Absolutely spectacular!!! Blew us away ! I’m super impressed and takes a lot to impress me I live in Dubai ! Firstly the place is beautiful the rooms and the beach stunning it’s a black sand / pebbly beach but it is beautiful water is cold and crystal clear yachts visible with a private pier ! Private yacht tours can be arranged and pickup literally from the hotel ! Staff are wonderful rooms are super clean ! The food was absolutely delicious pickled seabass / grilled chicken and ceviche amongst calamari 🙌🙌🔥10/10 we’ll be coming back

Villa Florya blew us away! The hotel is on the beach in a silent bay with the most spectacular views. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like family. The staff are so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We are both foodies (Turkish & English) and the food was amazing. The chef is very talented. Our room was clean with a slight boho vibe and our stay was very comfortable. We didn't want to leave. It is paradise!! There is nowhere else like this in Marmaris. Already planning our next trip! Thank you to Korhan, Manisha, Müdahir, Osman, Görkem and all the staff for the perfect holiday. See you soon!

One of the hidden gem to stay at Marmaris - Kumlubuk with lovely beach, mediterrian style rooms, delicious food, professional and kind staff. Must go.. This year the whole facility renovated. Also you can use hotel's pantoon jetty to berth your boat.

Amazing little hotel with great food and service. The bay is something out of this world. Very virgin piece of Mediterranean.

The rooms are well qualified, comfortable and clean, close to the beach and also restaurants. The colour of the sea amazing. The villas/rooms are quite big. The hospitality is really realy wery good. We haveexperienced all those items on 2021 summer and fortunately we have resevered our room also for 2022 summer. Please also acknowledge that the hotel and all apportunies are super for familes with baby/child. I guess this place becomes a kinda summer house for my family 😌 thank you very much for all your kindness and your excellent hotel.

Five starts for location and management. WiFi, beach, water are great.

However, I would consider adding more storage for clothing; more dishes/kitchen utensils in each villa are required (depending on villa's capacity to cover needs of all guests) including an iron/gourmet steamer/iron desk.
English menu would be helpful in the restaurant. Some training for the waiters is required (our tried to clean up our table too fast which was annoying).

Sun umbrellas on the beach are to small in their diameter, located to close to the ground (tall people can hit heads and get eyes injured) and do not provide enough shadow.

A nice and small pantoon with mooring for 3-4 yachts, tasty restaurant, caring staff - what else you need for a great overnight stay?)
