The hotel was very nice it has a nice view of sea of place the workers here were very friendly and very helpful food was so delicious and you have different place to eat they had most delicious meals also they have some nice games that you can play all day and make new friends

Genuinely there is food and drink everywhere and more than enough pool space and sun loungers to go round

This resort is a paradise on earth. My experience is out of this world. One can tell that the management of this resort is top notch. Their facilities are excellent with quality food and drinks available 24/7

The kindness and professionalism of the staff is amazing. This resort is highly recommended. While here, please do not miss the spa. It is an experience on its own

A big disappointment was the ice cream fridge that is being locked up on the key at 1600hrs. Sun is up till very late and lot of kids are walking around the fridge without being able to get an ice cream

Hotel provides a lot of comfort, specially the family comfort rooms at lake house. if there is anything that doesn’t meet your expectation, just get in contact with the guest relations team

Water isn't deep so kids can go in the water. My kids loved going to the kids club. Plenty of activities, games, fun. Food is ok, not a huge variety of seafood (only fish) or meat (mainly chicken on grill)

you will have immediate response, and they fix everything very quickly! specially Ms. Gunay is extraordinary helpful, and solves every little problem in a minute!

Lots of pools, great beach connection, warm deep, slightly rough sea. Friendly receptionists and staff, helpful and always available for all guest needs

The sea is close and accessed through a tunnel. The swimming pool is clean and ideal temperature. The food was good, but sometimes I found myself not finding anything appealing to me, as there wasn't that much choice

Also super-delicious ? The path to the beach goes through the underpass. In a matter of 2/3 minutes - perfect! The family rooms are great (2 bathrooms) and very clean. No Mold! To recommend all in all

In general, what we come on vacation to Turkey for, - quality warm sea and relaxed days, given as an offer is excellent. I would vacation again in Amelia and I recommend it

A fitness center is also inadequate. Animal droppings around but are annoying. Dec Dec using a therapy pool with geese

The trip there went smoothly in a decent, air-conditioned car. But everything fell apart on the way back. Since we didn’t have mobile internet in Turkey, we called them and waited at a nearby café

The food was disappointing — cold, bland, and the bread was stale. I wouldn't recommend the coffee either; it tasted terrible. As for Denis Rent a Car, I strongly advise never using their service

When booking, they clearly told us that the driver would drop us off and later return to the same spot to pick us up — we just had to call 30 minutes in advance

They tried to contact us only via WhatsApp and internet calls — knowing full well that we didn’t have access. No SMS, no proper phone call, nothing

We received a message over the café Wi-Fi saying the taxi would arrive in 30 minutes. After leaving the café, we no longer had internet access

The new driver, however, went to a different location and never even bothered to step out of the car or check for us

The rooms were clean, fresh bed sheets and towels every day, very nice food, desserts and fruits. The gözleme cooked on order by the lady beside the pool bar were amazing. The night entertainment suitable for all ages

Very cozy hotel with wonderful pools and rooms. Especially recommend for couples. Was in early July, the sea is warm, on site, swimming pools with slides, two bars on the street and 2 inside

Taking 2 of my children I wanted to go somewhere it was family friendly and this really was the one. The food was exceptional, there were variety options to choose from. Also the service all round was superb

It’s a clean hotel but no we’re near a 5 star Food is a 3 star 100%, no change at the restaurants and snack bars and has the same food everyday and patisserie’s always empty of food

There’s generally a good consistent offering. To summarise, I’d label this hotel as a 3. 5 star hotel and I’d be disappointed if I was saving up all year round to come here with kids in the summer holidays

I would consider this as a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star. I was there with a friend, so for our needs it was OK, but I would not go here with the family. I would definitively try different hotels

Check the beach snack bar, it's not always the same food as the pool snack bar. Check out the Hokka bar, yes it's not included but the cocktails are amazing as is the guy that works there

Beach was with small rocks which is difficult to walk on and there is not enough sunbeds for guests. Hotel would really need a reconstruction and better cleaning. Some parts like bars and stairs were smelly a little

Ali in the animation team is a really good guy, and does his best throughout the day. The beach isn't sandy, but that's not the fault of the hotel, that's nature

The beach is nice besides the enter in the sea which in 5 m is deep

All inclusive, but the food quality is not very good, meat products are especially not recommended. They also make you pick up beach towels from spa, where they try to sell you services like massage

They work about 20 hours per day, 6 days per week. The beach had adequate comfortable beds and enough shades. The water was crystal clear and so warm

I was here with my family in September. There are nice time for the rest. I can fully recommend this hotel. Personal is great, food is fresh and tasty, there are a lot of food everywhere, a good variety of ice cream

The location in Side is far out from the Centre, some local shops and market but if you intend to stay in the resort then that shouldn't be a problem as the hotel spreads out from the pool area straight onto the beach which has good facilities to relax

Arrived very late at night and took a while to locate our reservation. A decent sized resort with many facilities. The pool area is great, large pool so plenty of space for crowded times and plenty of seating space

