It is a town within itself and has plenty of day and night time entertainment either on the beach, around the pools or in the entertainment areas

Genuinely there is food and drink everywhere and more than enough pool space and sun loungers to go round

The hotel is not bad, the area is large, the power is normal, the animation is great! the child could not pull away from the boat with the slides he very he liked! However, a children's pool required cleaning, he did not have time to clean up, we rested in August, children of the sea! My kid caught some kind of virus! 4 days spent in the room,2 days with high fever and some sort of bubbly on the body...

The hotel was very nice it has a nice view of sea of place the workers here were very friendly and very helpful food was so delicious and you have different place to eat they had most delicious meals also they have some nice games that you can play all day and make new friends

This was the first trip to turkey and we went with crystal admiral. We are a family of three and don’t regret our time at the hotel

The entertainment, animation, pool parties, games and evening parties were non stop, ive genuinelly never had so much fun

A special mention has to be made to Goofy, a children’s rep who was brilliant, friendly and helpful. There are chickens, turkeys, peacocks and ducks freely roaming around the whole hotel, this may be good or bad

We booked one week in August 2024 all inclusive as a family. The rooms are fairly okay, location is also good. However it's not really a 5 stars hotel

One of the best holidays we experienced in Turkey. We have been to this hotel twice, in 2014 and 2016

The rooms were clean, fresh bed sheets and towels every day, very nice food, desserts and fruits. The gözleme cooked on order by the lady beside the pool bar were amazing. The night entertainment suitable for all ages

It's not a 5 star hotel by European standards but that's not what I expected. It was an enjoyable week, the beach was nice, good food for a mass tourism hotel and two pools to choose from

The animation team is the best. Especially Beste, she is a very energetic and authentic animator. She completes all of her tasks perfectly with a lot of enthusiasm and is over all very reliable

Great animations and animation crew, especially Chico Kaan (the Tarzan boy ! :D) Room - A/C worked only 1h and after that it goes OFF Mode. Told reception to fix it 2 Times but nothing happend

Beste is the best animator by far. She is able to manage every kind of tasks. It doesn‘t matter if it‘s yoga, zumba or water gym she does everything in an amazing way

She is able to work with all kinds of people and is always making sure that every client has the best experience possible

Through out the day there is no entertainment a part from Wednesday at 3:00 there is a foam party. The pool is very big! Theres one baby pool, one main pool and 1 pool where the slides land

The location in Side is far out from the Centre, some local shops and market but if you intend to stay in the resort then that shouldn't be a problem as the hotel spreads out from the pool area straight onto the beach which has good facilities to relax

I have rated this hotel 3 out if 5. The positives first, the hotel has huge and very beautiful out door space. The children were pretty happy with the pool and evening entertainment

Arrived very late at night and took a while to locate our reservation. A decent sized resort with many facilities. The pool area is great, large pool so plenty of space for crowded times and plenty of seating space

There is the main restaurant, the pool area restaurant and the beach area restaurant so you're always close to some food when it is being served. Food was great and inclusive meant no worries with the kids

Kids club, children's activities all come at a price. At 3-10 euros per activity, it can add up

Wonderful experience in any way from the front desk to the beach are people that work their are wonderful and so helpful if you need them their there for you food is so good and spa area is a wonderful place you will find dino who is so helpful for everyone who wants to go their its worth it if your single or with 100 family members and kids its worth

The hotel was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever visited. The pool was big and there was plenty of sunbeds

The beach was quite nice but the water got deep very quickly so it was not ideal for bad swimmers or small children

So! Everyone wants to know - Noone wrote before. Rooms - clean, spacious, every day cleaning. If you tip a cleaning lady - you will have minibar full every day

Buy alcohol on the airport because in the hotel is expensive, on the Bazar next to the hotel is also expensive so better at the airport or own from home country. Alcohol in allincl option is weak and tastes funny

There is a small aqua park with nice slides (for adults too), a quiet pool and a big pool where you can take part in games. There's a direct access to a private beach too

The slides are something else! 5 amazing slides at the front of the parc with thrilling speeds and excitement! They'd be illegal in any other European country!

A great experience, I would come back. Good staff, we had a problem with AC in our room, they fixed it within an hour. They speak so many languages, no problem to communicate

Pros: Staff is very helpful and warm. Interesting animations and shows. Cons: Desserts could be better ( there are more than 20 kind, none of them actually tasty

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is excellent, very tasty and there is a lot of choice. The pools are always crystal clear, the surroundings are well-kept, and the beach and sea are beautiful

There is only one pool adult pool which is a little disappointing but it is more than large enough and the slides are also fun. The beach is also pretty good, with lots of sun loungers as well as hammocks and bean bags

The temperature of the pool was very cold throughout our stay and the sun lounger situation is a little annoying; having to get up a 6:30 every morning just to get an opportunity to sit near the pool isn't great

The quality is very high but we felt that the selection was a bit limited, especially as most of the desserts tasted very similar. The drinks were also good as were both the al a carte and barbecue restaurants

Getting the bus to Manavgat and Side is easy enough though and only 1 euro each which is well worth the 15-30 minute journey each way. The Pool and Beach would get an 8/10

We stayed at the TUI Blue Palm Garden for 11 nights from 13th October 2024. We are a family of 4 and we were split over two rooms as we have older teenagers

However, I can only give it 4 out of 5 because it seems to be a victim of it's own success - having the reviews it has inevitably raises expectations and unfortunately, while still being nearly excellent, the few minor issues we had mean it just falls slightly short of being truly perfect

