very nice very happy PLACE THEY only speak turkish and russian This is a problem if you are italian It would be enough if someone spoke English The sea is wonderful A lot of restaurant, bar, bakery and foood 24/7 I hope to come back every year

We rested in Marco Polo in mid-October, the rest turned out to be 10/10! A beautiful green area, an excellent pebble beach, a separate pool with slides (in the back of the hotel so that enthusiastic squeals do not interfere with vacationers :)), excellent cuisine and even evening shows, which we did not even count on at the end of the season

The staff is friendly, the guys from animation are very cool - kind, smiling and most importantly unobtrusive, Julia, Artem - I love you!;) The beach is clean, pool is large, new beds and mattresses

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms for families. However, the noise of many airconditioning units outside did bother us thus we couldn't open any windows at night. Pools are great for adults and children

It is understandable they do this, knowing many Russians visit this hotel and they don't want them to get drunk, but at least be honest about it and mention it The direct area around the hotel has some shops (that all work together) but in 20mins by dolmus you can visit Kemer which is quite nice

During dinner, leftovers from lunch are being served which prevents unneeded waste. That's good! Unfortunately all-in formula hotels attract people that stuff their plates and only eat half of it

We checked into the hotel late this evening and were given a room right away, and it was wonderful! We asked where we could go for a meal, and the staff said there was an Italian à la carte restaurant open

The best expierence in the hotel was Italian a la carte served by Bilal and his team:) the guys where so positive and friendly that we will definitely back here. And the food was so delicious

I have been resting with my 12 year old son for 4 years in a row. Delicious food, lots of fruits and vegetables. All issues are resolved very quickly. The wishes of all customers are taken into account

There is a pier, the beach begins right after the bars and pools. There are water slides, 3 outdoor pool, indoor pool, Hamam, sauna. The area is large, there is free Parking - convenient if you have a car

The beach was something a few people complained about as it was made off of little stones not sand, but I honestly couldn’t care less about something they can’t change that easily

If you‘re a walker tho, there won’t be much for you to walk inside the hotel grounds, tho you can walk at the beach or outside

If you‘re a non English speaker but speak German, Russian or Turkish you will definitely come a long way here as everything is translated into these 4 languages, even the daily activities and many employees speak these languages

But I had nothing to worry about here! They had a huge variety of foods and there was information whether the food contained gluten/was vegan which I loved. They also had diet food and a huge variety of different salads

Also outside, if you wanna go shopping, many speak at least one German or Russian. Considering all that, I am absolutely in love with the hotel and would definitely recommend it!

They also had a counter where a woman would customize you your salad. The daily activities were fine, they offer the basic stuff which is cool

For example: the staff told us they will bring our baggage to our room and we waited like 40 minutes, I know that there is a lot of people here but they could just told us that the wait is that long (mind me we were in the trip since 2 am and we were there at 1 pm, we got our room at 2:30 pm and our baggage like 3:10 pm so we were really tired and we wouldn't be mad to bring our baggage ourselves)

The other thing that we didn't like was drinks. The only good drinks was paradise, Cuba libre and cool pool. Other drinks were just not good, even the paid drinks were not so tasty

My family and I had an amazing week at Akra Kemer Resort. We truly enjoyed the carefully curated entertainment, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, clearly passionate about their work

Their team were excellent throughout - the service round the pool and in the restaurants was amazing. The highlight - the chalets at the end of the pier

One of my daughters had to go to the hospital during our stay (nothing too serious) the hotel has a nurse onsite who we saw within 10 minutes of messaging the guest services team - she advised it would be best for a doctor to triage, the hotel arranged for the hospital to send a car, we were back within an hour with medication in hand - couldn’t have been better service

We hired one twice during the ten day visit and it was well worth the money - again the service was excellent and the cold tub was worth the money on its own in 35 degree heat! As we arrived they added us to a WhatsApp channel that we could use to contact the guest services team (Kardelen and Seren Can) - who were brilliant

The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable

We ate at the Italian a la carte restaurant one night - the food was excellent, well worth the 30 euros per head supplement

The pool was big enough, sunbeds with brollies do go quite fast but theres a section of the beach belonging to the hotel and theres plenty of brollies down there. Quite handy having a shop directly opposite the hotel too

I am not the one who gets up at 6am to reserve a place next to the pool or on the beach and even so I was able to accommodate myself and my kid for a piece of sunshine and chill

The hotel room fridge was stocked up every day with water, fanta, cola and juice. The indoor pool and Sauna was also really nice and clean. If I was ever to go back to Kemer I would happily stay at this hotel again

To be honest I was not sure about the all inclusive hotel vacation trip. The hotel was full and thanks for the great organization and disposition and the managing work it didn’t feel like it
