Tiny rooms, and not sure on how they got a 4 stars raking, as their service would barely meet a 2 stars standard. Breakfast was below average, only the location was convenient, but could have found better option in similar location with similar cost. Not advisable!

I will never stay there again! The worst thing was that I left the towels on the floor as it says in a sign in the bathroom if you want to change them and I find them back to the bathroom like new!!!!! I call and ask to change them and the next day again the same!!!!! The towels from the floor back to the bathroom like new ones!!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

the worst hotel i have ever been, The behavior of the staff was very bad, Location was good and that was the only positive point of hotel.poor service and impolite employee

I stayed in Feronya hotel with my family for 5 nights , I will share my full experience here.
Let's start with positive feedback . The location of the hotel is very unique, only 5 mins walking from Taksim Square which is the heart of the city includes many restaurants,cafes,shopping centers ,pharmacies, metro stations and many more. The hotel is also close to many important places in Istanbul such as: Galata Port,Hagia Sophia, Suleymaniye, Uskudar , Ortakoy.
The cleanliness of rooms was very good, the breakfast menu was not bad some was delicious some was okay, but unfortunately it was very limited with the same dishes everyday which made us bored.
I will start with negative feedback . The air conditions was working on hot only!!! We escalated that to the receptionists there many times , they its a central AC for all the rooms in hotel, which suppose to stay on hot till the beginning of summer turns on cold.
We expressed our frustration & confirmed that AC temperature should be in our choice, for example some people likes to sleep in cold air conditioning even in winter.
Second negative feedback was the size of the rooms very small.
Overall was a good experience specially comparing it with the affordable price we paid & the very good hotel location

the location of this hotel near taksim and near the metro. and public transportation. the breakfast is delicious and the restaurant is located at the highest floor with view of Istanbul and the seagull always come to eat.

Unfortunately, one of the worst hotels in Taksim area. We stayed at feronya hotel in the end of December 2023. Very bad experience.
The rooms are old. The staff is not friendly. The receptionists not helpful at all.
No security at the lobby anyone can enter the hotel. The camera's are not working. I got robbed footsteps from the hotel and when i asked to see the cameras, the receptionist said that they are not working.
We asked for extra blanket because of the cold, but did not get any.
The walls arw not soundproof. We could hear people watching tv in there rooms, flushing the toilet, walking in the halls.
No variety at breakfast.
Once again, 0 hospitality, the worst staff.
There was a fire on the 2nd floor, they warned no one, they did not call anyone to come down to the lobby. No fire alarm! They left people in there rooms. We were on the 6th floor and eventually smelled the fire and went down to the lobby.
No security measures!
DO NOT RECOMMED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been there two times. The location of hotel is excellent. The breakfast services is so nice and it has clean rooms but some of rooms are small and You can clearly smell cigarettes in there! But I should say the staff are so kind and helpful.