The hotel rate for Turkey, the rooms are certainly in need of repair, but do not come in the room to sit, the territory is large, lots of tennis courts, water slides, many pools, beach sand and pebbles at the entrance to the sea, plenty of sunbeds, restaurant always has a place, but the dishes are a bit repetitive, poolside bars

Great place to stay with a family. The complex has everything you need. Several restaurants and bars, few pools, long beach with sandbags, spa, gym, playground for kids, amphitheater, aqua park etc

Ice cream by the scoop between 10 and 16:00 - best chocolate ice cream ever! Playroom is a rip off. Each game per person is 2 credits and it will last you like 1 to max 5min depends on the game

However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn. The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying

The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired

The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant

Some rooms are spacious, some are not, so make sure you check the rooms size before booking. Service is good but it can be better. Location however is not great. It is 20minutes located from nearest city Manavgat

Rooms are nice, just used a lot in some parts (like balcony doors). It's clean overall and the comfort is high. Service is good and very helpful, but most don't speak English which can be an issue

You wanna go shopping , prepare for long walk or take a cab. Worst thing is that the hotel is full of Russians (90% of guests), and staff usually speaks Russian language, but poorly English

They use translators in mobile phones when needed. The biggest advantage and plus of the hotel is a placement - 100m from beach. Nice views and all the facilities are in convenient place

We have had the BEST holiday here!!! 2 weeks of pure luxury, the rooms were lovely, the pools were all amazing & the slides were so much fun!!! The many restaurants were great and the food was delicious and available 24/7

Front office very nice at check-in and checkout as well. The barkeepers are working well but the cocktails are extremely bad. Most probably the ingredients are not good enough. They replace Cointreau with lemon liquor

Myself and a group ladies stayed here in late August for our first girls holiday and it did not disappoint. The hotel is so gorgeous! A highlight is the Boho beach bar, which looks out directly onto the beach

An extensive salad bar is on offer everyday with delicious protein choices every night as well as good options for vegetarians (with sides on offer, including hot rice and chips, which we definitely indulged too much in as they weee delicious)

Big shout out to Tugba and Ezra in Guest Relations, Chala, Alper and Hatice who worked in the bar/dining area as well as Dil and Chivan at the spa (big thank you to Chivan for the lovely conversations we had with you during our stay!) Highly recommend this hotel and would happily return

A lot of Russian, but Tagil yet been found. Pools large enough place for everyone, but the water is cool. In the evening dancing under the open sky on the beach

The drinks are prepared quickly and are well made by staff. My only comment is that the inclusive menu could include sweeter/fruity drinks e. drinks including more fruit purées

The chic beach is spacious, there is a bar, fresh juices, low alcohol drinks. Entertainment for adults and children. For lovers species I advise you to choose the 6th floor with a sea view

Lafetos fully justifies its 5 stars good varied cuisine. Souvenirs in the hotel on the ground floor are really expensive, behind the hotel there are a couple of shops where you can buy souvenirs cheaper

I was here with my family in September. There are nice time for the rest. I can fully recommend this hotel. Personal is great, food is fresh and tasty, there are a lot of food everywhere, a good variety of ice cream

Sometimes it bas noisy from the neighbour hotel at night. A wonderful aqua park for adults and children. The whole atmosphere very nice and pleasant

We were very excited for this family vacation. I went with my brother and his fiancee and my sister and her husband and kids. We had a very bad encounter upon checking in

They went to the receptionist, Serif, who was not only useless, but he had an attitude and threatened to call security and throw my sister and her family out

At the end of June, we spent a wonderful time with three families. The service of the staff was top notch. The rooms are cleaned all the time, the food is excellent, so I have no complaints

The only negative is that the food is left there all day but I didn’t expect any different in the beach bar. The pool is large and clean and the pool bar is consistent when it comes to drinks and snacks

I would consider this as a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star. I was there with a friend, so for our needs it was OK, but I would not go here with the family. I would definitively try different hotels

Beach was with small rocks which is difficult to walk on and there is not enough sunbeds for guests. Hotel would really need a reconstruction and better cleaning. Some parts like bars and stairs were smelly a little

Music played during the meals was sometimes quite annoying, because they kept playing one CD (some Italian hits) over and over until I asked them change it to some more local music, and then it was the other CD over and over:-) Overall, good for families with kids, probably not that much for people who like to travel around

The room had superb air-conditioning, which was needed in the heat whilst we were there. The maid was lovely! (Room 105) Well recommended, especially for young families as the kids club and the staff looked impressive

I think it's lovely for kids, especially German kids. But some are a bit inappropriate for kids. Since I'm English, people are nice to me, but some sellers are mean. Overall, I really like how they learn our language

We have had a mixed experience with this hotel. First , we received a molded room next to the swimming pool. There was a second room available, but because it has a seaside view, we had to pay extra to receive it

The minus point is that you can hear everything from the room, I was in a room close to the swimming pool and you could hear the noise of the road just above, literally as you were sleeping with open windows but it was not

It is also situated close to the main road. Very noisy and can be dangerous. The kitchen is well organized and personnel very kind. Chef cook makes the best of the menu with what the budget has to offer

In our case view to the sea- which was awesome; - Pool has average size (up to 3x10), it my opinion, too much chlorine; - Hotel area is nice clean, quite green

Now in regards to the hotel, the breakfast is nice but make sure to come Earlier as it tends to run out if you’re towards the end. The rooms look nice but they really do need a fridge and I hope they do invest in it soon

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed. Everyone was very hospitable and helpful. Our extra wishes were completely fulfilled, which is not very easy with children. The food was typically Turkish and very tasty

An amazing place if you like nostalgia, we really like the beach they have not busy beautiful sea as well very clean, the room are not fancy of course but clean, the breakfast was ok which was included they have dinner if you like
