We are a couple that is on their honeymoon,we arrived late due to delayed flight to find no one at reception, we waited for 15 min while dragging in our luggage. Finally we were taken to our room to find that staff had left the balcony door open and a swarm of mosquitoes were let in to eat us alive! After killing what we were able to kill we wanted to use the in suite jacuzzi which was not working due to the drain, we contacted reception which did not speak English and told us to call a different number for someone that speaks English. We arrived at 5:30 by 7:20 pm our jacuzzi was still not fixed and the lights in our bathroom stopped working so we were getting ready in the dark. The staff redeemed themselves after we came back from our night out however any sort of redemption went out the door when drills,chisel, and hammers were being used at 9:30 am in the room right next to us.. we are on our honey moon if you have renovations happening put us in a different room ! We reached out to respecting via WhatsApp about the noise but never received a response nor did that noise stop. We left our room at 11:30 am and the work was still ongoing.
I would not visit this hotel ever again !

The hotel has some amazing+ the location is great, with a lovely layout within the hotel, the pools are well kept and are never overcrowded. Service in most areas is very good, never a queue for a drink, cocktails are lovely and the bar staff, work very hard and are very friendly and a credit to the hotel. On the down side the trees next to the hotel are no longer there and instead you are greeted by a big construction site, you are told work is not going ahead at the moment, but it is with cement mixers going, building walls and dust everywhere, the balcony therefore was not usable. Which is such a shame, no where is this documented, about building work,which is such a shame as it's too late then. This is the only negative, but looking at the building work will be going on for some time.

I came back from this beautiful hotel yesterday because my vacation was over, everything was great, the food was very good and fresh, the hotel facilities were good, the behavior of the staff was very friendly. On the first day, in the reception area, a lady named Olya, who was from Russia, and Mr. Ahmet cooperated a lot to hand over the room and were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned regularly every day. In general, I recommend that you definitely visit this beautiful hotel.

Brilliant hotel. Can't fault anything. Only complaint is don't have room 343 if you want a sea view. We paid extra for sea view, and had a tree in the way. Bit disappointing. Perfect location. Food brilliant, hotel is gorgous and cozy. Staff super friendly.

Briefly, nice rooms, great view, good food variability with average quality, poor room service, average hygiene, and great location. If you are not too picky about the taste, you would have no problem with this place. Also, it took us 5 calls to the reception and 48 hours to finally get some water for the room!Same story about our malfunctioning room key. 3 unattended calls before we personally got ourselves down to the reception to get it done (took us one and half day!)

Stunning hotel with exceptionally nice patio area and link to the beach area with sunbeds for guests. We were transferred here as our flight was cancelled, very nice place to stay and all the staff we came into contact with were polite and helpful. They had a guy serving drinks and collecting empty glasses on roller skate, I was a bit mindful of the speeds he was doing around the bar and patio with there being young children around but it must work for them. We were all inclusive so we had chance to sample the food in the restaurant, nothing g special but adequate and what you'd expect from all inclusive hotels.

This review is of the Marti La Perla Hotel..
Potentially a very good hotel. It's got a great location, good staff, excellent rooms and excellent evening entertainment. There is obviously a "but".. One bar for the entire hotel is crazy and caused lots of adverse comments.
There is a great need for experienced and committed management to direct the young staff and drive the business.
The food is below standard in terms of quality and quantity. The sight of 3 ox tongues in a pan will live with me for a while. Butterflied chicken with bones and soggy skin was just not worth eating.
We loved many aspects of the hotel but we will probably not be returning.

Loved the location, beach and spaciousness of the hotel areas. Disappointed in all else. Very substandard condition of hotel (needs upgrade), food sub par, many service staff don’t speak English or Turkish. Shocking as we paid a hefty price for a week. Have been coming to Turkey for years and never had such below average food. We were not on a pkg tour. Hotel seems to want to cater to cheap package tours. Charge others a lot paying individually. Issues with toilet, elevators, air conditioner. Sadly will not be coming back.

Absolutely loved our recent trip to Marti Resort Deluxe. The whole hotel was immaculate, the staff were so attentive and helpful, making special cocktails for us both and even bringing them over to us on roller skates when we were by the pool! Nothing was ever too much!!
Food was lovely, and there was always entertainment on every evening! Such a great location too, right next to the beach, with their own private beach area with free sun loungers.
Me and my boyfriend will 100% go back again, it was such a beautiful experience ☀️🌴
