Saylam Suites

I recently stayed at Saylam Suites and was thoroughly impressed.
The staff was welcoming, the check-in was smooth, and the rooms were both spotless and beautifully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel's prime location made exploring the city easy while still providing a peaceful retreat.
I loved breakfast buffet, which had a variety of delicious choices.
What truly stood out was the attentive service. Every staff member was friendly and eager to ensure I had a great stay. I highly recommend Saylam Suites and look forward to returning!

Stayed in Saylam Suites for a month and it was great! Staff were extremely kind and helpful. They helped us with extra tables to set up our work stations, gave extra kitchen tools when we needed and everything else. Great culture.
The apartment itself was very bright and spacious. wifi was good to take calls.
The only disadvantage is that it’s a bit on top of the town, so it’s a lot of stars/steep hill to get to the apartment. But it’s Kas, so expected is most places anyway.
Amazing stay!

One word of caution, this hotel is very high up on the hill. Easy to walk to the center, but definitely not easy to get back by foot! If this doesn't scare you, then this hotel is an amazing choice! You get a panoramic view of the bay. Everything very clean and very quiet, we had a suite with a private bathroom which was more than substantial in terms of size, and the view is breathtaking. Very friendly service, they even brought us coffees delivered to our room without us even asking for it! We will definitely stay here again anytime we return to the area.

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful views, nice, clean, cozy and spacious room. Everything available in the room. It was so comfortable that I felt like being at home. Lovely people, especially the lady who owns the property. Welcomed us so warmly. I am so impressed with their hospitality. The kind lady Fusun even was so helpful after we already left. I forgot something important in the room. She made all the efforts to get my stuff reach me safely and securely and didn’t even ask me for any charges. Simply won my heart ❤️. Can’t wait to go to Kas again and stay in the same room and enjoy beautiful views and experience the great customer centered behavior and respect!

Very nice and clean apartments with a wonderful view. Wonderful breakfast and friendly atmosphere. We had a memorable stay... I recommend to anyone....

We really enjoyed our holiday in the Saylam Suites. There is a shuttle service for arriving and departing from the airport. Also during your stay (except on Thursdays) you can use a shuttle service to get to the city or other points of interest. We were received very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The view from the hotel is spectacular. The only criticism is that some of the light bulbs in the suite didn't work. As a suggestion for improvement: You could offer more comfortable chairs on the balcony, because you like to spend more time there due to the great view.

Lovely suites. Separate sitting room with kitchen. Has every essential you need. Great views. Nice breakfast. Would defo recommend.
