Classic style hotel. The rooms are spacious, with classic furniture. Queen size bed and very nice marble bathroom. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and with fresh ingredients (Turkish cuisine especially). The spa and hamam bath are a must for me every time I come to Bursa so the fact that this is a thermal hotel is a plus. It has a hot pool, cool pool, salt room, various saunas, hair salon, massage salon. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. Bedings and bath towels are changed everyday. Bottle of 1L of water is left in the room each day after cleaning. I recommend this establishment.

Im from Kuwait and I’m rating this hotel 2 strats maximum because I’m very disappointed in why :-
1 - Breakfast buffet ( have bugs ) !
2 - Our bedding have holes !
3 - Breakfast food is ( cold )
4 - there is ( no shatafa ) in all bathrooms
5 - Im post ( nose surgery ) I asked for
( non smoking ) area room the rooms hall ways smells like smoke a lot I had breathing difficulties right now
6 - Log in to WiFi did not work with me
Things that’s didn’t even happen in 3 start hotel :-
1- I asked for ice they said I have to pay 7 dollar !
2- I asked for a fork they said I have to pay !
3 - Drinking water bottle ( is not free )
4 - There was no tissue box or liquid hand soap in the bathroom !

It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

Good beds, great showers, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast. Conveniently located just outside the city centre. Ask for a room in the back of the building where you can open your window without hearing the traffic.

Almira's Alluna bar on the 8th floor gives by far one of the worst services in any 5-star hotel we've been to. My friends and I came to enjoy the poolside bar only to be treated like ghosts. We thought it was standard procedure that we had to wait for 30 minutes to even be given any menus. Alas, after more than 30 minutes of waiting, we were still not tended to albeit making to the waiters known that we wish to order. It was also as if they were discriminating based on outfit and race. The people in suits who came after us were tended to with utmost care but how come we weren't? Is it because we were not wearing business attires and are foreigners? What kind of service does this "5-star" hotel give? Or does it even have it?

A great hotel. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was located close to main attractions. The pools were also very nice. Enjoyable for the entire family

Very well maintained hotel with nice rooms having one of the best locations and views of Bursa, very good restaurant with delicious meals, high quality pools and amenities, all to a value worth for it.

The hotel's location is great, as it is within walking distance from one of the big malls and is very close to many restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and the service is great. It was really good experience, especially with the assistance of Ms. Züleyha, Ms. Zülal, and Mr Çem who were extremely friendly and helpful especially due to the fact that they speak Arabic, English, and Turkish. They took us to all of the tourist attractions in Bursa and made the overall experience unforgettable.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms and hotel were extremely clean. Our room attendant Gözde was amazing in keeping our room and bathroom spotless. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Their breakfast is amazing and I was excited each morning we stayed for it. I would return here when I come back to Bursa. The restaurant on the roof was also delicious and had an amazing view of the city.
