Esmeralda Butik Hotel

First we arrive around 12 at night and then the owner took advantage to deny the booking and forced us to pay much more to stay on the same room we booked already, almost twice as much, the place lacking allot of stuff, poor breakfast, and rude staff. no chairs and didn't get extra bed for the kids, no fridge in the room.

We were transfered here for 2 nights after Adora Calma hotel double booked our room.
Room was dirty and the bed sheets were stained.
In order to have warm water in the shouwer you need to open the tap and wait for about 5 minutes.
The mosk was very close, waking us up at 5am.

The room was weathered with relatively thin walls, old TV in the room. Food is pretty basic. Service staff is rude. The beach area is small, and in the evening some shady characters are occupying the pool. Even basic sanitary measures are close to non-existent.

I have already begun to select a hotel for my future spring and summer holidays. Reading the reviews, I noticed with what disdain and rudeness the hotel owners treat tourists who bring them money, and all whose fault is a negative review of the hotel.
It is noteworthy that the owners do not deny the presence of these shortcomings, they do not promise to fix everything, but immediately turn to the personalities of the vacationers with rudeness, accusations, and insults.
Apparently the owners of the hotel do not understand well for whose money they live.
Apparently, the truth in this hotel is not all right, if, in their opinion, the main drawback of the hotel is tourists who do not want to relax on the hotel's beach on two sun loungers under a torn rag.
Not recommended for tourists who know what a boutique hotel is.
