The hotel (all inclusive ) is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
We complained about our room to be upgraded to another to be told I have to pay £30 cash (no card) the room is diabolical, the fridge barley worked and was disgusting, the shower you had a choice of 3rd degree burns or freezing cold.
The food was the same every day, I’m sick of chicken.
The all inclusive included wine, vodka, gin or larger.
On the 4th day we filled up our bottles of water from the machine to find maggots in it, we had been drinking this all week.
Staff wise a couple of the young lads was nice.
Never again, I will always read the reviews from this point on.

I didn't want to give 1 star. This place is disgusting it's dirty. Even a dog from off the street urinated up the wall, wiped his paws on the way out. I wouldn't even keep pigs in it. I've never seen anything like it. it's like a hotel from hell.. we had to transfer to another hotel.. staff are rude and don't help. the management is a joke . We were allocated an 'eco' room, but we're recommended to upgrade to a standard room, hmm, wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty, and pokey...I'm glad I didn't get to see the eco if that was standard !! Oh , and it was made clear that I must pay for the upgrade by cash only...the next day we arranged another hotel and got out of there, soon was not fast enough, and when I requested that my upgrade fee be refunded in cash, I was told they knew nothing about it and could do nothing. It's quite simple, don't go there !!

I’m writing this review fresh because I just checked out of this Hotel. First of all the room that they promised was not given to us and we had to live in a 2 squared filthy room filled with dirt on the floors which they never wiped for the upcoming five days that we lived there. There was also cloged showers drains and poor water pressure. The sheets were also dirty and even though it looked like the staff was changing them they were only rearranging the dirty sheets and other orders so the dirtiness will not show up even though it always did. After we managed to get another room for the last two nights, the room seemed tidier yet there was a cockroach in there. Talking about the food. it was repeating all over the week. The only fun part was when there was a Turkish national holiday they gave us cake. some sauces even had some hairs in them, which afterwards seeing I could not eat more. The scenery was fine but the boys working there were disrupting our relax, by yelling or walking around with pool flooties and hitting them on the floor to make sound. It’s not like we expected five star hotel treatment it’s just that the only people treated very nicely were Russians which had a population of 95% of the Hotel. Either way, if you didn’t not speak the Russian language or Turkish, you could barely manage to speak to the stuff. Every evening there was a dj during dinner, which was very disruptive, because we could barely hear each other over the music. I’m deeply disappointed by the food the cleanliness of the room and the overall appeal to the European tourists. I think for the week but will not be ever returning. Don’t recommend.

arrived at 2110 to find dinner finished no snacks so had to go out for food. given twin room when had upgraded paid for a triple for extra space told had to wait two days for a bigger room no compensation offered. hotel description is totally wrong photos must be 10-20 years old cos it looks nothing like it. Free water is from a tap. Spirits vodka whiskey or rum only from small bottles beer on tap one blend and given in small plastic cups no ice. Breakfast salads cheese continental sausage or dry cereal no milk available until last 2 days. Different options each day which looked like uncooked omelet hot dogs and once pancakes. They cater for Russians and Germans only so be aware. Lunch and dinner often unrecognisable or inedible. Meat always cooked via skewer at night kidney stew fried whole fish rice runny mash chips once spaghetti once. Always lots of salad choice made with cabbage. Soup guess the flavour was nice twice bread smothered with flies had butter once margarine once and not again. No fruit until dinner time then watermelon sliced last night a few bananas and oranges appeared quickly snapped up. Usual sponge cake or gelatine desserts. Pools dirty and sunbeds only at small pool. No wifi working. First room a cold shower only able to open toilet door part way as hit bed and couldn’t shut door or lock. Second room fourth floor no balcony or terrace a very small window shower a trickle hot or freezing staff don’t speak English RUNDOWN DONT GO HERE U WILL REGRET IT

We stayed at this hotel in August 2023 for 1 week. The location is good: 8-10 minutes from the beach. It was next to a street of shops. There were 2 swimming pools, a hammam and a restaurant with a bar. We had an all-inclusive tour. The food in the hotel was OK but not amazing. There were vegetables, chicken, fish, fruit and desserts. The staff was friendly. The bad thing was the dirty room, the smell of cigarettes and we had hot water only in the afternoon. During the week they didn’t clean the room or change the linen. If you don’t spend all the time at the hotel, then you can stay there.

