Hotels All-inclusive with kids in Mahmutlar

Maybe it's primarily because we're English and we were frankly the only English holiday makers present

Never a sunbed available in pool areas, unless you're the type to put towels on them at 6 in the morning, not our style

Beds basic and lacking comfort. Pools, bars and eating facilities were great and the staff did their very best, in the circumstances

We payed 2€ a day for wifi, but the quality of it was very good! Safe is also for charge 2€ a day. I was sad that they didn’t give us early breakfast so be prepared to not eat if you have an early flight home

For example only watermelon, apples and some citrus fruits. The desserts weren’t so good because the cakes were very similar to one another but it depends from the persons taste in cakes

The one thing I liked was that you could make your own salad because they provided the greens and sauces separately. In my opinion, a minus was that they didn’t provide a lot of fruits

We are currently on vacation (09/30) and couldn’t be happier with this hotel. Everything is tidy and spotless, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the food is delicious, and the staff are always friendly and helpful

On the downside - there is not much to walk around the hotel, but if you choose a hotel in the pool-sea format, I definitely recommend it

Bars are located throughout the hotel, serving drinks and food all day long. The reception staff are always welcoming, ready to answer any questions and assist in every possible way

Price quality ratio is really good, friendly staff, clean and new rooms, food is good, you can order cocktails (incl in ur stay) from morning till evening. Loved it here and might come back next summer

I enjoyed my vacation at the kirbiyik resort. It is a nice resort with two swimming Pools and a nice quit private beach. The people who work thee are nice and helpful. The food is really good and varied

The building might need a little renovation but the facilities and conditions are good. There are 2 Pools outside, one of them with slides and one indoors, all of them well maintained

We had a room near the pool area and didn’t sleep well , since they played music til 1 am on full volume. What also annoyed us was one of their staff. For the children disco she needed 2 more people

The food was moderately varied, providing enough options without being overly exciting. However, a significant drawback was the prevalence of smoking throughout the hotel, especially by the pool

There were no designated smoking or non-smoking areas, and people smoked everywhere without much consideration for others. This made the hotel feel unfriendly for children in this regard

The staff were consistently very nice and helpful, which significantly contributed to a positive experience. Our rooms, while of average standard, were quite spacious, offering ample room to move around

then i say that i dont understand russian, only english. you need to ask to turn on the light in the fitness center because you will be doing exercises in the dark =) the food is quite good and varied

you need to make a reservation, but no one is reporting it. you will hear it when you come. old, rusty, unpleasant smell. the woman who works in those places is rude

I highly recommend this hotel. Both the reception staff and the animation team were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Esra, Onurcan and Hakan. The rooms were large, clean, the food was also good.

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

As a hotel it is one of the rare hotels in Alanya that is located right on the sea in a beautiful location, I can say that I have been there a few times, the grounds are very large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and very good, the rooms are very good and very clean, they keep the standards at a high level, customer satisfaction is very good, there are many options for food, it appeals to...

The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks

Coffee and beer are good only in the lobby bar. An excellent option for reasonable money. The only downside for those who like to sleep early in building 1 is concerts until 23-00

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

We are on holiday now, the very end of October. The weather and sea are simply fabulous, the hotel did not disappoint

Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service

We had a birthday during our stay and we got a bottle of champagne and a cake thanks guest relation for that. We will definitely come next time

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel

Maybe it is a part of (russian?) culture, but for non-smoker with children it was terrible expierence and quite a challenge to find a place to breathe normally

All in all, Utopia World is a very positive surprise that can be reached by bus in about 3 hours if you land in Antalya

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The staff is super nice, the food is amazing, it's very close to the beach (and it has a proper beach side, not one of those wooden/metal ones with a ladder leading into the sea)

Always got served cold refreshments at the beach bar, which cannot be said about all the hotels in Alanya, all in all a great experience

Similarly, the cocktail options were limited and not very varied, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more extensive drink selection. Also the spa lady was overly insistent in trying to sell her services to us

Rooms are not wow, issues with air conditioner and a lot of things are broken. Staff is super friendly willing to help you and assist. Their English is not so good when you compare it with their Russian

Best holiday in Turkey! We were 4 adults and 1 child (4yo). Room is big enough, hotel is very clean, quiet, offering a lots of fun and rich program. Food was excellent, restaurant on the beach was big surprise for me

Water in swimming pool during our stay was 16-18 degrees, barely anyone was swimming. Huge advantage is access to beach with clean,warm water, nice and friendly beach restaurant which was our most pleasant surprise

Check-in was a bit slow, as the same staff member escorted each group to their rooms individually, so we ended up waiting around unnecessarily

This hotel is beautiful, lovely and modern. Our room was great and cleaned frequently. The animation team was great. Always remembered our names and made us feel like we was friends and got us involved in the activities

We enjoyed the daily pool game which was different each day, darts, water polo, aqua gym and Zumba. I already miss the morning dance! We watched some of the shows in the evening when we stayed in and they was good

This is a family hotel, it would probably not be advisable to go wanting to be miserable sitting by the pool and moaning when you’ve been splashed by the wet water! But that’s just other people - not a hotel issue and didn’t let them spoil our holiday

The food and service are wonderful. We came from England with our family and were very pleased. It's right on the seafront, the beach is wonderful, and the market is close to hotel

We went out for an evening meal and a day trip arranged by our rep which was very good. We arranged a private transfer as we have been to Alanya before and know how far away it is from the airport

There is security at the entrance of the hotel who are very lovely and helpful. The slide is food - not just for the children! Unfortunately we needed a doctor and the hotel sent a medial lady was with us instantly

We checked in (to the main building) at 4 am, tired with the children, we were immediately checked into a pre-booked room (I note that the reservation was made for May 30th, check-in was at night on the 32nd

And it is so big, with many slides (life guards are there as well!) - the biggest one I saw in the neighbourhood. Yesterday we had kids party with cotton candy, popcorn and slides

The night shift of the waiters, Mary, Lucy and their collages were extremely nice and helpful. 😊 We totally recommend it for a family with kids

It’s a nice location near the Alanyum mall. The pool is very nice and they also have a private beach which is only 7 min away. The food is great as they have different cuisine style every day
