Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The service was absolutely top-notch – 10/10! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended to every need. Huge thumbs up to the management team for their commitment to exceptional hospitality.
The food was another highlight, especially for those of us on a group tour. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to all tastes and making each meal enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic, with quick, efficient service and plenty of options to start the day off right.
One of the best features was the stunning hot air balloon view directly from the hotel’s dining and poolside area – it was truly breathtaking and made our mornings unforgettable. Stayed for 1 night with a group. Nice hotel with a nice view of the hot air balloons at dawn.
Room is comfortable and clean although some areas are not visually appealing like in the toilet some wallpaper is peeling. It anyhow provided what we need. Breakfast and dinner buffet is good. The only thing I can complain is that bottled water is a bit expensive at 80 TL. The water in the room is only a cup size, not even a bottle size.

Quiet resort style hotel in Pamukkale. They’ve got a belly dance show in the evenings after dinner.

The room that i stayed at F6114 has no sound proof. Just imagine you are so tired and need a rest and sleep, but you could not do so. The music is so loud and i can hear in the room. At this time of writing at 10.30pm on Sun, i still could not sleep hence writing this comment. My plan was to sleep at 9pm. Even if someone is outside the room talking, you can hear their conversation. Besides the room, the hotel is also not wheel chair or elderly friendly. You need to walk down one level using stair case to go to washroom. Lift is not accessible to the washroom or no washroom on the same floor with the receiptionist. So, anyone using wheel chair or elderly having knee pain will not able to access the washroom. Too bad for a good hotel.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Great location. Spent 2 nights here . Stopped here on a whim and it was a good call.
Get up early to see the hot air balloons flying past.
Didn't use the spa. But the pool and restaurant were spotless, with great waiter service.

This hotel has a nice & beautiful view.
There is no iron provided by hotel, already ask the receptionist. Fast respond from the hotel management, call me after I post my review regarding iron. They do have it but maybe the receptionist did not understand well although I show him the picture of iron. Hotel staff cannot speak english, need to use google assistance.

After our flight from Istanbul we arrived around dinner time. The lady Maariya at the reception was the only genuinely kind staff available. Waiters were rude and stand- offish. Food was abruptly taken away just before we could serve ourselves.
Water was supplied in tiny packets in our rooms. Even bottled water served during dinner costs extra. I'd advise anyone staying here to buy water in advance from a store before arrival.
Otherwise the hotel was clean. Facilities like soap, shampoo etc are supplied via dispensers on the wall.

A big hotel with every comfort. A huge swimming pool , a bar area and a very big dining room. The breakfast buffet was very good !

We stayed 4 days with my family. A beautiful Pamukkale view, large rooms and kind personel. Especially Mr. Ahmet was very helpfull and kind.
I like the dinner, there were very kinds of food.

Good bits - the indoor hot pool, sauna, spa. Good view of balloons and paragliders. Nice outdoor pool.
Blah bits - no WiFi service to an entire block. Tiny water supplied. Food was pretty unbelievable, ranks one star.
Bad bits - flush the toilet and it comes back into the room through the floor drain!!
