An economical city hotel with a compact area, easy service and food.
Built: 2002
Restored: 2013
Location: 130 km from Antalya airport, 12 km from the centre of Alanya, 2 km from the village Mahmutlar, 30 m through road from own beach on underground transition.
Consists of two 5-storey buildings (75% of rooms with direct or partial sea view).
Total area: 3 800 m2.
The hotel has 116 rooms.
Beach: own sand-pebble beach in 30 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds – free of charge, mattresses – a fee, towels – no. Between the hotel and the beach there is a road, there is an underground transition. The length of the beach 200 m.

This hotel gave us the worst experience we have ever had. We booked through love holidays but everything advertised was not met at all.
1 - worst food I’ve even eaten very salty and basically on repeat so every day is as bad as the first.
2 - No kids friendly food at all
3 - Rooms very poorly cleaned and in disrepair.
4 - To say it was the hight of summer with extreme heat no ice cream or cold desert for kids. Even the bar spends more time closed than open to provide cold drinks.
5 - Next to no one spoke english and everyone was miserable and really not helpful.
6 - the guests were constantly being tried to be sold stuff rather than allowed to relax or rest.
7 - kids pool barely big enough 8 kids and no pool activities for children.
8 - No children’s animation as advertised.
9 - No aqua aerobics as advertised
10 - No kid friendly food as advertised. I spent over £400 outside the hotel to ensure my young children would eat as the food at the hotel wasn’t even fit for adults.
Hotel is advised as 4 star don’t think I would give it a 2 and that’s being fair and graceful. Every guest I spoke to felt the same as myself

Avoid at all costs i came here and they are so rude to us they give us dirty looks when we ask them something and everyone just sends us to reception because they dont want anything to do with us, they only give you 1 towel for 3 days, food is horrible, rooms are dirty, you have to pay for wifi €3 per phone not room and its a day, the pictures on the web do not look same as when you come here, we came at 4am and they gave us a room that already had people in it, pay abit extra and do not bother comming here, i have a video of my cousin asking the house keeper for towels and she refused but i cant upload the video

Bad choice, the food was always the same, not as good, as the other resorts. We have missing a lot of man cloths from the suitecase. Be careful and keep your luggage!

food was terrible, tasteless and super limited, better to not drink anything at this place, outdated rooms, almost everything is broken… completely nightmare, ruined my holiday, the cleaners stole half of my cloths, so now i have to buy new hoodies that cost 350 pounds… absolute nightmare

Nice average hotel when you don't want to pay a lot of money for a luxury hotel, As an unpretentious person, it was enough, small cozy rooms and food was excellent, Every evening there was a program and a good pool table, It was close to the beach via the underpass, There are very good markets and bazaars behind the hotel. The negative thing is that at the reception they ask 20€ per week for wifi.

Hotel was great.
Went june 2023,hotel staff are nice but dont know much english,only turkish or russian.
Food was awesome changed everyday i loved their rice.Drinks are free during breakfast,lunch and dinner.
Free alcoholic drings but a few selections on it.
Had awesome animations such as music,ping pong ,pool etc.
Beach is very close,mostly sand but as you enter the water there are pebbles and big rocks.The citycentre is close by taxi or bus but beware dont accept the hotels private taxi ,it will be a random person driving you so i suggest you get real turkish taxi.
Would come here again.

The hotel is terrible! People
don't be fooled into coming. First of all, there is no beach, but rocks and every day the lifeguard saved people, it is very dangerous! Second, the staff at the reception and in the kitchen are very rude, raise their voice! Food -the same every day 😞!
As a matter of fact, for this money, you can go to a nicer hotel with a beach and friendly staff!

I recently stayed at the Galaxy Beach Hotel, and to put it bluntly, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Where do I even begin? First off, the staff was completely unprofessional and seemed disinterested in providing any sort of service. It felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence.
The rooms were a disaster. They were cramped, outdated, and had a lingering smell of mildew. The beds were uncomfortable, and the linens were worn and stained. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here.
The amenities promised on their website were nowhere to be found. The pool was filthy and uninviting, and there was barely any space to lounge around.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was atrocious. The buffet options were limited and tasteless, and the service was slow and inattentive. I wouldn't feed that food to my worst enemy.
To top it all off, the hotel's location was terrible. It was far away from any attractions or points of interest, and there was nothing to do in the vicinity. It felt isolated and desolate.
The main thing that really made me annoyed is the DJ man, he was really rude, very scary and not friendly at all, because we requested to put a song on and he went all crazy at us, so please don’t make that mistake
Overall, my stay at the Galaxy Beach Hotel was a complete nightmare. I would strongly advise against anyone wasting their time and money on this subpar establishment. Look elsewhere for a truly enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Went for few days as I wanted to relax and be stress free from personal life, took my family with me and was looking at hotels review. Seen this on Google and had okay reviews therefore with my budget said why not. What a big mistake it was!!!! The hotel was dirty and no good room service. They didn’t change our towels in the room. Lights wasn’t working. Pool was dirty and the worst was the entertainment section. Faisal one of the entertainers was really rude and never smiled. We ask to change the music and he said no and was talking in foreign language and we other customers about us, this made us felt uncomfortable. He was smirking at us like we did or said something wrong. Ruin our holiday so therefore please avoid from this hotel!!!

Based on experience in 2019: Rude employees, dirty room, unchanged bed sheets qnd towels from previous visitors (3rd day of the request, after contacting the boss several times, we have received clean bed sheets, as an excuse they said they change bed linen and towels only every third day ...), walls were covered in some red liquid, on sheets were yellow stains and hqir, luckily we brought our own towels which we slept on until we got new unpacked, never washed sheets. Free internet is available only in main hall, otherwise you have to pay for it.
