During our stay at Vinifera Hotel, we had the pleasure of dining at 7 Bilgeler Şaraphanesi—a chef-driven restaurant where meticulous attention has been given to elevating traditional dishes into something more creative and refined.
The standout dishes for me were the aubergine dumplings and the intriguingly tender lamb heart. While the rest of the menu was undoubtedly above average, I found the pricing slightly steep for what was offered.
That said, the warm and professional service made the experience truly delightful. I’m grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, which added to the overall charm of the evening.

Absolutely stunning! We were privileged to have enjoyed our wedding ceremony at Yedi Bilgeler. Everything was perfect! The food was excellent quality, the setting was beautiful and the wines were of high quality. Our favourite part however was the service. The Manager Ulaş sets a high standard for him and his team. Whilst planning the event over the course of 12 months we ate many times and were always amazed at how consistently great everything was. We were not disappointed on the day of our wedding. The restaurant served food for 130 people and it was just perfect. We cannot recommend yedi bilgeler and Ulaş more highly. Outstanding! We cannot wait to return!

We stopped for a wine tasting during a tour and enjoyed the wines and a delicious lunch! Having been amongst the crowds at Ephesus, it was nice to find a place off the beaten path.

We had a delicious meal on the terrace as the sun went down - great food, excellent wine, and a very high standard of service. I particularly recommend the 2023 sauvignon blanc "Khilon" which is soft and fruity.

If you are interested in wine, I strongly recommend trying Yedi Bilgeler wines. I stayed at their hotel for the weekend. I tried different wines and they were all very good. The hotel was clean and cosy. I had breakfast and dinner at their restaurant and both were very delicious.

I'm stunned how beautiful everything was, the ambience of the restaurant and the wine cellars downstairs and the menu with outstanding delicious food just reminded me like I was in new Zealand, I did not expected this in Turkey to have this stunning award winning wines and accompanying by everything you can imagine. If you ever in the area you must visit this stunning establishment, you won't be disappointed..

This winery/hotel/restaurant is in a lovely setting. The restaurant is delightful and romantic. Food is first class and delicious. Make sure to try the award-winning wines they produce.

Excellent contemporary food which is very reasonably priced compared to numerous, overpriced and mediocre "kebab" and varieties, which is not even the local cuisine. In reality we went fir the wine, which was indeed excellent. It was about half the price some local restaurants charge for lower quality alternatives -- we tried only one of the wines but will be back to sample the others.
