Stayed four nights with my family and some friends. The family rooms were spacious and comfortable. There’s a pool, but was very cold in September when we visited. The breakfast served was delicious. They have a roof top area and you can get some spectacular views of 100s of balloons in the air if you get there early morning

Terrible experience. Could not make it due to a medical emergency and they refused to allow refund, rebooking of dates, or credit. All other hotels we booked with same T&Cs were understanding and flexible to solutions.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice rooms, spacious and well furnished. The rooftop terrace is great for viewing hot air balloons. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay for your vacation. Very good rooms, a private garden with a pool and a fountain, rooftop terrace with a nice view. Delicious breakfast and kind hosts. I would only like better douches (bigger) and would suggest to try Vanilla Radio Smooth flavor for the outside music 😁 Thank you 👏

It's a lovely place if you want to visit the city and to rest. Music in the morning is very peaceful and the hosts were super friendly. It also has a good view of the hot air balloons🎈

Stayed here for 9 nights with my friends and we’ve had a lovely time. There was a wide variety of food choices for breakfast and the staff here were attentive and lovely during. They take care of their dogs and kittens and they’re so cute.

We had an lovely time in Reva!! This was such an exquisite place. The whole feel of this place was so beautiful. The breakfast was so fresh and delicious. I loved how they made everything fresh especially the baked items. The staff was so helpful and dedicated. This place was comfortable home to me.

Good hotel within 5-7 minutes walk to the centre. Family duplex room is spacious. Very good breakfast, good variety with plentiful selection of fruits and pastry. Could not use the pool in July as it looked a bit cloudy at times, but other families with older kids were OK using it.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how neat and clean the whole premises were. The room was nice and airy, bathroom was good too. However, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but after few adjustments it was better. The Manager (a gentleman) was really polite and friendly! He has a sweet and loving little dog Heira (?). We had a nice and comfortable stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. 🙂

I have travelled across Thailand, United States, Indonesia, United Kingdom, some parts of Europe and most recently to Turkey.
Staying in this hotel, was one if the worst experience I have ever had in my travel history.
This could have been very easily a 3 or 4 star property but the staff and service is so pathetic that I would not rate this any stars.
They probably call themselves a boutique hotel but I would never recommend anyone to have this kind of experience.
It would take many pages to give detailed feedback but I would like to share a few experiences so others don't book this property.
1. First of all this is not a family friendly hotel at all and they don't appreciate kids being around. They almost made us feel as if it was a mistake having kids. Kids playing in the common area in afternoon time or in the room in evening was a problem for them.
2. Extremely rude staff. Normal conversation were always rude whether when asking for extra bed, room allocation, asking for cutlery asking for room service etc. There is only one guy managing entire hotel after 530pm so dont expect any service. We had to carry all our luggage for a large group of 17 people down from the car and upto our rooms.
3. Pathetic service at breakfast. Simple things like hot milk is denied in a rude manner. We requested that it's for kid who isn't feeling well, but the guy mentioned that they are busy and can't help.
4. The lady at reception in the morning literally shouted at us because we checked out the room at 1130AM instead of 11 AM because of my kid not feeling well.
5. The guy who manages the breakfast place was also a racist. He didn't realize that I was travelling from UK and some of my friends from India, but mentioned derogatory remarks about us & the kids related to our country. Commenting on eating habit of 4 year olds and the amount of luggage we were carrying ( 1 bag per person) etc was distasteful.
There is a long list which I can go on but would like to caution that they have no room service, no free water, no taxi service or contact etc.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND STAY IN A B&B INSTEAD.
