We have our last night here today. Got our favorite ice coffee from Yasin, the best bartender at the resort. Always friendly! Food is always fresh and there is a great variety. The beach is great and so are the pools

One thing I did not like was that people reserved pool- and beachchairs with their towels

The pool chairs are taken very quickly so get in early. But the hotel itself is very good. Food is amazing so are all the pools and beachside. Good location great atmosphere

Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

The animation team was excellent! I feel bad for not remembering their names, but they did a great job being energetic and happy whilst trying to entertain everyone all day all week, for the 2 weeks that we were there

As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great

All the staff were super friendly even tho there was a slight language barrier as we are English and they were mainly German or Turkish. The beach has a lovely set up with a cute swing to take great sunset photos on

The hotel and the rooms are clean and come with good beds and excellent showers. Since one spends most of the time outside that didn’t disturb me much. It’s and all-inclusive hotel with ample restautants and bars

The pools were all amazing and some fun games around the pool with the animation team such as water polo and water gym

Every night there is entertainment program and show for children and every night dance was done at the beach bar

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

Overall very nice stay. Would recommend. The food is good. Lots of variety. Net is a little slow and rooms are a little dated. The beach is vast and lots to do. They have a lot to keep kids occupied as well

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

I feel like things like the zip line, go karts, crazy golf and rides could be added as a package or a set allowance for free then after that charged

The food is ok, just be prepared for madness trying to get some. The dining room is really busy, some of the food is in the terrace room

Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

On the beach - never enough chairs and less sunshades. The beach is sandy, little stones at the shore and be carefull - 2-3 m away starts deep water. BUT the park is very beautiful and a real pleasure

I'm nervous when I read reviews, but the rooms are clean, well maintained and new materials to be used, it's a relief. The variety of food in the least, but it's enough. All of the employees was friendly and helpful

Great food in restaurant, helpful staff in multiple bars and FANTASTIC animation team, these guys are really doing great job. Really great Turkish Evening, as well as Party Night (other animations were great too :-))

Honestly no comment on anything , it was an amazing vacation in the amazing resort , the smile of each on in club kastalia team make you happy , food superb every day new things , programs in each day and at night dont let you do anything outside full program

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

Lot of quiet places allowing to rest. Aquapark and miniclub for chidren (VERY important for families), 'quiet' pool for adults and two other pools for everyone

Apart from that, hotel is located next to sea, so you can go to the beach anytime you wish

I was checked in at 7 AM and the hotel boy that gave me a ride to my room was stubbornly waiting for tip. Checking in early in the morning means that guests have been travelling for last 6-8 hours overnight

The beach is only a short walk thru the hotel it is a private beach and is very nice a bit small but still nice to catch the rays!! Our room is lovely and airy our air con broke and we were very impressed by how quickly it was fixed and up and running for us

And now that I here will not go is the beach,but rather a "sunset"into the sea,it's a disaster. Maybe we Popoli in the period of the waves,and in calm's okay,but when the waves,and he every day to swim is not realistic

Very nice hotel we have been here for a week and we've had an amazing time we paid for an economy room but the balcony was facing a brick wall so we upgraded to a sea view room which made the holiday so much better

A lovely chap called Mansur gave us free bags for the beach which were very nice. The spa was lovely I paid for 4 days of massages and my masseuse Amadam (I think lol) was very professional and nice

Nice pool area food is ok but menu choice is very limited rooms are a good size but a bit of maintenance wouldn't go a miss

Cons (lot of them but they are not so important) : Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day

There is a strange smell from the pillows, even if they are exchanged daily. The music is too loud at the swimming pool (louder than in a disco club)

Reception staff and hotel employees are not very kind according to the 5* hotel. The burger bar is only at the sea; in the hotel, you can only eat cakes during the day

Now on to the negatives majority of the staff that work in the reception have no manners whatsoever, you don’t even feel comfortable asking them anything as most of them shout at ur face when you require help, and one member of staff in particular who seemed like he was a security guard and helped out at the front desk when required ,spoke to me as if I was something at the bottom of his shoe

During my 4 day stay at the hotel it logged me out 8 times and did not even run efficiently and whenever I voiced my issues to the members of staff in reception they would get annoyed as to why I’m asking for help 😂 definitely not a 5 star hotel as no 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at across the world has charged for WiFi, great moneymaking scheme to get more money out of us

Not great, there were big waves that day, so we could not even go to the sea for a swim unfortunately. Water was rocky, we had to be extra careful when entering from other sources than the pier

It was our very first family vacation and i don't have what to compare but i can say we had the time of our lives. Our room was 2 meters from one of the pools which was very convinient for a family with 3 kids

Beach: large, clean, a lot of sunbeds (again, they were always free), sunshades, sand and small stones, entry into the water is also sand with small stones, you can safely go barefoot without any shoes

Their response was dismissive, with a mere apology and a laugh. As a non-drinker and a practicing Muslim, I was deeply disgusted by their attitude and shocked that such a significant oversight had occurred

On my last night at the hotel, late in the evening, a distressing incident occurred. Despite the staff's knowledge that my family and I are practicing Muslims, we were served a cocktail containing alcohol

