Nice hotel and lovely owner. Our two week stay was very nice and we enjoyed it. Room is not so big and need some renovations. Especially more hooks for towels and new curtains who shadow better. But all in all it's good. Breakfast is good but unfortunately only one coffee machine so there is some waiting time. Would be nice to have different bread like simit öne some days. Owners are very kind and always helpful. Nice stay and we will come back 😃👍

I saw the sea from my room window! This is incredible!
Amazing hotel location. Quiet, beautiful views, descent to the sea 7 minutes on foot. Cozy rooms. The room was clean, everything you needed was in the room. A good hairdryer (praise the Gods!). With the windows closed, there is no sound from the street and you can't hear your neighbors.
Wonderful hotel managers. We checked in at night and had no problems. In the morning, breakfast on the veranda and hotel friends - dogs. I love the pets.

Stayed here as part of a tour for a week in June 2024.
I am word- average. Average all round including breakfast. As others have mentioned- can be noisy at night due to poor sound insulation. Breakfast so so and could easily be improved with a choice (any) fruit juice.

Small and cute at first glance. However, a few things accumulated over the two evenings we stayed to give this mediocre review:
- Rooms are very very small, they are also quite noisy. You hear other guests, ventilation, elevator, sewage, etc.
- They forbid guests to fill up their reusable bottles (0.5 L, not massive just) from a water cooler/filter located in the restaurant area. This is a bit outrageous in a place where tap water is not drinkable, not to mention that it encourages even more use of enviromentally unfriendly plastic bottles (which is already pervasive in the country)
- Our shower had black mold, so did another couple's in our group

The hotel is new and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. You can check out, leave your luggage, spend the day in Kaş, come back, take a shower and take your luggage. That’s great to have as an option. Would definitely recommend.

Visited in 2022 June. The room and washroom was clean and spacious. But no tea coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was good too.
Staff was really friendly and the location was excellent.
However, the internet connection was really bad. As a traveller, it is one thing that is very important. If the network connection can be improved, then I am happy to recommend this hotel 😊
