Almira Hotel is one of my favorite 5-star hotels in Bursa. I met them in 1986 when the hotel was newly opened.
At that time, I was living in Bursa due to my job and I was hosting my business meetings and visitors at Almira Hotel.
I hadn't been able to visit Bursa for a long time because of my job.
After 2017, I need hotel in Bursa and my chose was Almira again when I needed accommodation.
Although the entire staff has changed, I still thank all the staff, especially for the hospitality, and for smiling faces.
It was very pleasing that the new managers of the hotel maintained the quality of Almira at the level I left it. The hotel already deserves 5 stars more than enough. The price-quality balance is extraordinary. I recommend it 100% to those who want to stay in Bursa. You will not regret it. I especially congratulate all of you, the cute girls serving in the breakfast room, the gentleman waiters.

One of the best hotels in Bursa. Excellent quality; nice and style rooms, very helpful staff, a great breakfast and a very cosy and detailed spa experience. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.

Went to their famous spa
Worse massage in my life. Ordered classic massage, my shoulders never were so red. Hurts a lot, will visit doctor tomorrow if pain will not go. Highly not recommended

I stayed at the Almira Hotel in Bursa for a business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained.
The highlight of my stay was the spa on my final night. I opted for the special hammam and a massage, and it was an incredible experience. Suriya, the spa professional, was amazing—her professionalism and skill made the experience truly unforgettable.
I highly recommend Almira Hotel, especially for those looking to unwind after a busy day. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Classic style hotel. The rooms are spacious, with classic furniture. Queen size bed and very nice marble bathroom. The service is impeccable, the food is delicious and with fresh ingredients (Turkish cuisine especially). The spa and hamam bath are a must for me every time I come to Bursa so the fact that this is a thermal hotel is a plus. It has a hot pool, cool pool, salt room, various saunas, hair salon, massage salon. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist whenever a problem occurs. Bedings and bath towels are changed everyday. Bottle of 1L of water is left in the room each day after cleaning. I recommend this establishment.

Im from Kuwait and I’m rating this hotel 2 strats maximum because I’m very disappointed in why :-
1 - Breakfast buffet ( have bugs ) !
2 - Our bedding have holes !
3 - Breakfast food is ( cold )
4 - there is ( no shatafa ) in all bathrooms
5 - Im post ( nose surgery ) I asked for
( non smoking ) area room the rooms hall ways smells like smoke a lot I had breathing difficulties right now
6 - Log in to WiFi did not work with me
Things that’s didn’t even happen in 3 start hotel :-
1- I asked for ice they said I have to pay 7 dollar !
2- I asked for a fork they said I have to pay !
3 - Drinking water bottle ( is not free )
4 - There was no tissue box or liquid hand soap in the bathroom !

It's a classic property. We stayed for a day and got to use the Sauna and Cold bath facilities. It was an enjoyable experience.

Good beds, great showers, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast. Conveniently located just outside the city centre. Ask for a room in the back of the building where you can open your window without hearing the traffic.

Almira's Alluna bar on the 8th floor gives by far one of the worst services in any 5-star hotel we've been to. My friends and I came to enjoy the poolside bar only to be treated like ghosts. We thought it was standard procedure that we had to wait for 30 minutes to even be given any menus. Alas, after more than 30 minutes of waiting, we were still not tended to albeit making to the waiters known that we wish to order. It was also as if they were discriminating based on outfit and race. The people in suits who came after us were tended to with utmost care but how come we weren't? Is it because we were not wearing business attires and are foreigners? What kind of service does this "5-star" hotel give? Or does it even have it?
