Diva Residence Hotel in Kas

Evrithing is very good like evrithing the food, the staff is very friendly, and the location is very beautifull and its very calm there. The hotel is near to the city the only thing i dont like are the seats and desks in the outside on the terass.

A small family run hotel with really friendly staff.

The rooms are simple but functional with AC, refrigirator and a good bathroom. The balcony is overlooking the sea and the pool.

They have a private beach (plateau) with approx 20 sunbeds and parasols just a few minutes walk down from the hotel. That place offer a decent "beach menu" to good prices. The food is brought down from the restaurant kitchen in the hotel.

Next to the hotel is a bar that is open as long there are guests.

The breakfast has most of what you would expect in turkey. I never tried their dinner.

Diva Hotel on the Kas Peninsula is a little gem. Cihan and his team are nothing short of brilliant. Great rooms, lovely pool, breakast is awesome and the views from the Beach Club are breathtaking. You are able to climb into the water or jump from the edge. The sea was beautiful and clear, great for swimming and snorkeling. You have to go and experience the food and hospitality, non residents are very welcome too.

Best view I have ever woken up to. Rooms a bit old but always kept clean and are large. Really nice staff. Breakfast is delicious. There is a beautiful private swimming spot you can grab some drinks at and go swimming. Just a short drive to the main town. I have stayed here twice, looking forward to staying again one day.

This is a fantastic place to stay on the Kas peninsula that is just a short drive, inexpensive shuttle ride, or taxi to the bustling town that gives you a beautiful boutique resortish (in a good way) experience. Beach views, a beautiful pool, private beach access with food and drink served at fair price, covered outdoor lounges, full service bar, lunch and dinner with good food priced well, and an amazing breakfast on the covered deck overlooking the ocean are some of the amenities here. Very good service and responsiveness from the friendly staff and owners make staying here a pleasure!

Very quiet place with beautiful scenery and wonderful private beach. Very friendly staff, clean rooms with quality furniture. Good cuisine - no need to go to the town for a dinner.

The views and the rooms are spectacular and I’m going to return. The food is the best I’ve had on this trip through the Lycian region. I could easily stay here forever. The people who run it are generous welcoming and fun. This place is really the best in the area. Beautiful people hosting at this place.

The scenery of the hotel is really beautiful and the location and quietness are very impressive. The hotel's own beach has enough space. The hotel staff is also available in the beach area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite spacious for families. Cleanliness was adequate but could be better. Definitely prefer to stay.
