Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

My girlfriend and I feel that our experience was a well justified 3, maybe 4 stars. The hotel staff are friendly and most speak a good amount of English

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is good, close to the center of Alanya, the atmosphere in the hotel is good, the service is nice, there are no language barriers - I had the pleasure of being in a Mexican restaurant, thanks to Yvcel Drhan for being professional and serving delicious dishes, they looked great

Rooms are cleaned, sometimes the minibar is filled. Apparently it depends on which cleaning lady is cleaning. There were enough sunbeds by the sea

We stayed here for six nights, and it was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. everything inside the hotel was very clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The food was pretty much the same every single day

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

The bar staff and waiting on staff were friendly but had to deal with a lot of ride customers - basic manners went a long way and we found them all to be really friendly and helpful

The rooms are very outdated, with uncomfortable bathrooms and worn-out furniture. Room cleaning consists mainly of changing towels and bed linens — floors, furniture, and the shower area were not cleaned during our stay

Just back from week stay not the hotel we where meant to be at but the hotel was nice and clean most of the staff where nice unfortunately they don’t really cater for British family’s food not very good kids lived on chips and bread and as for rest of family didt eat much different all food seems to be same thing but with different names put on them no snack bar unless you where at the beach and if...

Horrible hotel only pro was the food. dated rooms nothing like the pictures. Very hilly not for people who can't do steps no lifts have to walk everywhere. Bar staff rude especially cuma no manners

This hotel is like a big hill and some rooms are old whereas others have just been renovated but overall adequate enough. If you are someone who likes Western food, say pizza, chicken nuggets, etc

The place is beautiful, the food was also good and plenty, the waiters and waitresses were very kind, and also the boss/head of the restaurant were very kindly

Last of all just want to mention the young lady who serves iced coffee at the beach bar makes the best iced coffee ever and is always smiling my son liked to go down to see her everyday as she would let him choose his favourite song to play on her sound system

A great hotel probably have the best entertainment team ever if you have kids these guys are great always making them smile especially Huskey,Azat and Han hats off to you guys you are holiday heros

I was in 2023 with my family & friends, and then we will decided, that we have to come again to this beautiful place. So it’s 2025 and we was also there just with family in te period 22-29th of June

But I have notice that was closed most of the times. Pool area- is like war over sun loungers. If u not down before 8ish you can only dream to get one. I have been a witness on 2 arguments between guest over them

Lucky me I had a room looking over the pools so I could see all my self. Beach are is good loads of sun loungers. But the beach it's self it's average

I understand that is the country where the main religious is muslin, but not having bacon or beans for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. The only thing we eat all 10 days was boiled and fried eggs

On second day we eat in pool bar, and the foot was good in there specially pasta Alfredo and margarita pizza was etable. Kids club i havent used as my son is to old for places like that

Took us nearly a minute explaining that we are fine and we just need a sleep from all night travel. Wake up in the morning and we off for breakfast. What a dissapointment that was

Lu ch was another disappointment, hardly anything to eat, no meat just vegetables. I like vegetables but eating them only for 10 days it's not fun. Dinner just repeat from lunch

Everywhere was clean, Food was ok something for everyone but you could t not eat something. The Turkish night was the best for food and club night was excellent for entertainment night

Long Beach Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The service was outstanding, the food options were varied and delicious, and the whole place had such a lively and welcoming atmosphere

If anyone is going to Alanya, and hopping for good food - be aware of Melissa Hotel. But still, it's close to a perfect beach, paragliding, far away from the crowd, rooms are clean

Melissa is know for it's friendly staff. We paid litte extra and got a bigger room towards the pool and with a nice sea view

There is just one word for this hotel. Amazing! Ok the pool could be a bit bigger and with some more sun beds since they all are occupied at 9. The food is very good and fresh

We are not beach people, but the beach is very nice. Although the first two meters in the water are sand. The next three meters are rock bottom which is uneven and slippery

I just came back from my holiday in Blue Star Hotel which I spend with my family and I have to say that it was one of the best holidays I spend in Alanya

Everyone's been very helpful (huge thanks to Oguzhan!) and patient with our boisterous boy (thanks George ) and moody teenager ;) also worth mentioning a great sheesha in the evenings! Couldn't really go out to enjoy it somewhere else with our kids, but evenings in the hotel made up for this too

We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable. We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar

It's a basic hotel, might not have the highest standard of the room decor - but it was comfortable and clean and the staff working there are making up for it! Friendly atmosphere, lots of fun and delicious meals

Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October

Ive been to this hotel twice but seriously they have improved a lot . First time was hell then they gave me a complementary stay and its like a new place, plus it is 100m away from the sea.

On our last night in the hotel we were awaken by the waiters talking really loud having fun in fromt of our room. The only word we understood was my nem being said repeatedly in the conversation

The beach is just the best, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is great. You just have to brace yourself for people being unfriendly, and bring cash

It may have been a coincidence, but since they made us feel unwelcome -for not having cash, only card- this was really dusturbing. Still, over all I do recommend a stay at this hotel

Actually, all staff discriminated against me and only communicated with my husband. Even with him they were unfriendly, as he wanted to pay with card for the extra charges

The sunbeds are also not free -all inclusive hotel…- and the man on the beach only talks to the man in the family. I, as a female, was completely ignored
