Fabulous breakfast and dinner buffet, excellent service, and many Covid precautions here. Loved this hotel, will definitely return.
Nothing wrong to tell about it. Three swimming pools, one of them with thermal water at 40 degrees! Amazing! Very nice outside area and close of the interesting points!
Belek pizza the art of pizzeria is the best restaurant to eat a very good pizza… I fully recommend, I love the services and love the lava cake ! Please try it is amazing
The outdoor buffet and rooms were gorgeous, as well as the natural hot spas. The staff needs to learn how to up sell service, like with Turkish baths and other relaxation services.
Hotel 5* but very old need to be renovated. Rooms too old , quality need to improve to get 5*
Went on a two day trip and managed to visit this hotel. Feedback can be left. Wi-Fi is good. The rooms and hotel are clean and well maintained. Interesting sources of entertainment and recreation. But the food is full "G". And drinks take. Hotel surcharge
2 km from Pammukale, but if to walk when not hot, or rent a bike, it is good, not crowdy Everything was clean, good enough, can't remember any troubles A bit in outside toilets and showers near thermals was a mess, need more frequent attention from staff to clean up after people Transfer was late

Rooms were average, the pillows had weird icky stains on them and had to ask for replacement. We also had to ask for extra shower gels and shampoo because what was provided was not enough for two people which was also provided by staff accordingly. The only saving grace, was the thermal and outside pools. On that outside pool area, it had a relaxing yet lively ambiance.
Our overall experience is very-very positive! The service is fast and efficient (even though we mixed up our dates and arrived 1 month earlier). Miss Didem made our restaurant experience splendid. Her attention made us feel special and vip. The thermal pool and thermal centre are super nice.
Dated rooms with things beginning to fall apart. Air con is not cold. Bathroom exhaust not working. Dinner spread was wide and decent, but nothing unique/special.
Tinie rooms. The gim is well equipped, but it has terrible smell and there is no fresh air. I asked the staff nearby if I could open the window, but his answer was "No and you must close the door if you want to work out". That was unplesant experience. Disappointing breakfast.
Excellent place to stay, food was lovely, thermal pools were like out of this world, so refreshing even in winter times. I would like to come back here in the future. Thanks for the hospitality and love
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Richmond Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. The room I stayed in was clean. The hotel is quite good. The walls are a little thin so you might wanna be careful when talking. The bathroom has no lock though. And a translucent door so make sure you announce to your roommates that you're headed to the bathroom. The main issue was language since none of the room service staff spoke English and we didn't speak Turkish, we could not communicate properly. The pools are great....
Rooms are pretty dated. The corridors are very dark as the lights were set with sensor. The location is great and service quite prompt. No opportunity to use other amenities though
Beautiful hotel with many blocks and clean rooms. The bed and towels are clean and hygienic. The thermal pool is a great place to relax after a long day of walking. The spa is very clean and the massage ladies are professional, my fatigue is removed and I feel rejuvenated. The food at the restaurant is one of the best on the turkey trip, the food is fresh and delicious.
We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids. Outside and inside pools have several water fountains where you can stand and massage your neck and shoulders. We plunged into clear pool with cold water after hot springs and it was a blast! The...
We were there for a project. Everything was extraordinary ❤️ would go back any time.
Don't miss the spa experience, try the Turkish bath and the massage. Also the thermal pool. Beautiful swimming pool. It's a lovely hotel.

We stay only 1 night here after visiting hot spring. The lobby looks amazing and has nice spiral staircase to the restaurant. There are 1 twin bed and 1 single bed in the room. Room is clean. Surrounding has beautiful old trees. We also had our dinner and breakfast in the Polat restaurant. Food is good.
I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. very basic place
Pamukkale is small town and has only few 5 stars hotels and they are not luxurious as Antalya or Bodrum large resorts. Polat Termal Hotel is rated 5 stars Hotel but its basic calm but lovely short stay hotel close to Pamukkale and the old town too . There are limited activities in this area but the hotel it self is good choice for a stay.

This is such an amazing hotel, it deserves to be a 5 star. It got a spa, 3 different pools, and a playground. The buffet has very incredible foods. Also, the rooms are very clean.
Nice thermal pool (indoor and outdoor) with regular pools (in and out) as well, spa options; decent food. Rooms were nice and quiet.
Absolute great hotel service food rooms all nice force recommend for u I was 2 times and I will go back again ..👍🏻🍜🏊🏻‍♀️🌅😇
We had great time at Hierapark Spa Hotel, This is a decent very clean superior 5 star hotel with an excellent location, and very hospitable staff at the reception specially Ummu and Müzeyyen ! Thermal water was nice inside and outside facilities available! I would recommend, We are from Uzbekistan 🇺🇿🇹🇷 Thank you guys was excellent 👌 Definitely will be back!
The rooms smell like smoke Assume the hotel allows smoking in rooms. We as non smokers don't enjoy the smell in the room

