The hotel building and rooms are tired, and probably need renovating to compete with other hotels in the area, we asked to change room after our first night as we wasn't happy and the hotel accommodated our request immediately. The staff are friendly and happy to engage with the guests particularly if you are British. Food and drink are plentiful however a little repetitive after a few nights.

The place is very nice. The sea is close and accessed through a tunnel. The swimming pool is clean and ideal temperature. We had a great stay at this well-organized and clean hotel. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, and the food is tasty. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help – for every question or concern we had, they provided a solution or an answer. Room was cleaned only once during 5 day stay. The open-bathroom planning with glass doors lack privacy, and is inconvenient especially if roommates are not a couple. Also# 2 put of 7 person in our company got food poisoning. On the other hand the pool and the beach are really nice although sea get's very deep just a few steps in.
