Place was brilliant my daughter loved it the entertainment team are amazing Dennis was our favourite above and beyond. The staff in general where great. Rooms are dated but clean for the little time you spend in them I felt was fine. Food was good loved the fresh grill outside never eaten much from the main restaurant but what i seen look good i just preferred the grill outside. Also outside fresh pizza was amazing. If your looking for fun for kids especially this is the place to be Would go back

This hotel was amazing, it has a high level of cleanliness room cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make your stay memorable. There is always planned activity in the day and at night and is aimed for families. The food was lovely always something different to try and did cater for all. There is a photographer close by taking pictures of you and your family in the pool and other activities the only down side is they do hassle for you to buy photos which seems to be the case with everything as on our first day we were approached about photos, spa, hairdressers and tattoo parlour. We did pay for the spa and was worth every penny. There are experiences but would recommend a company to go with for them is called Batman just outside the hotel. We went on the jeep and pirate ship experience as was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be returning.

I recently stayed at the Grand Cettia Hotel in Marmaris, and overall, it was a fantastic experience — especially when it comes to entertainment. If you're looking for a holiday with something always going on, this hotel delivers. The entertainment team is genuinely one of the highlights. They're super energetic, friendly, and constantly organizing fun activities throughout the day. Whether it's pool games, aqua aerobics, darts, or dance competitions, there's always something to get involved in. It never felt pushy though – you can join in or just chill and watch. In the evening, the entertainment continues with live shows, bingo, karaoke nights, and mini discos for the kids. They also had themed nights which were really fun — one night was Turkish night with traditional music and dancing, another was a comedy show. Some nights were a bit louder than others, but that’s kind of expected at a family-focused hotel. Kids are definitely well catered for. There’s a mini club during the day, and the staff were amazing with children. There’s also a separate kids’ pool with slides, and the little ones seemed to love it. As for adults, the pool bar had music and a nice buzz in the afternoon. There’s also an indoor pool and spa if you want a break from the sun and noise.

This is my second time here, and once again, it’s the amazing entertainment team that made the holiday so special! Barney does a fantastic job keeping the entertainment running smoothly all day and night — his energy and organisation really make the experience what it is. He’s a credit to the hotel. Harry and Dennis are also part of the team who made our holiday great fun — Dennis in particular was absolutely hilarious, so friendly, and kept us laughing from the minute we arrived until we left. The whole entertainment crew works so hard and really go above and beyond to make sure guests are having a great time. We also want to give a special thank you to Ruhi, one of the waiters — he was so helpful, constantly checking in on us, bringing us drinks, and making sure we were looked after throughout the entire stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I came back to this hotel because the entertainment is always the best and once again it didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait to book for next year!

We stayed at grand cettia for a week in 2024 and it was amazing. A much smaller hotel with a small pool and small toddler pool, but my kids have been nagging me to return for over a year. We had a large family room which was basic but clean. Bathrooms clean. Food was amazing. They have a outdoor cooking area and its cooked fresh infront of you every night. Kids did make your own pizza which they loved. A great environment. Snacks served throughout the day. Drinks where ok but soft drinks good. Beer is efffes. They have shops in the hotel to and we had a spa massage and hamam which was lovely and the kids lived it to. Over looks the harbour, marina in marmaris Will be returning

We been already here 3 times and booked it for October again with big group of family, all the entertainment team makes the hotel. Potter, Harry, Amy, Lar, Dennis, John and Barney. Each of them got talent and all of them so nice with kids. We will for sure keep coming back.

Loved the every minute of holiday, my kid loved the entertainment team and food. Snack in his best, nuggets and pizza was so good. From team girls are so nice, they r always with my kid and look after him. Potter and Harry was so good with us and my son, we even brought something for them from UK, location is so good, u can reach anything u want so easily. We will comeback for sure!!

This is not a 5 star hotel!! Don’t book if you require clean rooms, clean bedding, clean towels or somewhere to sit to eat bad food! Don’t book all inclusive! Extremely disappointed in the hotel as a whole, it’s ok if you have very small children, but certainly not over the age of 5! Run down rooms…poor facilities. The staff are trying as hard as they can but they have their hands tied. Kaan on reception thinks he is funny but comes across as rude and dismissive. Had to eat out most days due to poor food options and quality. Would NOT Recommend!! Overall, very sad situation.

We had a great week. The courtesy bus to the beach was much appreciated. The sun beds were really too tightly packed at the hotel. We were on top floor with great views over Marmaris to the sea though you had to stand to get the best of the view.
