get served he was serving everyone except english people, people doing sexual things in the pool with children near them they didn't get told to stop, one of the staff grabbed my daughter and said say bye bye mummy u can come with me but she grabbed me and said no bye bye you, the food was the same every meal except breakfast, we had to go out for meals because my daughter did not feel comfortable eating upstairs, i would not say this hotel is a five star more of a 2, I'm a single mother taking my 13 year old daughter abroad its very scary i haven't slept properly we even had to sleep with the suitcase behind the doors with a can of deodorant next to the bed because of the way the majority of the male staff members were behaving with her the only time they left her alone was when the management were around but they still done rude gestures to her saying "me and u" staring and winking at her. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone only good things was that u get clean towels and bottles of water.
The staff were beyond unhelpful, especially in the kitchen. During dinner, which abruptly ends at 9:30pm, they seem to forget that people might actually want to enjoy their meal past the curfew. At exactly 10pm, they decided it was lights out, regardless of whether you were still eating or not!
And don't even get me started on the lack of basic amenities. We asked for something as simple as lemon wedges for our soup at 9:28pm and were told they were "finished." Seriously? In a hotel this size? And the cleanliness? Let's just say, the smell in our room was reminiscent of a neglected dumpster.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the "snack bar" they boast about from 1am to 7am was a joke. A dry roll, tomatoes, cheese, and cucumber were the sad excuse for options. No butter, no lettuce, no sauces. And the self-service stations for coffee, tea, and juice were a hygiene nightmare.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. It's a far cry from anything resembling a five-star experience. False advertising at its finest
serve food until 9pm. By 8.45pm you will have no chance of getting food as the restaurant and Kitchen staff are desperate to be out of their shifts and everything is cleared as quickly as possible).
There was a very bad smell all around the hotel the furniture was very old the towels and bed sheets was very dirty.
The staff at the hotel are not friendly and most of them do not speak English.
Car parking is very busy and they take very long time to get your car.
The staff in the bar always ask for tips.
The room service is very slow.
At the beach, people put towels on chairs at night to reserve chairs for the morning.
The hotel needs maintenance as soon as possible.
The WIFI was very slow.
The price per night in the hotel is very high.
They will never doing a arlley check in or late check out.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city and in the evening there is a lot of noise from the street.
overall all was a very unpleasant stay never will recommend it to anyone.
