Asur Hotel

A very clean hotel with a very nice location! I am very grateful for the hotel staff and their hospitality. The experience was excellent in every way. I would like to thank Burhan especially for the morning breakfast, he showed great service and always offered us everything we needed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

This is my first time visiting Istanbul, and we stayed at Asur Hotel. One of the hotel staff members Burhan,left a deep impression on me. His service was incredibly attentive, and he was friendly and warm-hearted. I really liked him, and I hope future guests at this hotel will have the chance to experience his excellent service as well. He is truly a wonderful person.

Moreover, the restaurant service at this hotel is outstanding, with a clean and tidy environment that makes guests feel comfortable. I sincerely thank every staff member here for providing such a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!

What can I say, when I first book this hotel I was kinda skeptical about it. I spent 7 days in this hotel and I loved it. Staff was super friendly, helpful, always providing great service, they have a very good breakfast in the morning 7AM-10PM, hotel is clean, there's no cockroaches here, beds are comfortable and its easy to order a taxi. Best part about this hotel, you're very close to all the attractions. You can walk to everything, I highly recommend you to walk and just explore the area. It's very safe, don't worry. Building is very maintained, no issues. Elevator is operational and no issues either. If you eat at the restaurant as a hotel guest you will receive a 20% discount. I recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to visit with a family or couples. I would stay here again.

Stayed there a week ago, it was better than the 5 star hotel I’m currently at. Rooms always clean with fresh water & towels. The food was good and they propose a 20% off on their menu if you’re staying. The staff was very fast, super nice & helpful

I was very satisfied with this hotel. The location was great and breakfast was fantastic. Especially the staff named Burhan was very friendly and nice. I would like to stay here again.

-Location: it has a very convenient location. The hotel is located in the heart of Sirkeci. A very vibrant area full of restaurents, shops and bars. It would take less than a 30 min walk to reach famous touristic attractions like Hagia sophia, sultan ahmet, suleymania mosque, Gulhane park, Eminönü port and topkapi palace. It would also take less than a 10 minute walk to reach the bus/tramway stop.

- Staff and service: I stayed at the hotel for about a week during July. The staff are very hospitable, helpfull, welcoming, attentive and caring. The check-in service was very quick and smooth (given that we arrived around 4 am). The are able to communicate with more than one language. In our case we were able to speak English/Arabic with them.

- Rooms (we took standard double room): are clean and well equipped. (Slippers, towels, mini fridge, toiletries, hair dryer).
Not very spacious, but Personally we didnt mind since most/all of our time was spent outside, we used to leave around 8-9am and be back around 10 pm. Cleaning services are done everyday.

-Food: very good breakfast with different variety of food. The food was constantly restocked when there was shortage. (Bread, soup, different kinds of salads, different kinds of cheese, french fries, cheese rolls, sausage, eggs, fruits, desserts…)

I had a very pleasant stay and a good experience at this hotel and would repeat it again when i come back to istanbul. 🙏🏻

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived (which as like 1:45-2AM!), the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The check-in process was impressively quick and efficient, setting a positive tone for my stay.

The hotel room was consistently tidy, clean, and functional throughout my visit. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining the room’s cleanliness every day. Whenever I requested something, like hot water or an extra shower towel, the staff responded promptly and courteously.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to help plan my travels around the city, answering all my questions and providing useful guidance. I also booked a Bosphorus cruise tour through the hotel, which proved to be reliable and safe.

I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant one evening, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was fresh and tasty, and I must commend the kitchen's cleanliness and professionalism—it’s one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the excellent support from the hotel staff in all areas. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid-range option in the heart of Istanbul. Five stars!

Excellent hotel in central Istanbul!
I spent five night at this hotel with my family and we were very happy because of its convenient position in a safe neighborhood, its services, staff, cleanliness and restaurant.
The elegant room we were given is at the third floor and it's 25m2, it has three comfortable beds, large TV (Android smart TV), a small refrigerator and clothes racks. The small bathrooms had a shower, was filled with complimentary toiletries, slippers and had a wall hairdryer.
Breakfast was included in the rate and a large selection of local cheeses (Cecil cheese included), fresh vegetables, sweets and tarts was available. Staff was always kind, attentive and helpful.
I am not keen on dining at hotel restaurants, as they usually offer international dishes while I prefer to taste local. We dined twice at the hotel restaurant and I regret I didn't visit it more often. There is a huge selection of Turkish dishes, very fresh and very well prepared. We were served complementary appetizers. I especially liked the "Topkapi Palace" Ottoman dish (lamb shank, with almonds and dried figs, served in special copper stew) and the "Muntancana" Ottoman dish (lamb shank with onions, almonds, dried fruits and cinnamon). They serve vines, beers and spirits.
