Very friendly and lovely hosts. Quiet location, clean rooms, 1 minute to the beach. Beautiful green courtyard with very tasty breakfast. We would love to come back.

The location is very nice, very close to the beach and easy to reach the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy. All the staff are friendly and respectful. I highly recommend it.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the poor service I experienced during my recent stay at, Hotel Uygur. I had chosen this establishment based on the promising online reviews and pictures, but my stay fell far short of my expectations.
First and foremost, I would like to address the unprofessional behavior and demeanor displayed by the hotel owner. I found their constant state of intoxication and rude behaviour towards us extremely unsettling and inappropriate. Rather than taking responsibility for any issues that arose, he instead shifted blame onto the us, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay.
Moreover, the lack of basic amenities was highly inconvenient. During the entirety of our stay, the air conditioning system in the room was not functioning properly, rendering the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the absence of hot water made for an unpleasant bathing experience. These issues significantly impacted the quality of our stay and were not resolved despite multiple attempts to notify the staff.
Furthermore, the pictures displayed on your website were misleading, inaccurately portraying the actual condition of the hotel. The discrepancies between the online images and reality were quite alarming. I expected a comfortable and clean environment based on the images provided, yet the reality was far from that.
All in all I would not recommend this hotel to anyone…!

The hospitality in this place and politeness of the staff/owners is beyond exceptional. I felt home right I stepped in. They serve great great breakfast, delicious, diversified and big portions and very flexible with the time of breakfast unlike other hotels who force u to have early breakfast. they were welcoming to make me breakfast at 11 am just because I came back late the night before.
it is a family business and i was treated very nicely with smiles all the time. Location is great, supermarkets right next to the place, beach is a very short walking distance.
i would love to go their again and enjoy their great lobby, breakfast and smiles.

I gave 3 stars because the room smelt cigarettes althouth I opened the window and tried to air, the smell did not go away. However the hotel is very close to Çaliş beach and the breakfast was delicious with a veriety of foods.

Great family run hotel. The staff is very friendly, kind, and caring. They are also very accommodating to customers. They serve a great breakfast daily and help you with anything you may need such as a taxi or setting up tours. The owners are very helpful and provide great hospitality. I highly recommend.

Customer service is shocking. Promised me a refund a month ago and still haven't followed through on their promise. Room didn't feel clean, and the hotel smelled of cigarettes.

Our room didn't get changed for the 3 nights we were there, no fresh towels or linen, some strange hotel policy.
Breakfast is not the same standard as advertised earlier years...it not wow...so don't expect much or you'll be disappointed.

a hotel with a family atmosphere. they gave me a bracelet for my wife as a souvenir on the way out behind us and they poured water. the location is convenient. F/P fine