Children entertainment with tutors. Adult entertainment later in evening, from karaoke, dancing, something for everyone. WI-FI, TV'S & Air conditioning in every room

Great hotel, consisting 200 rooms in apartment blocks. Great staff, willing to do anything they can to assist. Huge dining area, with self service

Beautiful structure and very clean place. 3 outside swimming pools, one for men, one for women only, and one for the families. Also there is a beach for the hotel. Intertainment team for the pool and for the children

It's a halal hotel, so it's designed for Muslims. Food was great, staff had great customer service. Beach is across the road- easy access

Cleanest Rooms I have ever seen and best food they provide. It has been almost 2 months hotel opened. Employees and owner of hotel trying to make guest happy as much as they can. I stayed 5 days with happy ending

They have a Turkish spa-hamam - this is amazing massage lasts just under 2hrs- skin feels amazing and body feels refreshed. Great fun for the family holiday

There are three pools, one with aquacoral, gym, area for relaxing. Conducted and karaoke and discos and foam parties. In the evening comes the hookah. There is a sand beach with a stone

Jet skis, parasailing is also on the beach there. Generally the hotel is nice and beautiful. Go there now! To Alanya can be reached by bus - 20 minutes drive

We like this hotel very much even it’s for young couples and WiFi is not free.

To the left you can sail along the shore near the cliffs and find the cave. The shore in front of the hotel there are several piers from which to jump into the sea, every day spent a lot of time

Short walk to beach through underpass or a bus is available again more bars seating and loungers and food provided at certain times. The entertainment at night was first class

The entertainment team was brilliant, with Mohammed standing out as especially helpful. The evening entertainment was very good, with the dancers being a particular highlight. Plenty of selections to choose from

A quite pool at back of hotel for over 16 yrs old with a coffee bar and drinks bar more sun loungers. Also lovely little nooks in the shade with table and chairs to get out the sun

Plenty of choose in food , machine coffee and fruit juice constant supply of Turkish tea ( which I loved ). Rooms with balcony and fridge free bottled water each day. Good size bathroom good shower

Great service, very kind people, bunch of entertainment for both kids and adults. Boat rides, paragliding, surfing… There is group aerobic in water, pools for kids, pikado games, spa, big choice of food, cocktails etc…

Every meal was excellent, with standout features being the Mediterranean seafood dishes and the abundant, fresh salads

great hotel. 4-5 * level (formally 4 *). huge area with a beach and a water park. and just a park

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

Comfortable, rich, wonderful Turkish kitchen, clean and nice, the best water Park in the area, the unforgettable waves in the white sea. All the recommend.

3rd time in this hotel, its a good all round family trip and good value for money, the only real negatives are a few staff can be quite pushy try to sell you things, spa, t-shirts, tattoos, etc

They say it’s 5 starts hotel but it is far away from 5 stars. In my opinion this is an 4 stars hotel

You really need to go to the sea, it will take 5 minutes, the beach is private, with a pier, and a bar with alcohol, cocktails, and cell phones The room is a family room, quite large, with two separate beds, and a separate room with a large comfortable bed, a convenient bathroom with a shower and a bath, a large sink, two televisions, but I didn't particularly watch, I don't know if they work or not...

60 Somewhere, big and beautiful with a bridge, one small not deep for children with slides, and another one with big slides (the slides are not that big, it was quite boring to ride them, 5 times, and it got boring, because they are not interesting at all, only for little children

The downside of the bar is that among the drinks it's alcohol, one non-alcoholic cocktail, or 4 alcoholic ones, there are sodas to choose from, but the rest of the cocktails like mojitos, and other mixes, are paid, which is very unfortunate, at a cost of 8€ and more

However, a huge plus is that there are very beautiful villas nearby, and a fairly large bazaar where there are many products to choose from, as well as go-karting, so there will be plenty to do if you want to explore the area behind the hotel

Hotel has own beach bar with soft drinks n food while u stay at beach. Location good just 10 mins to Alanya by bus. Very sad had to leave and definitely revisit soon. Well worth it for price I paid

It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. The hotel is small, everyone knew each other, it was nice and cozy

We came twice and both times we were very satisfied. The owner of the hotel, Cengiz Bey, is relevant and friendly. They do everything to make the guests comfortable

They spoke Russian well, they always did everything at the first request. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

4th time on vacation in Turkey. Seen before Kemer region two times and Alanya once. This time was the best experience ever related specifically to the hotel. Everything was nearly perfect

During our stay we had room facing the sea side (paid extra for it) if we would come back again, I wouldn't pay for the sea side view since at least 3 nights we couldn't sleep due to the night entrainment program, which was very loud till late night (pass 11PM) not great while on vacation with a 2yo

Clean, nice service, great pool area, awesome meal selection. Some receptionists don't speak English, spa staff also has troubles with English but is willing to help or call some English speaking person

Everything else was fantastic! I'm talking about rooms, cleanliness, food and variety, deserts, the beach, animation team, music, the gym is ok, all of the staff

The hotel is very clean, we got our towels changed as well as our beds made every day. The evening programms were very interesting and fun as were the daily shows at the pool. We have particularly loved the fantasy show

All of the staff are so pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food is divers and so delicious, we have loved the Starbucks Café and the virgin Mohitos were also a dream
