We went to the hotel spa: I got a massage with my friends, after the tiring walk in the hierapolis park: INCREDIBILE experience, it was the best idea we've ever had, the masseuse Emine was amazing, I totally recommend her. We are so relax and recovered from the holiday tireness. I totally recommend the Bali massage, a little bit more expensive but TOTALLY worth it.

Internet wifi is strong. Clean. But the staff at the cafe are not polite… Please train the staff to be more friendly and polite. The bed is big and the view is beautiful. The staff at the counter was very helpful, but the face was sour. Hope they can smile more ti the customers

The Tripolis at Pamukkale is an average hotel catering to large tour groups. Our room was comfortable, but looked a bit old. The furniture was randomly placed, without much view to functionality or practical use. The breakfasts and dinners seemed to have a lot of choices, but not all on offer seemed worth sampling. Service was top-notch, and the staff really try to be helpful and friendly, and do their best. Our room had a view of Pamukkale, which was great. Location wise, this is about a 20 min walk to the centre of town, and all the shops and restaurants

Lovely stay. Lovely room with good views. Took advantage had a swim in the heated pool and used the sauna and steam room. Dinner and breakfast good quality. It was great to be able to put the heating on and relax in the room after being in the spa.

The room is good and the hotel gave some fruits in the room for free, which is nice to have after a long day of travel. The towers are worn out in some degree. The breakfast is average.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The service was absolutely top-notch – 10/10! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended to every need. Huge thumbs up to the management team for their commitment to exceptional hospitality.
The food was another highlight, especially for those of us on a group tour. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to all tastes and making each meal enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic, with quick, efficient service and plenty of options to start the day off right.
One of the best features was the stunning hot air balloon view directly from the hotel’s dining and poolside area – it was truly breathtaking and made our mornings unforgettable. Not a good experience for the stay
The staff at the front desk and breakfast area was quite welcoming.
However, the rooms were smelling, secondly the walls and doors of the hotel are too thin. We could hear people walking outside the room, couples talking and enjoying in the very next room the whole night. Thirdly, someone was banging our door and we went to check who is outside. We found no one.
Finally, The blankets and bed covers were dirty too.
Upon calling reception, they had no response for the same issues too.

Stayed for 1 night with a group. Nice hotel with a nice view of the hot air balloons at dawn.
Room is comfortable and clean although some areas are not visually appealing like in the toilet some wallpaper is peeling. It anyhow provided what we need. Breakfast and dinner buffet is good. The only thing I can complain is that bottled water is a bit expensive at 80 TL. The water in the room is only a cup size, not even a bottle size.
