Just had 2 weeks in this hotel… great looking cation for the beach, bars and shops. we had a room overlooking the Main Street and were not affected by any noise. The food on the whole was lovely… breakfast was same every day but afternoon snacks always tasty. Great pool and sunbeds although a little tired, were pretty comfy. Staff were always helpful around the hotel and generally we had a fabulous holiday.

This hotel is not worth its 4-star rating. There was little variety in the food, and the restaurant wasn’t properly cleaned. The restaurant staff, oddly all men, couldn’t speak English and behaved unprofessionally towards female guests. The room was also not cleaned well. Unfortunately, the service here is only worth 2 stars in my opinion.

Just stayed at the hotel for a week, food was good for a buffet all inclusive. Pool is a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Location is superb, close to the main pubs and only 60p to get into the harbour.

It’s clear that this hotel was once a good one but apparently it’s becoming more and more commercial. We first arrived to a room with a broken AC, we had to wait with all our luggage in the heat for 45 min while maintenance was trying to fix it. Then we changed more than one room as it wasn’t the same as the one we booked.
There’s no proper room service, we asked for water after we arrived, they said they don’t have customer service and we need to get it ourselves. The room cleaning is very poor, they barely make the bed, they haven’t changed the bed sheets since we arrived!!
We found a laundry bag, we were very happy that there’s laundry service, after asking about details we knew this bag was from last year, they don’t have laundry anymore.
The only good thing here is the food in the buffet, but as an overall experience, I honestly don’t recommend it at all. You pay for 4-stars you barely get 2 stars service.

First solo trip and I was very anxious about it but everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
Staff were very polite and if asked would always help.
Rooms were neat and tidy, all the essentials needed.
Went all inclusive - but as usual got boring after a few days.
No evening entertainment, the hotel is very peaceful ( adults only) but as there is a bad opposite music can be heard.
Great local, supermarket opposite, beach 3 minutes walk. Bus stops outside.
I'd definitely stay again.
Staff were very polite and if asked would always help.

We have stayed here several times before as the food, drinks and location to the beach was great. Sadly it's been taken over and the food is beyond terrible and the drinks are now watered down.
The spa and pool area is excellent as always. Getting a bed by the pool can be a little difficult but it's a lovely area to relax. The pool bar is probably the best area to eat as the breakfast and dinners served at the downtown restaurant are so poor. Everyone at the hotel were complaining but the manager wasn't interested. We won't be back and many other repeat customers said the same. Save your money and book elsewhere as you will have to eat out nightly. The only benefit is that migros supermarket is across the road for snacks to keep you going or alcohol because the vodka and gin is local but not strong (or watered down).
It's sad that this once great hotel is now so bad.
Also the rooms are very noisy due to it's location on the main street and opposite the Irish bar, if you are after early nights and peace go elsewhere.

Our stay at this hotel was a disappointment after a disappointment:
1-very biased non cooperative staff.
2-didn't even help us with the baggage or bothered to show us our room.
3-Wifi slowest in the country.
4-Always trying to make you buy stuff.
5-Very loud sound in the bathroom which is unbearable!
Coming from a person who travels a lot and have been to turkey for over 14 times, THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER NOT EVEN ONE STAR!!!!

Room was dirty on arrival. Hair all over the shower tiles, splash marks all over bathroom mirror and a toilet roll with quarter of a roll left. Towels also had stains on them. Cleaners came to clean the room about 5 times during our stay and didn’t do a good job at all, as hair remained on the tiles and smears all over the mirrors.
Bedroom blanket felt like a damp towel, not comfortable at all. Room also had a really bad drain smell that wouldn’t disappear.
Receptionists were really lovely, same can be said about the bar staff and most of the waiters. However, I did find one of the waiters a bit rude. Each day he would greet my friend and speak to them at our table, but for some reason acted as if I was invisible… not sure why, but it was a bit uncomfortable.
There is 0 entertainment in this hotel and there is no air con in common areas. When I checked out I had to wait hours for my transfer to the airport and so sat in the reception area in 42 degrees heat with no aircon. It seems air con is only available in the bedrooms.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 8 years, always been fantastic, however since it has been taken over the hotel has truly went down hill, noticed this last year, however came back and we are currently hear now to see if there would be an improvement. Food is very poor unless you like meatballs , turkey, fish or chips which they were cold.
I complained to manager and rep, 3 days in a row. Manager i felt took none of my concerns on board. Tonight i saw a wider range of food for the first time since Saturday.

My first visit to Marmaris and we wanted an adults only Hotel. This is perfect, not a large hotel so its not manic at meal times. The waiters are brilliant and so helpful Mustafa is the perfect waiter always there to help with a smile on his face.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, can't criticise any of it. The bar has a varied alcohol menu and the cocktails were well made. There was no entertainment which was fine, my sister and I sat in the reception people watching, relaxing and having a couple of cocktails nightly why go out when you are all inclusive. The room was clean and tidy and adequate for our needs. It was cleaned daily so no problem with that. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday was enjoyed by myself and my sister
