Begonville Hotel

The worst place ever. There are so many better places to go. Highly avoid! I have been Turkey so many times and never experienced such bad service. Firstly when we arrived we were only given 1 key between 3 friends and when asked for another key so we could come and go as we please separately we were told it would be an additional €10 per key. We then asked for towels which were priced at £1 per day each. During our stay they do not provide fresh towels and bed sheets in the room until 3 days into your stay and even then you don’t know if they were done … I expect not as there were stains on the sheets. Each day they came they would fold up the towels and put away.. even ones we had put on the floor in the bathroom for drying our feet, so you had no idea which towel was dirty and which one to use for your body. The aircon is locked between a metal box and can only be turned on or off. The minibar provides 3 waters upon arrival and is not restocked at all throughout the stay. Let’s not even talk about the food. Only 2 different options each meal time which was not appetising. We came to find out that a few weeks before numerous ambulance were called due to food poisoning. The drinks are also extremely warm. On our leaving day we asked for help with our luggage as we were on the third floor with no lift for the staff to be extremely rude and say the bags are too heavy. As soon as we checked out they cut off our wristbands and said no more food and drinks as we have checked out even though our flight was not until 10:55pm. I would never stay here again ever! I have never had this experience at any all inclusive holiday. You are better off going across the road to family restaurant which is a bed and breakfast and serves amazing English food.

Honestly ? Average service, terrible food, relatively clean although a lot of mushrooms on the walls masked with paint ... general atmosphere 2/10. Water for free, juice paid extra in the all inclusive option ... the canteen was not air-conditioned so you eat dinner at 40 °. They turned off our water for 1 hour without prior information. Generally, I do not recommend it.

Never ever again. AVOID this place if you can the air cons don't work if you ask for help they just say not my problem.
The staff are rude and I mean rude.
Food is disgusting I would even feed it to an animal.
They say all inclusive but nothing is free after 11 not even drink..you have to pay for drinks after 11pm.
If I couod score a 0 I would it dont ever deserve a 1 star. Daily in my bathroom after cleaning it smelt of urine, I could go on forever about this hotel but to much to add iv stayed in many hotel which are not the best but managed but couldn't stay here any longer
I had to leave in the end. as I was leaving no apology for the way they treated us just asked us for more money..
If you have booked please cancel they treat you like dirt. You will regret staying her.
My advice AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! DO NOT COME HERE .
