Xoria Deluxe Mini-hotel

Ok so here is a fair and honest review. The hotel itself is well presented, it’s stuck in the middle between the lively spots so either a taxi or a walk is needed to get to them. This hotel does have its faults. The kitchen staff are hard working, they are constantly clearing tables so don't be offended if they attempt to take your just finished dirty plate, unfortunately there is the odd member of staff who clearly have no time for you and don’t care, but the rest do the best they can. The food is always freshly prepared but either get in early or go in the last hour of service as it gets VERY busy and crowded and people just hog tables eg 1 person taking up a 6 person table due to the cultural differences they won’t move/don’t care. Yes the food is repetitive every day almost, they do additional items on each night (duck, grilled meat) be warned as some people are just greedy and stack plates high and you have to wait for fresh items to be cooked, perhaps some sort of portion control could be done just on these lines. If you come here expecting bacon, etc (full English) then this place is NOT for you. They have 4 main opening times (restaurant) and then the snack bar is open by the main pool after breakfast, ice cream is served 14-16pm by the tunnel to beach, there is an Al a carte restaurant but we did not visit it as our youngest is a fuzzy eater, so I can’t comment. The drinks are okay from the 5 bars (restaurant one during food times) 1 by main pool, 1 by annex pool, 1 at the beach and the main bar in the hotel. it’s a limited menu but it’s all you can drink so it is what it is, water cartons are always in the fridges next to these bars but as they are constantly being opened the cartons are not very cold. Pools are nice and spacious, there is a main pool and one just over from the hotel entrance by the annex building, but as usual “the regular people” always get “THEIR” spot, so be early but usually always spots on the second level by the slides. It does get slippery and crowded and messy around the main pool area (lazy people just chucking stuff anywhere) Some people put the loungers over the walkway mats on route to the stairs to the slides and it creates a bottleneck, maybe the staff should do more but as I said cultural differences interfere. The beach is accessible via the underground tunnel (of a very busy almost motorway like road, after a while you actually drown out the noise) it’s less than 2 mins walk, the beach is sandy and stony so wear beach shoes to get into the sea, or take your time!! almost always plenty of loungers on the beach under the tent like shaders, however I found the lifeguard on duty always on his phone and rarely actually looks at anyone in the sea. Despite reviews by others this hotel is NOT dirty, it’s the guests who do not care that constantly make the mess and expect the staff to just do it. The entertainment team are really good and they do loads to keep everyone entertained, the inflatable assault course

Just got home from a fantastic family holiday here. The rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked. You can spend your days between the beach, the pool with slides and entertainment or the relax pool. All 3 have their own bars. The entertainment team are enthusiastic and always engaging with the guests. The reception staff and pool team are friendly and so helpful. We ate well while we were there and although there is a queue for the dish of the day, it does go down quickly, once you have that on your plate, you can move freely between the sides of your choice and don’t forget a yummy pudding. The afternoon waffled are delicious and so worth queuing up for. My only gripe would be that they are made fresh, two at a time- guest tend to take them both which cause the long queue but they only eat one. It would be better all round if the chef only handed out one per guest, but then, you would probably have guests moaning about only being allowed one waffle- they can’t win really. The bar staff were friendly and generous with their pouring. We had a Turkish bath and massage while we were there and it was absolutely amazing! The spa team really made us feel great! My skin was incredible afterwards! The staff at this hotel work tirelessly to make sure you have a good stay. We are a family of 5 and we all had a fabulous time at Xoria Deluxe. If you want to do a bit of shopping, there are shops that will pick you up and drop you back, or you can get a taxi or the bus into Alanya.

Rooms are lovely, great servise, all clean. Staff is hardworking and very nice apart of one young lassy she is very rude and grummpy she didn't want to give us ice and ther was ice ( she worked in the bar on the beach last few day's and today over pool area) Food is ok. No morning fight over sunbeds. Entertainment team is amazing. Very happy here

Hey I was dubious about coming to this hotel due to negative reviews and in all honesty I wanted to pull out....however...we as a family have had THE best time here the hotel is absolutely spotless staff are always cleaning floors...windows etc there are shops 13 mins away Google maps will direct you ... as for food it's alright bit samey....but that's all inclusive for you but local restaurants will pick you up and drop off free of charge tip box is there if you want to give a tip ..I personally found some staff to be disinterested but that's ok however special thanks to ATOM who is fantastic as entertainment staff wonderful with the wee ones also ..Metin from the restaurant couldn't do enough for us at breakfast and dinner always happy to see us...special mention to Yusuf and Can who went over and above along with halil excellent members of staff the beach yes a tad rocky but we wore beach shoes and it was no problem...as I say didn't want to come due to negative reviews but we have already booked for next year so glad I came .

Amazing hotel, all the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are really nice and cleaned everyday if required. Everything around the hotel is also really clean. Look out for Deniz the holiday rep he’s made our holiday amazing!

We went with my whole family, including a 1 year old daughter. We’re currently still at the resort and having an amazing time. There’s massive selection of food and drink for all taste and preference, maybe not the best for allergies though as allergens are not listed The entertainment staff is also great, there are lots of activities throughout the day for all age groups, these are spread over the hotel as well so they keep you moving Lots of languages are spoken and everyone is soo welcoming

Really good hotel and entertainment team, there are lots of activities during day time and night time, even for the little ones Absolutely amazing! They speak in multiple languages to make you feel most welcome, the hotel and entertainment team do their best to keep everyone comfortable and entertained

excellent service in the spa salon, very good massage specialist named PUFU, knows the functional structure of a person very well, massages feet, legs, neck very well, the reception of the SPA center is served by great people! everything can be discussed!

The service quality of the hotel is truly up to 5-star standards. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and professional hospitality at the reception. The lobby is spacious, stylish, and very comfortable—leaving a great first impression on guests. Room service was fast and courteous, and every request we made was handled promptly. The kitchen was absolutely fantastic; both the open buffet breakfast and the dinner options exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and taste. We especially appreciated the wide selection from both local and international cuisines. Overall, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, staff attentiveness, and the overall ambiance. Definitely a hotel we would choose again.

Great view from the window. Great food. Guests from all over the world. Interesting shows in the evening.