Very bad and dissappointing. Never again.

-warm water lasts 2 seconds at a time
-balcony door does not close
-had to beg for a minifridge for water when it came it did’t work
-2 mbps wifi in the room even though they charge you extra for it upon arrival
-dirty room with spotted towels and pillows
-no soap in the room
-no beach towels are issued even though they state it in their houserules. Had to buy it ourselves
-only one person speaks english
-food was the same every day, I can understand it with the crisis going on in Turkey but to be served leftovers is unacceptable.
-dirty and shortage of room towels. Me and my brother had to share the same towel for 5 days because there was none.
-no daily cleaning.
-arrogant staff (except the manager and cleaning lady of blok C)
-bad ac
-toilet doesn’t always flush
-hairdryer dies after 1 minute of use
-we were promised lunchboxes for travel (we left early in the morning) manager promised us the day before but after asking the day of, we never got them. The kitchenstaff was unaware.

We have been to many hotels both 3 and 4 star in the same area. This is not worthy of even 2 stars. It is rather a very unorganised hostel.

Terrible receptionist, terrible food and service is very poor. Serves left over food from day before. Can bearly understand English. No room service, no daily house keeping. Rooms are filthy with the money their charging isn't worth spending the night. No entertainment, staff are not helpful and keep changing their words per conversation. Highly Avoid! Do Not Book!

The hotel is catered for Russians. Everything is written in Russian and staff speak Russian. If your from the UK please be aware their are NO English people in the hotel. The resort of Kemer is predominantly Russian and it can feel very isolating and lonely. Aside from that interesting insight into Russian culture. The property was advertised as beach front and it isnt. Please be aware it’s near the beach but it’s not beach front. The WiFi is NOT FREE it’s 2 Euros per day per device. The hotel is in a good location right in the centre of town. The hotel is adjacent to a road. The hotel grounds are pleasant, there is no garden too relax in as the garden is used for seating. The hotel feels quite busy and full. I booked an all inclusive deal for one week with a family member. So the alcohol situation, the bar only serves Beer and Wine NO SPIRITS. The wine is undeniably disgusting both red and white. Juice wise there is no fresh juice whatsoever and no bottled water. There is a water cooler that you can use. From 4.30pm until 6.30pm Daily NO alcoholic drinks or fizzy drinks are served. Which was annoying. The bar staff are friendly with warm hearted smiles. All the staff are so hard working and friendly even with a language barrier. There are two pools which is great however they are not deep. Serious limescale issue in the main pool. Just don’t look to closely! No sunbeds around the main pool as it’s used as seating area for all meals. Decent sun beds around the second smaller pool however the step into the smaller pool is broken. The Room was lovely it had nice decor, comfy bed, good sized working TV. A modern interior and decent fixtures. Bathroom was very decent too apart from a urine smell but it couldn’t be helped. The room was very nice, the rooms are not cleaned daily usually the maids comes every 2/3. The hallway is very dark and dingy of the main block. I was in room 429. FOOD: be careful with the food my son was sick after eating some luncheon meat covered in tomato sauce. So please avoid this dish, save your stomach. Also they have no honey and they don’t use butter only margarine. The deserts are nice and a good range daily. Breakfast is bizarre worst meal of the day a strange concoction of odd unidentifiable dishes. Lots of what looked like garden plants. No tea bags or range, no toaster, no fried eggs (just once.) Breakfast is basically luncheon meat (AVOID) and cheese with some stale cereal. No fresh fruit at all at breakfast, the yoghurt is nice however there is no honey for it. Poor range and selection. Lunch: Good some tasty dishes. Good variety however the soup tastes very strange. Lots of melon available, so if you like melon then knock yourself out! Deserts very nice! Dinner: Good mostly, very chicken based, lots of chicken dishes. They had a kebab night once that was very nice, a fish night that was decent too. A strange plain pasta is served tasteless and odd with most meals. It was an ok stay if felt very

We stayed at the hotel in July 2022. We really liked the location, because it is in the very center of Kemer and close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. The courtyard of the hotel is full of greenery and it is very pleasant to sit during the day and in the evening.
