We stayed at this hotel for six days with my wife and three kids until August 28, 2024. We had connected rooms and included breakfast. The staff and management were amazing. The hotel was very clean, and it was easy to get a taxi. Behind the hotel is a mall called Fisekhane, which is great for couples looking to have a good time. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of good choices

Hotel has very good sea view, pool, good breakfast. Card keys in lift and doors sometimes does not work, door lock for toilet also maybe malfunctioning. One room in 2nd floor was oversmoked, but hotel personnel changed to another one on 3rd floor - so room is very good. Whole personnel starting from reception to restaurant is very responsive, polite and good. Cleaner, Mr Savasbey was truly inspired person and makes his job excellently.
Even we had small issues with card keys and locks, smoked room, i recommend to stay here

Loved the place. No one can beat Novotel in hospitality. Better than my Hilton experience. I was late for breakfast one day and I didn’t knew the buffet breakfast time was untill 10am. I reached At 10:45. This is how my family was privately served. Other hotels would have softy said NO. The person taking care of us was Eray and his team. They were great in hospitality.

We loved our stay at Novotel Zeytinburnu. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful. From the front desk to the cleaners, everyone was very kind.
We had breakfast included in our stay was varied and delicious.
The facilities were great. We loved the pool and also, our son loved the play area between the restaurant and the foyer.
We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 9 days, the staff were always so helpful and accommodating, doing all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, particularly the bar and restaurant manager Ibrahim and reception staff member; Firat. The hotel was clean, the cleaners are very trustworthy and polite and the pool was always clean too. Highly recommended.

Ilgin was so kind to upgrade our booking to a room with sea view. However, breakfast was not included. The room had a horrible cigarette-smoke stink, but we did not complain because it was a long tiring day. The room felt like a budget 2-start hotel to me with decorative finishing issues that need to be addressed. The only good thing was the location if you’re after the neighbourhood. The hotel is nowhere near a 4-star hotel. It is extremely over-priced for what it is, I usually find better deals at 5-star hotels with a similar amount. I was just stuck with a last minute booking that day. Unfortunately, I would never return.

Eray, Nisa and all the front desk staff have been extremely helpful and so patient.The rooms are very lovely, clean and any support I could have asked were met with genuine and smiling people. Looking forward to coming back later this week.

The service was one of the best I’ve seen in Turkey the entire team is phenomenal, accommodated all my requests special shout out to Eray who put up with my ridiculous requests and was extremely attentive and so nice!!
The room was horrible, you go to a hotel to sleep. The service was great but the rooms: the bed was really hard the pillows were bricks as well, temperature control in the room is nonexistent had to keep the windows open and sleep to the really loud sound of traffic.

I came in Feb 9 for a hair transplant. From start to finish. Staff was amazing. Manager Ibrahim and all other staff went above and beyond for us. Rooms are very comfy. View is amazing. Walking distance to bars and other hotels.
