The staff are very very very rude!

The rooms are nice, the location is good too, but the service, ughhhh!!!!!!

Wifi is paid there, $2 per device per day, which is strange! And they dont mention its not per device so if you need to connect your phone and laptop you need to pay $4 per day.

The staff are not clear and direct with their communication, it was strange and a lot of nationalities commented. We were a group of 15 people from 10 different nationalities and the staff was rude to everyone.

They dont speak English so you would struggle to communicate.

One of the rooms had ants, they sent a cleaner to spray the room, then he said its okay to sleep on the beds like that. The bungalows were not well ventilated, this was an issue too, the breakfast was a struggle as there are not a lot of options.. they also put food that was made 2 and 3 days ago!

They don’t open the AC in the lobby or in the restaurant even though it was super hot weather, they are cutting costs somehow!

The staff do not smile or greet you, they are not welcoming at all!

I totally do not recommend their place, with the same value you can have a bette place with better facilities.

The room was nice but smells smoke. Overall doesn't look clean. Wide lobby and empty swimming pool with dirty water. Breakfast and dinner were average but no drinking water you in the site and you have to ask for it. I was there around late December 2021
