For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

We had an excelent holiday at Azur! The staff is very nice, the food is great, and the entertainment programs are very fun! The hotel has it's own water slides by the pool which we enjoyed very much, and we really liked that the beach is very close to the hotel!

How many hours they are working? 🤔 Swimming pool was missing a lot of instructions because every day there was a cups of drinks, plates … papers … dirty in all! Last of all just want to mention the young lady who serves iced coffee at the beach bar makes the best iced coffee ever and is always smiling my son liked to go down to see her everyday as she would let him choose his favourite song to play on her sound system

Sunbeds were never an issue you can still stroll down at 8 o'clock and get one with a sun brolly which is a big plus as most places you go it's a fight for beds

They are literally just poorer from a bottle. Down at the beach bar you could only get wine or beer and be careful it’s advertised to be a beach hotel yet you have to cross a road

My kids fell over about 100 times! Also do not leave your stuff by the pool when your swimming with your children because someone stole my sons brand new genuine crocs and replaced them with there old scruffy fake ones that were obviously to small for my son

And of course a lot of thanks to the animators, who also were very kindly, and I would like to mention their names: Aylin, Rano, Husky, Azat, Bekir, Nicola, Sofia, Lenka, Sahin, Murathan, Amine, Sinay & Falcon

But I have notice that was closed most of the times. Pool area- is like war over sun loungers. If u not down before 8ish you can only dream to get one. I have been a witness on 2 arguments between guest over them

Lucky me I had a room looking over the pools so I could see all my self. Beach are is good loads of sun loungers. But the beach it's self it's average

One point I was trying yo reserve pavilion on the beach went to beach bar but the staff member couldn't speak English, so made my way yo reception where I have been directed back to beach bar again

There are also 2 brothers working in pool restaurant and main restaurant in the evenings, they are so lovelly. All of the a fantastic asset to the company. They made our stay more enjoyable

I understand that is the country where the main religious is muslin, but not having bacon or beans for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. The only thing we eat all 10 days was boiled and fried eggs

Went to this hotel for a week as a family of 5. Food wasn’t great didn’t really cater for English and quite repetitive. Although the beach bar was a lot better and did serve burger chicken shawarmas and spag Bol

The young life guard was brilliant with the kids too always entertaining guest including adults and children round the pool side playing water fights and messing around in the pool with everyone

To be honest with you, I went to the hotel with no expectations whatsoever, it’s a pretty average hotel but what made this hotel a 5 star experience for me was HOTEL GUIDE ALI, he was more than accommodating! He first introduced us to activities and packages, not only that but was honest and respectful through the whole process, he wanted to make sure we had the best time and holiday experience possible

Ali who operates all the excursions and transfers etc and was very helpful and give us great deal for our boat trip and transfer back to airport which was amazing by the way! Defo recommend that and the jeep safari! So much fun

The holiday is what you make it and if you get a bargain just bare in mind you get what you paid for :) Also to note that the hotel was very clean and our room got cleaned every day with clean towels supplied every day too!

The pool then shut for rest of the day and it was inconvenient to then move and go elsewhere with no sunbeds left etc on the island. When talking to guest relations about it, they didn’t really care

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

We went back to the room earlier than planned on our last day due to pool closing and they wouldn’t refund the late check out we had paid for