What a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Great location. Spent 2 nights here . Stopped here on a whim and it was a good call. Get up early to see the hot air balloons flying past. Didn't use the spa. But the pool and restaurant were spotless, with great waiter service.
This hotel has a nice & beautiful view. There is no iron provided by hotel, already ask the receptionist. Fast respond from the hotel management, call me after I post my review regarding iron. They do have it but maybe the receptionist did not understand well although I show him the picture of iron. Hotel staff cannot speak english, need to use google assistance.
A big hotel with every comfort. A huge swimming pool , a bar area and a very big dining room. The breakfast buffet was very good !
We stayed 4 days with my family. A beautiful Pamukkale view, large rooms and kind personel. Especially Mr. Ahmet was very helpfull and kind. I like the dinner, there were very kinds of food. Breakfast is above standarts. The facility deserves 5 stars
We stayed on block 4 of this big hotel. It was a long walk from the lobby. There was no elevator. Rooms were old and need renovation. Walls were thin. No amenities eg shower cap, and only one liquid wash for body/hair and the dispenser looked dirty, hence I rated it 3 stars only. Next door's AC unit on the balcony were noisy and we could hear clearly. So were noises from guests leaving at 6am and...

I stayed 4 nights. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Pools and all bath area are very clean. I plan to go back.
As a recent guest at Doga Thermal Health & Spa in Karahayit, I was thoroughly impressed. The thermal pools were a delight, offering much-needed relief and relaxation. My room was cozy with a stunning view, and the food was a delicious journey through local and international flavors. A true gem for a wellness retreat!
Their service exceeded expectations; celebrating our anniversary, they adorned the room with bows on the doors and stunning decorations. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, and the thermal pools are a must-try. This being my second visit, I would undoubtedly return, making it a top recommendation for anyone heading to Pamukkale.
A nice, huge hotel with a huge indoor pool and spa facilities. The buffet at the hotel restaurant has a good spread of cakes and desserts. The room is good size with walking space. Great hotel in a good area of town. Rooms are very clean and well organized, I even had a little patio area. Breakfast was massive and delicious and the owner is really nice. Definitely recommend. Only drawback is the internet can be slow during peak usage hours.
The owner Halim is such a nice man. He offered me a room for the booking of a dorm bed. Location is nice. A supermarket is less than a minute walk. Staffs were good. Clean room, toilet and the balcony was the killer. Recommend the hotel to all. Big breakfast too
My partner and I really enjoyed this place. The manager was very helpful; helping us by driving us around, giving advice and tips on what to see, how to get there (pamukkale and Izmir). A beautiful traditional breakfast was provided too. The rooms are no frills but cheap. It was a nice place to come back to after a long bus ride and a long day of trekking.
Doesn't smell like smoke like other hotels. Very clean, both the room and the bathroom. Very simple yet nicely decorated. Only negative is that the stairs to come up to the room are dark and because the tiles on the floor are white, you can easily trip, even going in into the hotel from reception. Also towels are extremely hard, good for exfoliation I guess.
It was a very Lovely stay at Bellamarittimo. The service and the staff are great! You'll enjoy a familiar atmosphere and delicious food prepared by 'mama' Facilities are also very nice and cleaning on point. Walking distance from the themes and the small town. Strongly recommended
Nice Family Hotel. This family direct handling The hotel. The room completed with aircond, TV, balcony, pool etc. After breakfast this hotel owner bidding farewell and their son deliver us to travel.
The hotel is located very close to the main sightseeing places - travertines and Hierapolis. Nice places to eat are even closer (White House, Mehmet's Heaven). Considering the price, breakfasts were excellent - the real Turkish breakfast with everything in place. Not even once I managed to eat everything that was included. The stuff was extremely helpful and friendly. Many thanks!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very kind and friendly. We stayed there for a night, so the price I paid was defo cheaper and worth it. The nigh we stayed in, it was pouring unexpectedly and we had to cancel our dinner plan. So we stayed in and ordered from the same hotel. The hotel owner's wife made us a yummy dinner. It was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a good experience
Great hotel, bit I don't recommend the food in there.
Everything was perfect, the owner was really nice and breakfast was tasty. We didnt expect this. We were surprised!

Huge family room with a separate sitting area. We were surprised how spacious room 102 was! The staff was very friendly. The location is decent. We really liked the hotel. Nice and secluded courtyard. Staff were very helpful and for the first time in Turkey (been here for 10 days) I really felt like they knew what they were doing. (We have met with lots of hotel staff to whom this is the first season). The food was good, chicken salad. 😋 I would stay there again if in town....next time longer.

Amazing hotel, the termal water was great for the winter but the best thing is breakfast. Definitely will return.

Affordable stay that was very convenient to the popular tourist site Pammukkale. The room was fine and the service was accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast there at the hotel and the food was just “okay”. Overall, a good stay for one night while touring the local attraction.
We love this hotel.
