Begonville Beach Hotel - Adult Only

The worst vacation! Only good thing, location. Meals depend who cooks.Rooms are old. Very small. Not good cleaning. Towels’ colour turned to gray due to over used. Sheets change every 3 days otherwise they don’t touch it. Sinks are blocked! Elevator never cleaned! The second day of our arrival they announced that there was going to be disinfection of the rooms for bugs and insects and bacterias! I’ve never seen such a disinfection in a hotel while there are guests in it. Clearly there was a problem even they called it routine . It proved in the end that first, my husband, and then I got very very sick vomiting and diarrhea , a terrible one, on our last 2 days of our stay. Staff inexperienced! They seem never worked in a service business (one or two excepted but those were very rude anyway except receptionists). 2 girls from the staff were argued badly in front of the guests. The hotel owner was there with his whole family for a vacation. I wanted to talk to him to make a positive comment.I was reacted very aggressively and rude, tried to redirect me to the hotel manager whom was never ever seen on site. When I said I was there for 4 days and never seen him, the owner got very frustrated and told me that if I was questioning their management! When I said “I am sorry but I am a customer” I was told to Stop there!! I didn’t argue further! Later I learned that that person called Adil Tunca, was VP of Southern Aegean Tourist Hoteliers and Operators Association. No comment !!!

I want to share an unpleasant experience with everyone who will make a reservation at Hotel Bogenville 1. Booked a room with a sea side view...the room have view at other hotels...answer from the hotel.."you have a corner terrace that have view at the sea.2. In All Inclusive, you don't have bottled water, which you have to get from a machine,..? if you don't like coffee from machine and ask for something else, you MUST pay extra.3. Towels..if you want, you have to pay for it.4. Meals.. every day the same.. fruit only plums, rotten oranges, watermelon, sweets ..if you are among the first you will try..5. After check-out, if you have to wait for a plane until 18:00, you will not be entitled to a meal... an extra charge will be made.which in my previous experience in hotels in Turkey with the same offer, has not happened...so be careful

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the rooms are nice and well cleaned every day. Also a nice view on the sea. These are the only reasons for the two stars.

Everything else is bad in this hotel. The food is bad. The drinks are bad. The employees are even worse. They never smile, ask or help you with anything. You have to ask them and then they will help after pulling up an angry face. I also had an altercation with the receptionist after she told me that she was too busy to help me and it was not her job to talk with customers.

So in short, the rooms are good. Everything else and specifically the customer service is one of the worst I have seen.

Great location, no more good things (
The rooms are very small, the cleaning is poor, the food is very monotonous and unhealthy. Nearby, in hotels of lower class, cleaning and food is much better.
You can consider a hotel for a stay for a few days. For more than a week vacation, choose other places.
