Very good hotel. Exceeded expectations. I have stayed in Istanbul in this area many times and the hotels have always been terrible. So our expectations were not very good, especially since the price was low. Imagine our surprise to see a great room. It was big enough for three people. Everything was clean, bed linen, towels. Very clean bathroom, no mold, it felt like it had been renovated recently. The refrigerator and kettle were very useful. We went up to the terrace and had breakfast there. Of course, the location is great! We ate several times at the Dimbil Restaurant, it was delicious and inexpensive (from the hotel, 30-50 meters to the right, the restaurant will be the first on the left). Once a week (Wednesday or Thursday) there is a street mini-bazaar next to the hotel, where you can buy Turkish sweets much cheaper than in the Egyptian and Grand Bazaars (about 100 meters to the left of the hotel).
Disadvantages. Terrible pillows. They are just lumps in a pillowcase. The door to the balcony did not close tightly, on the first night the sounds were very disturbing until 2 am - screams, noise, barking dogs. But from the second night we slept well, because we were very tired. These downsides didn't spoil the impression, so I give it the highest score.

In general a nice hotel located close to the center and shops. We stayed in a family room, it was quite new and clean however the door of the bathroom was not closing. It didn’t ruin our stay anyway. The breakfast is normal. The 5 stars are for an amazing service. The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful !

Superb Location. Neat and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was just okay, not as extensive as regular istanbul hotels offer. Apart from breakfast, the hotel is great.

The hotel location was perfect room clean and big breakfast not bad good stuff. Some of them are good. Some of them are not quite. I had a nice time in the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Clean and modern simple hotel. Excellent members of staff especially Ur and Murat and Yunus Emre. Very very helpful and understanding. 100 metres from main Istanbul street.

Yavhuz Was extremely professional, kind, and courteous. He went out of his way to help me and my friends. He is an asset to the hotel, and they should be lucky to have such a person working for them. I'm ONLY giving the hotel 5stars because of him. Thank you for making our holiday amazing 😊

Our room 511, was small, just barely enough to walk to bed and toilet. Our room was on the highest floor and you can go on top of the terracce to get a nice view of sea.

Receptionists/managers/owners were impolite, smoking infront of customers who were coughing and the worst part: spreading incorrect information trying to make more money by offering their services. The only plus point is the location but the people there were not welcoming at all. They were not helpful which sheds a bad light on the good hospitality Turkey is known for. We are unhappy with our stay. Also though we had a window, they view was of a bunch of ac fans.

The worst hotel ever. No service or hot water. The bathroom is dysfunctional and dirty. The bidet doesn’t work and water leaks. The furniture is unstable and moves. The receptionists are the absolute worst and don’t respond to complaints. The 5 star reviews are definitely paid by the hotel owners because this is not a 3-star hotel by ANY standard.

I lived for two days. Economy room was ok if you're traveling on budget but there was no lift so be aware of that.
