Overall an excellent experience 👌🏻 Staff worked tirelessly, polite , and kept exceptionally clean. food options were delicious and varied. only downside was the pebbled beach and the variety of inclusive drinks

Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available

The pools are nice and we found the beach nice as well. The staff were friendly and helpful

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

On the beach - never enough chairs and less sunshades. The beach is sandy, little stones at the shore and be carefull - 2-3 m away starts deep water. BUT the park is very beautiful and a real pleasure

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

Overall very nice stay. Would recommend. The food is good. Lots of variety. Net is a little slow and rooms are a little dated. The beach is vast and lots to do. They have a lot to keep kids occupied as well

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

I feel like things like the zip line, go karts, crazy golf and rides could be added as a package or a set allowance for free then after that charged

My only negative would be that for an all inclusive holiday there were a lot of extras which had to be paid for

Jet skis, parasailing is also on the beach there. Generally the hotel is nice and beautiful. Go there now! To Alanya can be reached by bus - 20 minutes drive

Only 1 place for meat and when it comes dinner time all the guests rush for the meat and you need to wait for 10-15 min under the burning sun. The beach like every beach in Turkey is rocks and concrete

The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes

We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay

As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great

We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

On arrival you're not told anything about the hotel and what it has to offer (as they focus and spend so much time on trying to up sale a room). On checkout, again no directions given to luggage storage or shower

3rd time in this hotel, its a good all round family trip and good value for money, the only real negatives are a few staff can be quite pushy try to sell you things, spa, t-shirts, tattoos, etc

4th time on vacation in Turkey. Seen before Kemer region two times and Alanya once. This time was the best experience ever related specifically to the hotel. Everything was nearly perfect

During our stay we had room facing the sea side (paid extra for it) if we would come back again, I wouldn't pay for the sea side view since at least 3 nights we couldn't sleep due to the night entrainment program, which was very loud till late night (pass 11PM) not great while on vacation with a 2yo

Clean, nice service, great pool area, awesome meal selection. Some receptionists don't speak English, spa staff also has troubles with English but is willing to help or call some English speaking person

We tipped a little as it was deserved, but got great hospitality even when we didn't. Beach a bit gravelly but still a nice place to be. Food was standard all inclusive fare but with plenty of choice and done very well

Only a person with a mobility problem can complain about the stairs and the distance of the rooms from the beach and the restaurant, otherwise that person is either lazy or likes to live in a golden cage

Every day we have had to eat chips and onion rings ( cold ) due to the lack of option. The pool bar by the hotel absolutely stinks, really unpleasant to enjoy. The staff are polite and pleasant

If you are looking for the ultimate place to relax, club Turtas is the place for you. This resort has multiple pools, a private beach and even several slides

We particularly appreciated the freshness and quality of the meals served. We would also like to highlight the amazing animator, Bico, who, with her energy and dedication, made our kids' stay truly enjoyable

Rooms are spacy, clean, nice, only mattress could be harder on me, had some issues adjusting to it. Location is nice, hotel has everything you can think of - program all day, small waterpark, private beach

Beautiful structure and very clean place. 3 outside swimming pools, one for men, one for women only, and one for the families. Also there is a beach for the hotel. Intertainment team for the pool and for the children

It's a halal hotel, so it's designed for Muslims. Food was great, staff had great customer service. Beach is across the road- easy access

They have a Turkish spa-hamam - this is amazing massage lasts just under 2hrs- skin feels amazing and body feels refreshed. Great fun for the family holiday

Was served leftovers for two days Room was not clean. Although I complained this was not rectified for four days. The plan was to stay at the hotel for a week but checked out after five days

Lot of quiet places allowing to rest. Aquapark and miniclub for chidren (VERY important for families), 'quiet' pool for adults and two other pools for everyone

Apart from that, hotel is located next to sea, so you can go to the beach anytime you wish

Honestly no comment on anything , it was an amazing vacation in the amazing resort , the smile of each on in club kastalia team make you happy , food superb every day new things , programs in each day and at night dont let you do anything outside full program

