Had a fantastic stay. Very wonderful ambience and great staff. General Manager Emre G. greeted us and went above and beyond for our needs throughout our stay. Also restaurant staff Yildiz and Mertkan provided exceptional service every morning. My family and I loved the location and the wonderful service from the staff and will definitely choose the Hotel Rotana the next time we visit Istanbul.

Munzur is the most supportive people I have met in Istanbul hotels. The hotel designing is good, there is a kitchen in the room with full set cooking equipments.

The room is relatively spacious, but the hygiene is average, the towels are yellow, and the price is relatively cheap

Perfect location for a family get away in Istanbul, centrally located to many attractions like the famous taxim square. The staff are also very courteous and supportive especially Mohammed and Khalil. We will definitely return there.

Very nice and comfortable apt. Location is a bit far from old town and tourist attractions. There is a supermarket nearby which offers daily necessity and fresh fruits and veggies. Behind the apt, there are few shops/restaurants for shopping and casual dining. I love the apt but not the location. A taxi to spice market costs 55TL.

We stayed for 14 days...we took 2 bedroom apartment. Very practical and clean for families with kids. My 3 kids enjoyed the stay. The hotel has access to kids play area and football etc...and access to Onur Supermarket. Cenk at reception was very helpful and professional. Helped with destinations...you need a car as you cant reach transportation. Car park is free and safe.

Friendly helpful professional staff. Clean quiet hotel with nice facilities. Lovely supermarket down the road at the front of the hotel. Sham the Radisson Blu Istanbul does not have a swimming pool compared to other international hotels with these standard.

Newly opened...and I think it is very appropriate for families. It consists of suits directed by Radisson Blu brand... offering comfortable stay... spacious rooms... good service. Additionally it is clean, has good breakfast option and car park.

Residence is at very good location. You have lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Metro is also a few minutes away. Rooms are smart designed, but noise insulation is none. I got problems sleeping in such a noisy (noise produced by the guests and not by the passing cars) environment. Shared this in the morning with recepcionist and was offered another room that was actually in a quiet location...

I had such an amazing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Location is amazing. The apartment is very clean and with a great sea view! I would definitely come back and stay here again! Also there is a travel agency at the bottom floor which is quiet handy especially if you want to do last minute plans at a reasonable price.
