The hotel is placed super central and has a small private parking. We could walk everywhere pretty fast and the rooms seemed well isolated. The breakfast was good with a great view from the rooftop.
Unfortunately, the staff seemed not very motivated especially at the reception and not very kind/interested in their guests. When we arrived the bathroom was not fully clean. There was hair and open shampoo bottles in the drawer.

Rooms might be tight if you're sharing, but it was perfect for me. Patio was nice to have. Good shower and amenities, comfy bed. Breakfast buffet was good, so with rotating choices each day and plenty of beverages available. One of the staff was well educated in hospitality, which has not been the case at a number of the other hotels I've stayed in in this country. Location is convenient, close to the intercity bus stop and a supermarket. There's a lift (though for one morning, it was out of service)
The only thing I didn't like was that sound echoed down the corridor - it was really loud whenever someone closed their door without being careful

Really well located hotel. It’s close the marina and all the restaurants/pubs. The rooms were comfortable. The parking was a problem but the hosts were great with managing it. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the top (where breakfast is served) was a cherry on the top. Would recommend !

We booked the hotel for 2 days and we liked it. You get some unique breakfast at the top of the hotel which means you will get a nice view from there.
In front of the hotel, you will find some gas station (view from the hotel room), which I didn‘t like. But all in all, it is a nice place.

Free coffee and water at the lobby.
Disliked · Very poor communication skills of the stuff. We used google translate to communicate.
The hotel took full amount of money from the credit card, even though booking policy was pay at the property. The hotel was very hard to reach afterwards, not responding to calls, emails to me or Booking support. It added stress to our travels and wasted our time.
No elevator. No air conditioning at hotel corridors.
Breakfast on 4th floor at the open air rooftop. Which makes it very hot and unenjoyable during hot summer days.
Poor hygiene at the rooms. Other guest hairs in bathroom, drawers, dust everywhere, spilled coffee on table sides and room chair, sloppy doors and walls. Terrace not moped and with loads of dust, dry leaves and fruits from the garden.
Water at the shower was often cold or mild.

We spent 4 nights there and can happily recommend this hotel. Nice personel, clean & simple accodation, good view from terrace, very good breakfast and good location

Lovely hotel, highly recommended. Everything is at the highest level. The Onur administrator was especially pleased . Courteous, brought breakfast to the room if necessary, gave advice about rest. Well, the breakfasts here are just super. We had a rest in January, the air conditioner works fine, there was hot water.

This is a brand new hotel in the centre of Kas. Stylish and well appointed rooms with nice balconies overlooking the charming town. Try the garden suites for extra room and family sized balconies with the added bonus of picking oranges and lemons right at your door.
Onur is a gracious host and aims to please. He is also good for local information and rentals.
But by far the most striking benefit is the rooftop patio with spectacular 360° views where you will also enjoy a very complete breakfast while the clouds break and the sun comes out to play.
