The service and food were good, but the balcony of the room we reserved with a sea view was blocked by trees. There was a picture of a water park in the pictures, but when we went there, they said there was no such place and they did not know who uploaded the picture.

Wonderful hotel.
Wonderful hotel, the suites are spacious and modern, all areas are well kept and clean. Lovely pool area. The food was excellent. The only drawback is that there are many steps around the accommodation if you struggle with walking it may not be suitable.

Pilos Suites is a wonderful hotel to stay in Turunc. The rooms are beautifully laid out and we had a great sea view. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. A lovely luxurious boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days. The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfy.
However, for families with kids, it’s not ideal. The kid's pool is far from the main pool and pretty small. It’s also uncomfortably hot, which makes it less fun for both kids and parents. Plus, the amenities like the bar and servers are much better at the main pool, which kids can’t use.
Navigating the hotel with a stroller was quite challenging. There are numerous steps and narrow pathways that made it difficult to move around easily. Additionally, it seems that accessibility for disabled people is lacking, which could be a significant issue for guests requiring special accommodations.
I also noticed a lot of influencers hyping this place up. Honestly, their reviews seem a bit misleading.
If we had stayed here without kids, I would rate it five stars due to its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. However, given the challenges we faced as a family, I would give it three stars.
Despite everything, as I mentioned numerous times, the staff is amazing. Thanks to everyone who served us so well during our stay.

Great location lovely staff and the shuttle service to the beach is a winner, the ataff level is service can be improved. Apart from that all great.

We spent 5 days here & loved everything! Rooms are very comfortable, staff is very helpful and food is amazing.
There is no need to look for any other restaurants in Turunc, simply hotel restorant is amazing.
I would definetely recommend this place whoever is looking for a relaxing stay in the wonderful nature.

WORST PLACE TO STAY IN!!! just because i asked the male receptionist for a room card and he respond to me shouting “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE SHUT UP” !!!!
if you want to be treated like absolute garbage and be yelled at then this is the place for you!
i came here with my family looking forward to a relaxing vacation for 5 nights and it was the worst thing we have ever done to ourselves. first of all every single receptionist is ruder than the other. they have absolutely no respect for you or your needs. they scream at you instead of explain to you every time! absolutely disrespectful please do not waste your money and energy here.
if you want to be treated like absolute garbage and be yelled at then this is the place for you!

Otele check in saatinden önce vardık , odamızın hazırlanması uzun sürmedi bizi arayıp odamızın hazır olduğunu haber verdiler ancak uzun bir yoldan sonra odamıza girip elimizi yüzümüzü yıkamak istediğimizde lavabonun gideri bozuktu ve içinde su birikiyordu , resepsiyona bu durumu haber verip plaja geçtiğimizde henüz saat 14:30 olmasına rağmen dışarıdan da misafir kabul edildiği için plajda birbirine oldukça yakın yerleştirilmiş şezlonglarda zar zor boş ve gölge bir yer bulduk , otel plajı yandaki halk plajıyla bitişik ve denizden çıkan insanlar tabi ki rahatlıkla şezlonglarınızın arasında dolaşabiliyor , ilk kez denize girerken eşyalarımızın güvenliğinden şüphe ettik . Bu deniz tecrübemizden sonra odaya gidip ilk kez duşu kullanmamız gerektiğinde yerlerdeki saçları görmemiz de bizi şoka uğrattı , yerlerdeki saçlar ve sifon tuşunda parmak izleri olması odanın özensiz temizlendiğini gösteriyordu . Odaya ikram olarak bırakılan su şişesinin kapağı açılmış ve bir miktar içilmişti . Turunç bölgesi küçük ve mekan alternatifi fazla yok öğle ve akşam yemeğini otelde yemek durumunda kalıyorsunuz otel kendi müşterisinden %10 servis ücreti alıyor bu da oldukça saçma bir uygulama bizce.Havuz otelin müşteri kapasitesine göre oldukça küçük , ancak 5-6 odalı butik otellerde olabilecek bir havuz. Bu fiyata değecek bir yer kesinlikle değil . Başka alternatifleri değerlendirip paranızı korumak isteyebilirsiniz

Overall, we found the atmosphere to be very cozy, and we really appreciated the warm and helpful service provided by your staff.
However, I did want to mention that we encountered a minor issue with ants in our room. While it was a small inconvenience, I wanted to bring it to your attention for future reference.
Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the hospitality. We look forward to visiting again and experiencing the same level of care.

The staff working at the hotel are excellent. We stayed as a family for 3 days. The sea is superb. The only problem is that Turunç is a small place and getting to Marmaris center and marina is a bit difficult due to the winding roads. Do not choose it if you are thinking of a peaceful holiday.
