We had to change accommodation on such short notice in the middle of the night and they took us right in, they were extremely kind and hospitable and the room was perfect and clean, breakfast included in the price as well. They helped us book an airport shuttle as well to pick us up right outside. Location is convenient, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Within walking distance from Aya sofiya and Blue mosque. Could not have asked for a better service.

I booked 2 rooms for 6 persons which 1 room for 5 persons and another 1 room for 1 person. That 1 room for 1 person have double bed. I paid for 1 person’s price since i booked at agoda and agoda give us that price. The receptionist mad at us and said we need to pay for 2 person since the room have double bed (for 2 person). Also, we accidently broke the bed (that’s our fault) and the receptionist ask for money. We thought the money go to the hotel’s account bank but the receptionist take the money for himself. One of the receptionist very rude to us. We explained everything but still mad at us. The hotel have water dispenser for the guests but that receptionist didn’t let us take the water. I really sad for the service from that receptionist. Overall about hotel is good but that one receptionist very rude to us.

i liked every thing in this hotel truly , very welcoming and helpful staff , worthy to mention the owner who is a real gentleman, and mostly Ahmed the best receptionist ever by all means..thank you Akcinar , i enjoyed my stay lots..

Good hotel with good price and clean rooms very good

- I felt like Iam at my home due to the lovely atmosphere.
- Very Good Price based on service
- In the Heart of Old Soq
- Clean and friendly
- Nice Staff
- Mr. Al Fateh was very polite always ask for his help.
- No extra charge for tea and coffee
Negatives:
- Very Small Toilet without "Shataf"
- Broken Closet at room
- No water, coffee maker in room.
- Same breakfast everyday
- No laundry service provided

My experience in that hotel was very nice i always go there cause interesting places are near from akcinar ! I am from venezuela and i feel like my home ! Near egipcian bazar (misir carsi) and other markets like kapali carsi
