Venus Suite Hotel

Had a really nice stay here. The staff were kind and attentive — always happy to help whenever we asked for advice or needed anything. The room was clean and just right for a short stay.

Pamukkale is a small village, and this hotel feels a bit more comfortable than most places around. The restaurant was good too. Overall, a pleasant and easy stay.

Nice hotel. Rooms comfortable. Shower great apart from a VERY slippery floor. Huge breakfast buffet selection. Including lots of vegetable and salad items. Really handy for the Pamukkale travertines. About 10 minutes walk to the lower entrance a d then a barefoot walk up, followed by an exploration of Hierapolis. Definitely worth a visit.

Our stay was far more than comfortable. It was actually luxury. Out of ten hotels I stayed in turkey this was first in the list in terms of cleanliness, comfort, views, convenience, hospitality and breakfast. I’ll definitely return to this place a 1000 times and cherry on top was its good price. They gave us baby crib for free as well.

The staff team is excellent. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Even the resident dog is very hospitable! The room is super clean and you could tell they have put effort in designing the layout of the rooms. The restaurant is very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Venus Suite and would highly recommend it.

The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault).
Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

 the location of this hotel is a very good it locates at the center of the town and it’s very close to all the scenery around. But if we want to go to Pakala, we take a taxi for 300 lira.


We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was clean, attractive, and of a good standard in terms of both facilities and overall appearance. The staff were professional and genuinely friendly throughout our stay.

What really stood out was the pool area and our room, especially the shower, which was fantastic. We were also upgraded to a better room at check-in, which made a big difference with the kids. It was not expected, and we really appreciated it.

Breakfast was generous, with a wide variety available each morning. Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to say. Do not hesitate to book.

One note: the two Venus hotels are essentially part of the same complex, which was a bit confusing, particularly as one was priced lower than the other. That said, the room categories may differ, and since we were upgraded, we had no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at Venus Suite Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the location was perfect — quiet but close to the main attractions in Pamukkale. Highly recommended!

The process to check in was smooth even at ~ 1.30 am. Breakfast is excellent, potato wedges and green chillies recommended. Room was as shown in the pictures with cosy space. Ample parking space

The hotel was good with variety of food for breakfast. Very close to Pamukkale so it was a great location. Closed many restaurants.
For the service, I personally think that the staffs were not so helpful compared to many hotels that we visited in the same trip. The price was also higher than other places. At least they could have ask if they could help with the luggage and led us to the room but they didn’t. Overall was just okay for me.
