Holiday Inn Bursa - City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. AC was available. WIFI Connection was excellent.
Service - this is where Holiday Inn excelled. Although we were close to restaurants around the area for dinner, this was our first dinner on our own. We went to the mall across the hotel and we realized that we needed google translate to understand the menu. We didn't want to venture to other restaurants and have the same fate so we decided to go back to the hotel and inquired if they have a restaurant. Their restaurant was closed but the staff opened it for us and cooked our dinner. The food was not a 5 star rating, but it was understable since the kitchen was closed. It was fun, we had the whole restaurant for ourselves.
Breakfast was not as impressive as other 5 star hotels, but the food was still great.

Very nice hotel in the middle of city. Check in was very quick. Room was very clean. Staff is friendly. I order in room after 1am and food was freshly made and delicious.

The management and the staff is extremely good. I can not recommend enough the attention of the staff and the quality of the management.

Everything is proper and on point. If we need to stay in Bursa again , Holiday Inn will be our first choice for sure.

Best hotel in town, very very clean , I won’t book any other hotel in Bursa, the terrace has a great view. The mall nearby just across the street. The location is great in the city center. The staff were amazing and helpful.

The hotel is located in middle of the city center which makes it close to shops, the room/restroom were very clean, comfy bed, parking garage, front desk staff are very welcoming.
The breakfast is good except that they don't serve fresh jucise but other than the rest of the food were freshly made.

This hotel was outstanding. I was also very pleased with the customer service. The reception was very welcoming and professional. The rooms were really nice, and the cleanliness was impaccable. I would definitely stay here again. I only wish that breakfast had been included in the price and did not cost extra. Other than that I was very pleased.

One wish: please don’t pack the clean towels into plastic bags. In my opinion unnecessary and pollution.

The hotel is as clean as your own home, the service is 5 stars, the employees are so polite (and they don't ask for tips), the location is central and all services are at a walking distance.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Service is superb. Staff are so friendly, especially housekeeper (Amal). They have great tourism services by Mohamet Sagar, you can have whole van for the family for whole day (8 hrs) for 130$. Only thing I wish they work on it is the breakfast buffet, it has great variety of items but quantity could be better! Also 20$ per per is expensive, kids younger than 6 years are for free though. Will consider to come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Hotel location was excellent and situated directly opposite to Kent Meydanı AVM Shopping Mall. Pillows and blanket were comfortable and room was warm and clean. Definitely will stay here again.
