The hotel was very nice it has a nice view of sea of place the workers here were very friendly and very helpful food was so delicious and you have different place to eat they had most delicious meals also they have some nice games that you can play all day and make new friends

This resort is a paradise on earth. My experience is out of this world. One can tell that the management of this resort is top notch. Their facilities are excellent with quality food and drinks available 24/7

The kindness and professionalism of the staff is amazing. This resort is highly recommended. While here, please do not miss the spa. It is an experience on its own

Our room that we were staying in was comfortable and air con was working fine- the room was slightly in need of a new coat of paint and the balcony door didn’t fit the frame properly - room 1143

I did not mind staying in a such a hotel, the German guests were polite and well behaved, and appeared to have a good time without being drunk and disorderly (not like the English at similar hotels I have stayed at)

Pools great but no chance of a lounger if you go after 8am and no clear direction to walk miles to the spa to get your towels Food selection good but pretty much the same every day

There's a kids’s area inside the hotel, and it's wonderful. Kids can spend quality time there during the day and have fun with fun activities. I'd like to thank the team working in this mini club

Food - plenty of it, can pretty much get food whenever! We arrived at 1am and they had some food prepared for us which was good! The food is very much the same, not the most exciting food but there was always something we could all eat, even my very fussy child! Rooms - we were on the 7th floor, large, clean room, large balcony overlooking pool, little dated, especially the bathroom but it did the...

Russian is definitely the preferred language here (majority of guests are Russian) but this didn't bother us at all! All in all we had a fantastic holiday, making memories and spending time as a family which is what holidays are for! Would we return - i think we would, providing the price was right

Beds - very hard, like sleeping on a board! Staff - we didn't have a problem at all, everyone we communicated with made a real effort to understand us, all were helpful and friendly, absolutely no issues

Our kids were exhausted by night so we didn't really experience evening entertainment so can't comment, they also didn't want to do the kids club

Of the minuses, a la cart e restaurants did not work, the water park was on schedule, the pier was closed for the first days, there was almost no animation. But we didn’t need it) Quiet, relaxing holiday turned out

A big disappointment was the ice cream fridge that is being locked up on the key at 1600hrs. Sun is up till very late and lot of kids are walking around the fridge without being able to get an ice cream

For the period of 7 nights the sheets were never changed and the bathroom never mopped. Beside the room, everything was ok and above. For an ultra all inclusive we would expect international drinks

The trip there went smoothly in a decent, air-conditioned car. But everything fell apart on the way back. Since we didn’t have mobile internet in Turkey, we called them and waited at a nearby café

The food was disappointing — cold, bland, and the bread was stale. I wouldn't recommend the coffee either; it tasted terrible. As for Denis Rent a Car, I strongly advise never using their service

When booking, they clearly told us that the driver would drop us off and later return to the same spot to pick us up — we just had to call 30 minutes in advance

We received a message over the café Wi-Fi saying the taxi would arrive in 30 minutes. After leaving the café, we no longer had internet access

The new driver, however, went to a different location and never even bothered to step out of the car or check for us

It was one of the worst experiences of our entire trip. We rented a taxi for a round trip to Manavgat

If you’re looking for cold drinks or put anything in the fringe in your room never going to happen, as the electricity switches off when you leave the room and fridge goes off 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ surely the fridge should stay on at all times to keep things cool

It’s a clean hotel but no we’re near a 5 star Food is a 3 star 100%, no change at the restaurants and snack bars and has the same food everyday and patisserie’s always empty of food

We are also here for 6 days and because we aren’t here for 7 days we can’t use the other restaurants

Taking 2 of my children I wanted to go somewhere it was family friendly and this really was the one. The food was exceptional, there were variety options to choose from. Also the service all round was superb

I would consider this as a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star. I was there with a friend, so for our needs it was OK, but I would not go here with the family. I would definitively try different hotels

The food could be better but don't get me wrong the food is good and lot of choices. The drinks in the bar were original in all inclusive offer. The location is weak, the nearest city is about 15 minutes by car

