Consists of three 5-storey buildings.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach is 1.5 km away. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels - no. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach – 300 m.
Food. All InclusiveAll inclusive: Breakfast, late Breakfast, lunch, dinner - buffet, snack, sweets and ice cream at certain hours, night soup, a vegetarian menu, local alcoholic and soft drinks (10.00 - 24.00).
Imported drinks and cocktails, all bottled drinks, fresh juices, Turkish coffee, room service, Concierge A la Carte restaurant - extra charge. All the food and drinks after 24:00 hours of pay.

The rooms are basic but all work fine and are spotless which is all you can really ask for at this sort of price range. If you have children, they will not be disappointed and will have a great time. We will definitely be back again!
The entertainment on the night was a bit slow and my wife did get good poisen for a day of the breakfast buffet.
The rooms where kept spotless and there is plenty of staff keeping the place tidy always willing to help.
The location is near a strip of lively bars and many mini markets what are not over priced.
The beach is a nice 20-25 minute walk
Entertainers are going above and beyond, they doing great job during the day and throughout the night ! Thank you for a great stay ♥️
If you’re looking for a **budget-friendly holiday** with decent food and a lively atmosphere, **Club Julian Hotel** does the job—but don’t expect luxury. Here’s the real deal:
**🍽️ Food – Surprisingly Good & Varied!**
The **buffet had plenty of choice**, and the quality was better than expected for the price. Fresh salads, grilled meats, pasta, and even some local dishes kept things interesting. No complaints here—we ate well!
**🛏️ Rooms – Clean & Functional**
The rooms were **basic but spotless**, and housekeeping did a great job. No frills, but comfy enough for a good night’s sleep after a day in the sun.
**☀️ Sunbed Wars – Good Luck!**
The biggest downside? **Not enough sunbeds** for the number of guests. If you’re not up at dawn to claim a spot, you’ll be lounging on a towel. The pool area gets **packed and noisy**, so if you want peace, head to the beach early.
**🎉 Crowd – A Mixed Bag…**
This isn’t a quiet, refined resort—it’s **lively, sometimes rowdy**, and you’ll get a few "rough around the edges" guests. That said, we just **kept to ourselves**, and nobody bothered us. If you’re easygoing, it’s fine, but don’t expect a 5-star clientele.

For a **cheap & cheerful** break with good food and clean rooms, Club Julian delivers—just **don’t expect luxury**. If you can handle the crowds and the sunbed scramble, you’ll have a fun, no-frills holiday. **3.5/5 – it does what it says on the tin!**
The hotel was super clean, the rooms were amazing.
The food was outstanding, we couldn't fault any part of the food. Breakfast had an amazing choice, snack bar at lunch time was our favourite as you were spoilt for choice and evening meal was amazing.
The pools were fab, busy pools but clean.
Entertainment was fab too, Jay and his team were extremely friendly and helpful.
The only down fall from us was the showers in the communal area once your leaving , they were disgusting- so advice is to pay extra to keep room on.
But overall amazing, definitely recommend from us.
Lovley nightly entertainment for children and adults, plenty of space at the pools with lots of daily activities going on, lots of options at meal times (especially for people who are a bit fussy with food), the rooms were nice and clean with daily cleaning. There's also an onsite supermarket, hairdressers, tattoo shop, and more. All staff were very friendly and happy to help with all questions, always with smiles on their faces.
The lovely wakeup calls from the chicken pen across the road from our room was the cherry on the top 😅
Rooms - were clean, maids were lovely and competent. Air-con excellent. My main gripe was replenishing us with just 2 toilet rolls per day for a family of four! With a man of my excretory generosity!
Young Children - our two young ones loved the holiday as they spent most of the time in the pool and at the complimentary kids club.
Food - was delicious and a better range than we expected for a Turkish hotel below a 5* rating.
Entertainment - not my cup of tea. The daytime entertainment had the energy and noise levels of a Club 18-30 holiday. Similarly, screaming "MORNING!" "WAKE UP!" "DON'T BE LAZY!" at holidaymakers simply trying to relax on sunbeds seemed a strange thing to do for a family hotel. Although as mentioned... grateful to have the Kids Club.
Location - much like a lot about Julian could be seen from at least two perspectives... Lots of lively bars pretty much outside but in the midday sun it's probably too far to walk to the bazaar/Ataturk statue area especially with two four-year olds. And as for the taxi rank outside - I very much doubt they charge the locals 500 TL from Armutalan to the Bay. Avoid unless stuck.
Lots of people have mentioned the sunbeds but we kind of expected that and getting up at 6/7 in the morning is not a problem for us (although some nutters getting up 4/5am did amuse us! Just to boil in the sun?!?).
Also we experienced no hostilities on our stay which had been mentioned previously on such forums. Not toward us or anyone else.
Would not rule out staying here again but definitely not in June-August as too hot and busy for our tastes.
