Hotels All-inclusive in Konakli

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

We had a very pleasant stay in the end of September 2024

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

Compared with previous experience in Turkey, this is not a 5-star hotel, rooms are equipped with showers, rooms are small, furniture and design are old

Staff is very friendly, cleaning every day, green garden around, big territory, safe for children, food was good, but not big variety selection

The door to the closet broken - did not close, hot water is generally not reached, since our enclosure on the hill was. The Jacuzzi though was, but the sense that there is no hot water

We have been to this hotel 3 years in a row and it has always been a wonderful experience. The food and drinks are delicious. The staff is very friendly, special thanks to Umut and Abdi for being so nice and caring.

That said, the patisserie was absolutely delicious – the desserts were fresh and really tasty. Also, the beach restaurant was a nice surprise – the food there was consistently flavorful and enjoyable

The drinks were decent, especially the alcoholic ones. But the non-alcoholic drinks were disappointing – most of them had a strange, almost medicinal taste that just wasn’t pleasant

Every evening, they organize entertaining shows featuring different dance groups, which adds a nice touch to the experience. The only downside for me was the à la carte restaurant

Esma is very kind, charming, and professional. I'd happily come back here because of her. She made us a Shrek drink, which was delicious.

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

We had a mixed stay at Xeno Eftalia Resort, with some enjoyable moments thanks to the hardworking staff and entertainment team—but overall, it didn’t live up to its “all-inclusive” label

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

They have a very cute team and really fun one o advice couples and mix group to try it and I really enjoyed my time to good I love santana

Just back from week stay not the hotel we where meant to be at but the hotel was nice and clean most of the staff where nice unfortunately they don’t really cater for British family’s food not very good kids lived on chips and bread and as for rest of family didt eat much different all food seems to be same thing but with different names put on them no snack bar unless you where at the beach and if...

Horrible hotel only pro was the food. dated rooms nothing like the pictures. Very hilly not for people who can't do steps no lifts have to walk everywhere. Bar staff rude especially cuma no manners

This hotel is like a big hill and some rooms are old whereas others have just been renovated but overall adequate enough. If you are someone who likes Western food, say pizza, chicken nuggets, etc

The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button

They say it’s 5 starts hotel but it is far away from 5 stars. In my opinion this is an 4 stars hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a week with my 2 children and partner, we were abit disappointed with the drinks. They aren’t freshly made cocktails and they are very limited on what they have

times and are very polite we couldn't fault the staff they couldn't do enough for you azat and husky the entertainment staff were amazing and always strived to make the holiday enjoyable and perfect they had daily entertainment for adults and children and watetsports on the beach my husband had an amazing tattoo from inkpoint for a great price the lovely gentleman called yusef would walk around daily...

And of course a lot of thanks to the animators, who also were very kindly, and I would like to mention their names: Aylin, Rano, Husky, Azat, Bekir, Nicola, Sofia, Lenka, Sahin, Murathan, Amine, Sinay & Falcon

I was in 2023 with my family & friends, and then we will decided, that we have to come again to this beautiful place. So it’s 2025 and we was also there just with family in te period 22-29th of June

Last of all just want to mention the young lady who serves iced coffee at the beach bar makes the best iced coffee ever and is always smiling my son liked to go down to see her everyday as she would let him choose his favourite song to play on her sound system

The positives though are some wonderful kind and helpful staff at the restaurants and bar. Ugar and Berkann who I want to keep as my son. So lovely to everyone and always smiling

From arrival to departure this holidays was a night mare. Check in was smooth l, nothing was explained (breakfast times al cars restaurants ect ect)

Room: Our room was one of the highlights – very clean, spacious, and came with a beautiful view. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. Food: Breakfast was underwhelming

I understand that is the country where the main religious is muslin, but not having bacon or beans for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. The only thing we eat all 10 days was boiled and fried eggs

There are also 2 brothers working in pool restaurant and main restaurant in the evenings, they are so lovelly. All of the a fantastic asset to the company. They made our stay more enjoyable

My husband & our friends really enjoy the unli drinks/liqour while playing billiards 😂 but the main problem and issue here is no wifi connection ( Limited access only ) you have an option to pay for extra if you want to

I just want to say a big thank you to Ali the Hotel guide, he is always there to help in any tricky situation, what a great guy. We also want to mention the miarosa Hotel and what a great stay we have had

Ali who operates all the excursions and transfers etc and was very helpful and give us great deal for our boat trip and transfer back to airport which was amazing by the way! Defo recommend that and the jeep safari! So much fun

Went to this hotel for a week as a family of 5. Food wasn’t great didn’t really cater for English and quite repetitive. Although the beach bar was a lot better and did serve burger chicken shawarmas and spag Bol

There is only the 2 slides and not open for long enough but while they was they kept our kids happy even us adults. Ramazan the night auditor was really nice and friendly too very helpful

Entertainment was great big shout out to Mario part of the animation team always went above and beyond to please the guests and very friendly also speaks good English which was helpful

Hotel has own beach bar with soft drinks n food while u stay at beach. Location good just 10 mins to Alanya by bus. Very sad had to leave and definitely revisit soon. Well worth it for price I paid

It was the first holiday in Turkey and delight knew no bounds. The guys tried, cleaned, smiled, and most importantly created a warm atmosphere. The hotel is small, everyone knew each other, it was nice and cozy