There is the main restaurant, the pool area restaurant and the beach area restaurant so you're always close to some food when it is being served. Food was great and inclusive meant no worries with the kids

I have rated this hotel 3 out if 5. The positives first, the hotel has huge and very beautiful out door space. The children were pretty happy with the pool and evening entertainment

There is a independent company always on houses being rather hounding for excursions which I don't recommend as you get nothing extra for paying extra so I'd recommend going outside to the companies just outside the hotel to sort your excursions

rooms were a decent size, clean and had what was needed. The hotel is an hour and half from Antalya airport so the cheapest and best way was online transfer which cost me about £30. 00 one way in a very well equipped van

Great hotel with the best staff and food! Everything is on point! Staff is super polite and helpful, Chiefs there should all have a Michelin star! Rooms are very romantic and the view is superb! Beach bar is one of the coolest places, you just can't have enough! The DJ is spectacular (I shazamed quite a few songs so I can enjoy them back home😅)

Myself and a group ladies stayed here in late August for our first girls holiday and it did not disappoint. The hotel is so gorgeous! A highlight is the Boho beach bar, which looks out directly onto the beach

Big shout out to Tugba and Ezra in Guest Relations, Chala, Alper and Hatice who worked in the bar/dining area as well as Dil and Chivan at the spa (big thank you to Chivan for the lovely conversations we had with you during our stay!) Highly recommend this hotel and would happily return

An extensive salad bar is on offer everyday with delicious protein choices every night as well as good options for vegetarians (with sides on offer, including hot rice and chips, which we definitely indulged too much in as they weee delicious)

The drinks are prepared quickly and are well made by staff. My only comment is that the inclusive menu could include sweeter/fruity drinks e. drinks including more fruit purées

So to go and get a drink, you need to get out the pool, dry off, so you can walk through your room, walk up to the hotel, down to the pool bar, grab 2 small takeaway cocktails to take back to the room (because you don't want to have to do the same again in 20 mins)

They were the best part of our 10 days vacation. So a big thanks to the staff and the management but the biggest one is to the service staff and their chief🤗

I would like to thank all of them seperately but the service staff in general were great. They were very caring,friendly, fast and neat. Literaly smiles were throwing in the air

We even saw a sign fall down and it was being fixed within 5 minutes! The beach is quite rocky as you enter the water but nice and sandy by the loungers. Oh and don't be fooled into going to Land of the legends at night

Several pools, slides 2 rubles a day worked, until yesterday. Also, the hot water in the room disappeared when we returned from an excursion in the evening, which is undoubtedly a huge disadvantage to the hotel

We went to Alanya - I liked almost everything, except for a walk on a 5-deck motor ship with bathing, where tourists were loaded from all kinds of sightseeing buses, which turned out to be extremely uncomfortable

The standard rooms are not new, one socket is available, there is a flat-screen TV, an old air conditioner. Of course, there are no sets for tea and slippers. The maid changed towels daily, added shampoos, soap

The staff quickly cleans up the dishes, only the stained tablecloths are not changed. There is no animation as such, the kids club is closed. The contingent is mainly pensioners and with children

Internet paid: 1d-3 $, 3 days-8 $. The restaurant is located on the terrace, roomy, the food is quite tasty, although the choice is not large, but you can always find something for yourself

The territory is well-groomed and green, consists of 3-storey penthouses with terraces, as well as 1-storey bungalows

The hotel is primarily a hotel on the seafront, built on a large area and surrounded by trees. But the shortcomings are: The fitness room is small and the number of treadmills is insufficient

All of the team at Felicia make it what it is ,a beautiful place to stay ! The room had superb air-conditioning, which was needed in the heat whilst we were there. The maid was lovely! (Room 105) Well recommended, especially for young families as the kids club and the staff looked impressive

I think it's lovely for kids, especially German kids. But some are a bit inappropriate for kids. Since I'm English, people are nice to me, but some sellers are mean. Overall, I really like how they learn our language

The hotel is 15 minutes away from the old ruins of Side. But, that may be good getting away from tourists. Tip: The hotel is right on the beach. There's a swimming pool attached. The entire place is very family friendly

Basic rooms with TV, en suite shower and toilet, nice size balcony and comfy bed. Restaurant serves buffet style breakfast and dinner. 2 minutes walk to a lovely quiet beach with sunbeds! Really relaxing break. 5☆.

The beach can be reached from the hotel in just a few steps, through the garden, past the pool. Rooms are clean, but have minor issues, like calcified faucets and outdated silicone joints

It is in a very nice location, very close to the sea. Places to visit, whether side Manavgat dim tea, are close to these places

They had a dog that was very cute. On the road but quietly, you can get enough of the sound of the cicada. In the evening, when the lights come on, they go silent. Definitely a place to listen to

There was a mini bar in the room we stayed in, we bought drinks or something and it was very nice. I don't know if the hotel owners are still the same, but they were very good and interested

It's been 2 years, but I'm still looking for this place when I go on vacation, I want it to be like this hotel. The building is not new but clean tidy

It was also very affordable for the price. One day we ate fish, they cooked it without oil in a pan, but it was very good