Check the beach snack bar, it's not always the same food as the pool snack bar. Check out the Hokka bar, yes it's not included but the cocktails are amazing as is the guy that works there

Yes it's in the middle of nowhere, but then you should already know that by researching the hotel. Spent most of my 10 days lounging around the pool and would recommend this hotel

The animations in the night were fantastic, we saw the gymnastics, strong man, laser show, synchronical swimming and many more. That was the most advantage of the hotel

There is the main restaurant, the pool area restaurant and the beach area restaurant so you're always close to some food when it is being served. Food was great and inclusive meant no worries with the kids

The location in Side is far out from the Centre, some local shops and market but if you intend to stay in the resort then that shouldn't be a problem as the hotel spreads out from the pool area straight onto the beach which has good facilities to relax

The next rooms, people walking passed, the incredibly noisy lobby area, where people congregate until the early hours of the morning. For an all inclusive hotel, there is a lot that is chargeable

There is a independent company always on houses being rather hounding for excursions which I don't recommend as you get nothing extra for paying extra so I'd recommend going outside to the companies just outside the hotel to sort your excursions

rooms were a decent size, clean and had what was needed. The hotel is an hour and half from Antalya airport so the cheapest and best way was online transfer which cost me about £30. 00 one way in a very well equipped van

Arrived very late at night and took a while to locate our reservation. A decent sized resort with many facilities. The pool area is great, large pool so plenty of space for crowded times and plenty of seating space

The chic beach is spacious, there is a bar, fresh juices, low alcohol drinks. Entertainment for adults and children. For lovers species I advise you to choose the 6th floor with a sea view

Lafetos fully justifies its 5 stars good varied cuisine. Souvenirs in the hotel on the ground floor are really expensive, behind the hotel there are a couple of shops where you can buy souvenirs cheaper

The drinks are prepared quickly and are well made by staff. My only comment is that the inclusive menu could include sweeter/fruity drinks e. drinks including more fruit purées

The drinks in the Boho bar are a little better, but they are far from the international standards. The Margarita is so bad that it's so funny for us and we drink one every day and laugh a lot

Myself and a group ladies stayed here in late August for our first girls holiday and it did not disappoint. The hotel is so gorgeous! A highlight is the Boho beach bar, which looks out directly onto the beach

An extensive salad bar is on offer everyday with delicious protein choices every night as well as good options for vegetarians (with sides on offer, including hot rice and chips, which we definitely indulged too much in as they weee delicious)

The true highlight of the hotel is the staff. I have never encountered such warm and welcoming staff at a hotel and the staff are a credit to the establishment

I've forgotten to take the ladies names at the bar, but they were just as wonderful and attentive! They were the best part of our 10 days vacation. So a big thanks to the staff and the management but the biggest one is to the service staff and their chief🤗

I was disappointed with the evening entertainment. Usually the set up would be tables with chairs but it's set up in rows and so we only went the first night and wasn't that good

This hotel take it to a whole another level with every little detail it has. Good quality food, hygiene was alright but the service

I would like to thank all of them seperately but the service staff in general were great. They were very caring,friendly, fast and neat. Literaly smiles were throwing in the air

Oh just one more thing it is an all inclusive for food and drinks free wifi is included when we stayed. Do drop in and enjoy some Turkish delights

Most of the time going foreign places the food can be hit or miss. Surprisedly this hotel is really good as it had a good supply of food and drinks for both young and old

Music played during the meals was sometimes quite annoying, because they kept playing one CD (some Italian hits) over and over until I asked them change it to some more local music, and then it was the other CD over and over:-) Overall, good for families with kids, probably not that much for people who like to travel around

Not a luxury one, but the rooms are nicely furnished and renewed. The meal could be better, but not bad. The beach is the worst point because of the stones. The pool is warm and nice, the garden is beautiful

We had a room facing the busy road which sucked a lot, but asked to be moved, which fortunately was possible and the new room was great

We had family room, the room was big enough but furniture is running out. There were not enough of light in the room. Restaurants and bar also good. Staffs were very helpful and friendly
