The rooms are very large and comfortable, we had a beautiful pool and sea view with a kettle and fridge in our room. The food was always delicious with plenty of choices and was of a very high standard

The food caters for as many nationalities as possible. I don't even like slides and enjoyed ourselves, no end. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a lifelong memory

Just had a lovely holiday with family at this hotel. First mention should be the AMAZING staff, they are really hard working, polite and very friendly

This time I experienced the bad experience, room beds where like sleeping on springs no iron plus most things were closed as of end of season. But overall was good my child loved it and the food was OK

There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations

Last thing to mention the hotel was spotless, thanks for a really great stay to all of the staff and l hope you all get a pay rise because you deserve it

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection

The animation team was excellent! I feel bad for not remembering their names, but they did a great job being energetic and happy whilst trying to entertain everyone all day all week, for the 2 weeks that we were there

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

The food is gorgeous - lots, delicious, varied, tasty! The best I've tried. Pitty - never enough forks, plates, cups and glasses. Plastic cups are not fit for cola, beer etc

I myself very much rested from 27 August to 5 September 2015. A large area has many pools good slides out from the hotel and from the beach. The room we had was in the new building we loved the room

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

The hotel is fairly dated but looks nice for how old it is LOVE the lobby and the rooms are good size and the house keeper comes round every day to stock up and replenish the fridge

Beach and pool - good, but in the sea in that place are big rocks, so we‘v spent most of the time at the pool. Wifi- awful! Really really poor. Gym - small, without AC, to die inside

Pros: located on the first line to the sea 50 meters, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the food is varied and tasty, there is a choice of meat, and drinks of alcohol at lunch and dinner, there was wine, beer is always more spirits for a fee, in addition to the main restaurant and bars where during the day you can eat

Cons: the hotel is located 120 km from the airport, so to get at least 2 hours in the rooms poor sound insulation, Internet access is weak though and catches throughout the evening animation so so young people there will be boring, no discos

I can't stress enough how clean this resort is, how friendly the staff around the resort is and how wonderful our stay has been. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone

A nice balance of price and quality. Very energetic animation team. Next to a rather large village for shopping. Of the minuses only compatriots with little culture and no education

If you are looking for the ultimate place to relax, club Turtas is the place for you. This resort has multiple pools, a private beach and even several slides

They serve fresh amazing food daily, they continuously have activities for all ages through out the day and every evening (except Sunday) there is a show worth watching

They have a Turkish spa-hamam - this is amazing massage lasts just under 2hrs- skin feels amazing and body feels refreshed. Great fun for the family holiday

Our cleaner for the room started great and then stopped cleaning properly or putting an effort into the blanket decoration, especially after we didn’t leave her a tip every-time. Our room was facing the camels/waste land

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

I was checked in at 7 AM and the hotel boy that gave me a ride to my room was stubbornly waiting for tip. Checking in early in the morning means that guests have been travelling for last 6-8 hours overnight

If I were an outsider, I could easily walk in. In addition to the good and bad points, we stayed for 5 days, but 4 of them had terrible waves, so they closed the beach

The bartenders and waiters were also very welcoming. I want to especially thank the sauce chef, Hüseyin. Such a kind person :) The pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were clean, and the water temperature was perfect

The worst part is that they do this even when they’re not using the sunbeds. I’m not sure what the hotel can do about this, but it was a negative experience. There’s no one checking who enters or leaves the beach

The pillows were too low, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. People reserve sunbeds early in the morning by leaving towels on them, making it almost impossible to find a spot

The beach is dirty, you're gonna be surrounded by cigarette butts and other trash. Many of sun loungers are broken and should be replaced. Beach towels are super old and their cleanliness is questionable