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

I was checked in at 7 AM and the hotel boy that gave me a ride to my room was stubbornly waiting for tip. Checking in early in the morning means that guests have been travelling for last 6-8 hours overnight

It's Always something different and delicious. I ate there every day 3 times, along with my family of 5. Try to spend some time at the beach, that was a good experience

Cons (lot of them but they are not so important) : Sunbeds are reserved for all the time by other stupid people, and the hotel service does not remove towels from sunbeds at the end of the day

Reception staff and hotel employees are not very kind according to the 5* hotel. The burger bar is only at the sea; in the hotel, you can only eat cakes during the day

There is a strange smell from the pillows, even if they are exchanged daily. The music is too loud at the swimming pool (louder than in a disco club)

The swimming pool is big enough to have some fun, they have activities on throughout the day, but it all seems quite forced

Upon speaking to other guests at Titan hotel , we discovered we weren’t the only people this had happened to. Anyway, we arrived back to Titan at 9am and was given our room which was just an average room, nothing special

You can’t sit by the pool without getting harassed and haggled by staff trying to sell you stuff like tattoos/spa treatments etc, when you attempt to turn it down they become rather rude

The other hotel they took us to had no idea we was coming. Upon arriving, the member of staff from our hotel began to argue with the other hotels member of staff in front of ourselves and other guests regarding this

The food is absolutely disgusting, unless you want to be on and off the toilet constantly then go ahead and eat it. It got to the point where we started to eat our meals elsewhere as the food is just terrible

The only good thing I can really say about this hotel is the cleanliness and how local it is to shops/bars/resturants/bus station etc. Definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars

The same as the drinks, only one beer is available and the cocktails are horrible, they give you terrible heartburn, not even enjoyable to drink

All inclusive but cocktails aren't included and start at €8 each! I saw in the description there was a BBQ at the beach bar but in 7 days we never saw this at all! Although they did some variations at the main restaurant at times

Around the main pool was lovely but got loud with the entertainment staff sometimes and we couldn't understand some of what was being said. And some of the management were arrogant towards holidaymakers

If you want to relax you can stay by the adult pool where the entertainment team don't bother you. The adult pool sees very little sun due to location between the 2 buildings

I really liked the beach bar but an all inclusive resort that only serves beer at the beach bar and ice creams aren't free only in the main resort

Up on arrival I was a bit disappointed until we walked through the gates and it was all beautiful 😍 the staff were all lovely very pleasant especially the bar staff and reception staff

The hotel is old and the food is bad. Everyday the same things, nothing to choose. Cleaning is very poor, wi fi is not free. The single advantage is location just near the sea, pools are clean and well designed..

Special thanks to Mohamed, the bar manager who was there everytime, helpful and very respectful with us. We even left our phone at the bar, and in couple of minutes they reached out to us to go and get it back

The entertainment (when we finally found out about it ourselves) was good. The pools were great as were the slides. Lots of availability of different food and drink sources at different times in different places

Cleaning staff were friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean in general and he cleaning staff were great, but the toilet in the reception was always smelling of urine

The beds were comfortable but the single beds need to be wider. My son kept falling out of it so I had to put him in the double bed with his dad in the end

The beach is only a short walk thru the hotel it is a private beach and is very nice a bit small but still nice to catch the rays!! Our room is lovely and airy our air con broke and we were very impressed by how quickly it was fixed and up and running for us

Very nice hotel we have been here for a week and we've had an amazing time we paid for an economy room but the balcony was facing a brick wall so we upgraded to a sea view room which made the holiday so much better

A lovely chap called Mansur gave us free bags for the beach which were very nice. The spa was lovely I paid for 4 days of massages and my masseuse Amadam (I think lol) was very professional and nice

Our only disappointment was the gym!! We had planned to visit the gym every morning but the gym consisted of a treadmill that was out of order a exercise bike which was not plugged in a few weights and a multi gym that was harder to fathom than a rubix cube
